Stopped in Saturday 10/21 around 12:30 pm to get a quick, cheap lunch because we were hungry and had a few more errands to run before heading home. Counter service is almost nonexistent anymore as they want everything done at the kiosk now, so since I was paying cash, I had to go to the counter and stand and wait on someone to show up so I could pay. Lunch was not good, with my McDouble having a very dark, dry outer ring around both patties. What really got me was as we were leaving I went to the counter to get a refill on my tea since they no longer have tea in the lobby. I stood there for several minutes with the manager yelling at employee's that they were at a standstill and needed to hustle up, yet he walked passed me at least a half a dozen times and not once did he ask me if I needed something or had anyone waited on me. He was the one that needed to hustle up! Finally walked out without a refill because I got tired of standing there being ignored. My wife reminded me, this was McDonald's after all and that I needed to lower my expectations and just expect shitty customer service, which is exactly what we got. We regret our decision to stop here and wish now we would have gone to Bar-B-Q King instead. This is the last time you will see us in this or maybe any other McDonald's. read more

Stopped there for dinner after seeing the Christmas lights and wished we never did stop there. There was NO ONE at the register so we had to order at the kiosk and waited over 25 min only to have part of our order ready and than tell me that the coffee machine was being "cleaned" and they couldn't make the cafe mocha I had ordered. I tried to talk the the manager, Morgan but she was rude when I told her I didn't like cold coffee. No other options were given just slamed the refund for it on the counter and walked away! When we finally did get our food, over 30 min later, the food was luke warm and I had to fight to get the rest of my order they forgot. The soda machines were leaking constantly, and those that worked were either empty or has very weak drinks. There were NO lids and was not clean or stocked. Over all, the food was terrible, the service worse and everyone should be ashamed of themselves. read more

slowest service ever. Make sure you ask for everything you need at drive through. You're lucky you even get straws. No utensils, no napkins, no ketchup is ever given. I asked for a sugar free vanilla iced coffee, got a sugar filled hazelnut iced coffee. My breakfast biscuit was the equivalent of beef jerky. Who knows how old that bread was. My husband ordered breakfast burritos and after reading the receipt, I found they typed in "no sauce" for his burritos...... um, what? My coffee had no note of being sugar free, although it was typed in as vanilla. Maybe the two cashiers that were on their cell phone could have taken a break to help the kitchen out. I would choose a 0 rating if I could, for this location. We've lived in this area for over a year now, and the only consistent thing about this store is simply how downright pitiful the customer service is. It takes absolutely forever to even get an acknowledgement that you're waiting in the drive thru, takes about double that time to get your payment taken, and god forbid your food be correct when you receive it. The employees here are absolutely miserable within their employment and I've never once had someone at this location even say a simple "thank you". Add a little time and go to the store down the street- this one is horrible. read more

I stopped here for breakfast with my husband I ordered 2 number 1's and a sausage egg McMuffin in my order I received two sausage egg muffins and a sausage muffin I asked for salt she gave me pepper all I gotta say is if you can't work at McDonald's and get ordered right maybe you need to just stay home. read more

This location claims to have mobile ordering but they do not. They have a huge sign saying they take mobile orders they even have parking spaces labeled "mobile ordering" yet when you ask they do not offer. They will collect the funds from you account (not pending actual hard charge) and give you nothing. So basically they steal your money and give you nothing. Honestly, this McDonalds used to be my go to place. they were fast, considerate and kind. but now, they don't address customers at the drive through, not even to say that they'll be with you in a moment or that they're busy and will be right with you. i sat in the drive through for almost an hour, and while i did so many cars pulled off and you could tell that they were quite upset. i honestly, do not recommend this location to anyone. read more
