Ordered two mcflurries through the app. that's it. two items. when we pulled up to the window to get our items, my fiancé overheard the employee making our mclurries tell someone "i didn't know what to do so i put ice cream in it and the toppings on top and that's it". when we pulled away from the window, we opened the containers and there was enough toppings to maybe satisfy a toddler. we mixed them up and there was enough in it to give it a nice bright shade of... you guessed it. white. how do i order an m&m mcflurry with extra caramel and it looks like a plain cup of vanilla ice cream? seems to me some more training would do good, maybe even some random drug testing. read more

Stopped in today on a road trip to get a burger and fries and was so disappointed. I noticed the burger was so overcooked that it was black, but not one to complain that much so still went ahead and ate it. As I am halfway through the burger, I pull out a piece of hair that was literally imbedded and cooked into my burger. Do better, this is disgusting. read more

Tried this place again recently and they seem to have improved a little. Still get orders wrong occasionally, but the employees seem nicer at least. Yesterday was a head scratcher, however. I ordered a Daily Double with Big Mac sauce added. Received my order and tag on the burger said "Daily Double Add Mac Sauce". There was no Big Mac sauce on the burger, but they did put it in a Big Mac box. So, whoever made it, thought that "Add Mac Sauce" meant "put it in a Big Mac box". Today I decided to go to the Mc'Donalds here in London Ky with my kids. My wife was home with my kids so I wanted to treat them with their favorite fast food. I Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, even though there was 3 cars. The air quality was bad and smelled like smoke coming from inside. I ignored it, but when I pulled up around the corner there was staff members taking a smoke brake. I Finally pulled up to the 1st window and waited for my food. They said, "we don't accept $20". Nuggets we're about 6 hours old. Flat and stale. Waited forever in the drive thru. Emplyees arguing in the store. Horrible store.

The service was awful. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Got to the order mic and then nobody answered. They asked what I wanted to order and then never answered me back. Ended up leaving the drive through and going somewhere else. Won't be returning to this McDonalds again. read more

We all know fast food workers don't like their jobs, but the crew here must love theirs since aren't required to work if they don't want to. The crew at this location just likes to hang out and visit with friends while ignoring customers. There are three McDonald's in the London, KY area and, while the others aren't great, this one takes the cake for awfulness. Avoid at all costs. read more

Terrible location! Wanted to quickly grab a couple sausage biscuits for breakfast on the road as my father and I had an appt to get to. They told me to pull up to wait. I told them I had an appt and they told me it would take 5 min tops. 15 min later I was seriously annoyed and walked inside to figure out what was taking so long. Turns out they had lied to my face. They didn't even have biscuits cooked and it takes 5 min just for the thawing period and then another 5 to cook. Add to that they hadn't even started cooking the eggs or sausage yet. The lady did not want to give me a refund but finally did after I put my foot down. They then had to do the same for the numerous other people who'd been waiting, too. There is no excuse lying to me or for making people wait so long beyond even what was necessary. I nearly missed my appt and had an empty belly besides. Never coming here again read more

Grant it the drive thru line was backed up so we elected to dine- in in hopes of faster service. We were the only customer dining in. It took thirty minutes to get our order done. Drive thru was backed up but evidently not enough for the drive thru attendant to chime in that McDoubles are made to order and rolling her eyes when I reminded her it's a 'fast' food chain. No apologies or adjustments were made by management in regards to the lengthy time it required neither. I will not waste my time or money at this McDonald's location again. read more

This place sucks! they gave me uncooked chicken nuggets, forgot atleast five things that i ordered, never gave napkin, bathroom dirty, floors dirty, no ketchup or lids, lied that the ice cream machine was broke, watered sprite, slow drive threw, food was gross, staff sucks, very dirty tables, definitely not worth the money read more

Would give 0 star if possible. The fries were cold and unsalted, the chicken in the chicken sandwich tasted old. Employees were not wearing masks or gloves. Basically, everything tasted like it was at least a day old and they just reheated it. Will never come back to this location, worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. read more

I could give it a zero if possible! I have been sitting here for over 15 minuets waiting on my food this is completely ridiculous. This is not the McDonalds you should use if you need your order to be correct. They've had it wrong the last 3 times I've been there for breakfast, and there were weeks (maybe months) between each of those visits. I won't be going back to this location. I will spend less time driving across town to the other McDonalds than I do waiting here to have my order corrected. read more

waited for order for over 30 minutes at curbside and order was confirmed but never recieved it and we called the manager to see what was going on and I was not rude and i was talking very nicely because i know mistakes can happen and when I spoke to the manager they kept saying they didnt have our order and then said the things in our order was delivered to someone else 30 minutes prior and I told them it was confirmed and the manager was being gery rude saying they dont have our order until she named off the last order they sent outband i told her politely that it was our order and she rudely replied "well someone else got it then cause that was the last one sent". never apologized and continued being rude until the end of the call when i said thank you i was hung up on. when our order came out they brought the bag to a different car when i rolled my window down and the person in the other car had to tell them it wasnt theirs that we have been sitting here very long. some workers are very rude here even when spoken to very nicely. read more
