Ordered my food in advance on the app to be picked up. Three double hamburgers with just ketchup and extra onions, a large fry, a large Diet Coke, and an apple pie. Picked up my food and stupid me - I did not bother to double check to make sure the order was right before I left. But then again, I assumed any moron could read the order ticket. The ticket on the bag was exactly what I ordered. Inside, instead of the three special double hamburgers, there were three regular double cheeseburgers with everything on them, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onions. Not even close to what I ordered. The large fry was in there, but every fry in it was cold and limp and must've been sitting on the counter for an hour. The only thing that was passable was the large Diet Coke and apple pie. I threw out most of the food when I got back to my hotel room. The absolutely worst quality of food I've ever gotten from the McDonald's. This level of incompetence has become the de facto standard for pretty much any McDonald's. read more

Terrible service and wait time. Arrived at 10:30 pm didn't get food til after 11:30 pm Over an hour to get through a McDonald's is ridiculous! They were near the hotel in which we were staying and were one of the few things open that late. We had canceled our pizza order (they seemed rude and rushed on the phone and added a huge delivery charge that seemed too expensive) so I trekked around after that and found this place. They took longer to get our takeout ready than what I would've thought. They were not busy and the drive thru was not full. I don't get it. By then, we were famished and wife was sitting at the hotel waiting for me. It was a bit annoying, but I hoped the food was at least hot after that long of a wait to get carry out. I got the food back to the hotel. It's not gourmet, it's McDonald's and I wasn't expecting much other than the food to be hot and the fries salty. It was ok, the fries were not salty enough and the sandwiches were lukewarm. Eh.. it is what it is. At least they had tossed in extra ketchup and salt packets. My burger was fine, just could've been hotter. The fries were hot, but just lacked salt. The reason I usually like McDonald's fries is for their salty, crisp flavor. Clean establishment, the staff was quick to process my order and had it ready in a timely manner.

Went up to place an order at the window, and the person listening was just straight up rude. Then at the next window they gave me the food. I asked for apple slices at the speaker and they weren't in the bag. They said "Lemme see the bag" so they could see if there was apple slices in it. There wasn't and they still refused to give me any. When I was out of line I checked the bag, and the fries were slimy like someone spit in the food. Repulsive! read more

The worst meal I have ever had and the same as my co-worker. In fact we threw our food out after only eating part of it. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, the NEW chicken sandwich and the buns were burnt and no mayo or any condiments on it. The chicken was so hard I am sure it sat under the heat lamps too long. The milkshake was the worst I have ever had as well. My co-worker had the fish sandwich and same problem. It is pretty bad when you feel nauseous from eating your lunch. Located off the interstate and newtown pike. We got there at 8 am and decided to walk in instead of go through the drive through. It did look a little busy. Walking in I was able to go right up and order. The staff is friendly. My food came out hot and quickly. The lobby was clean as well. We'll be back! read more

This McDonald's is located off the interstate and Newtown Pike. The drive thru gets really backed up around 8am, 12pm, and 5pm. The workers are extremely friendly and the inside is always clean and tidy. All in all, not a bad place to stop in for a snicky snack. read more

This is right off the interstate close to my house so we come here through the drivethru quite often. They've never messed up my order, they are super fast, and even gave us a free ice cream shake thing last time just because it was extra. I'll update my review if I ever go inside and check out the cleanliness, friendliness, etc. read more

Traveling through the area from Nebraska, tried stopping at the Denny's down the street and that was a horrible experience, so we came here instead. Order taker was super friendly and efficient, food was steaming hot, absolutely amazing. Dining room could have been cleaner but still a great visit compared to where we'd just come from! read more

Stopped to use a coupon for a free egg Mcmuffin. I was told I couldn't use this because egg mcmuffins aren't on the all day breakfast menu, only biscuit sandwiches. Good breakfast even though biscuits aren't fresh. Nice new building. Much better parking. Inside modern and new. Comfortable seats, even a couch to set on. BUT NO WIFI!!!!!!!! Come on!!!!! The drive thru line usually moves pretty fast and they have always got the order right for me. But I was really irked when the lady at the pay window told me that her NEW reader didn't have Apple Pay anymore. Although all of the mobile payment method options are posted all over the windows. I have ate there since I have been 3 years old because I'm now 11. Seems weird an 11 year old would write a review... I know. My papaw works around there so k go there a lot. I really like the little onions they put on the burgers they are really good and I don't like onions. I love there fries and I dip them in the ice cream. Ice cream and fries are delcious together!!!
