They just need to close this Dunkin down at this point. Absolutely horrible with food, service, and all.

By far THE BEST Dunkin Donuts I have ever eaten at! Five stars doesn't do them justice this is 100 stars. We pulled in for our first Neal of the day as we head back to Georgia. So happy we stopped, your customer service is excellent. Friendly, kind, welcoming( I have tons is adjectives)- thank you Gretchen for you hospitality, you were so pleasant. Bring your patients thanks to COVID the lobby is closed. Be nice to the staff because they showed up to cook your meal for you. They are being nice so should you- wait, be kind, and order. The coffee is hot but not super hot. What made us happy was the food. Your bagel was perfect ( I can hear New Yorkers praising them now as perfect) the bacon was Smokey and the eggs just right. One bite and I knew this bagel would be eaten and not tossed. The croissant buttery, not dry and nice to bite into. Pure perfection. Your Dunkin is the first ever that hit all points for perfection. Everyone on staff was quick, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious!!! The inside was nice and clean.

When this outlet opened, the service levels and offerings were really good. But with time, both have been going down. A few months ago, I entered the store and the older female worker was brooming the floor... upon seeing me, she kept the broom aside and came to fill my order. Without putting any gloves on!!!! I've noticed on several occasions that the people serving behind the counter handle cash and coins and then do not wear gloves while getting donuts etc. Anyway... I didn't go to DD for the longest time ever. But made the mistake of going through the drive in on 12/10. Ordered a coffee, a butter croissant and a Boston creme donut. The coffee was the only saving grace.... the croissant was burnt! And the donut was soooo dense and lacked custard inside, plus the chocolate icing on the top was only a formality. This dunkin is ran by a great guy that is very proud of being part of the community. So I enjoy giving him my business. I got a double scoop of ice cream and it was around $5. That's pretty expensive. You can get two pints of ice cream for $10 soooo I did however get two breakfast wraps for $2! I added bacon to one and sausage to the other. This is the worst Dunkin' on the face of the planet Earth. I could literally walk the half mile down the road to Starbucks, place an order, drink it, and walk back by the time you'd get your order here. My wife and I were out and decided to get breakfast today and made the mistake of stopping here. Normally the line is around the building, but today there was just 4 or 5 cars. We decided to stop and after waiting 5 minutes, placed an order online just to speed up our part of the process. 25 minutes later, sitting at the window and our order is still not ready. If I ever wanted to drink dish water from a plastic straw, I could have stayed home. Friday came and we're headed to the lake, gonna get some DUNKIN (I love me some Dunkin'). Got there at 915, ordered large matcha and large vanilla iced. They told us NO we're done doing drinks except for iced coffee. Fiance was not a happy camper, she wanted matcha. I got my iced coffee, went to the bathroom, came back, Fiance went to bathroom. 30 MINUTES FOR A COFFEE and it tasted like dish water! I wouldn't be surprised honestly, everyone in there was incredibly disrespectful to me and my fiancé. Fast forward to Labor Day, headed home. Stop by again. Luckily, at 630 PM they DO make customer requests a priority. Got the same exact order, noticed there was quite a lot of ice in it, and the cup BROKE OPEN, my Fiance's matcha was the worst she has ever had. I am sitting here writing this covered in coffee and I am LIVID! So much for a fun road trip DD. I am humiliated and without words. Someon please fix this Dunkin. This is a shame to other DD's. Got a large frozen coffee with mocha swirl and a dozen of donuts. The coffee was so delicious and was just as good as Starbucks. The prices are amazing. Pricing is way cheaper than Starbucks. At Starbucks a tall is over $5 and at dunkin it was $2.99. Donuts taste good too. read more

Walked in and was the only customer in the store and none in the drive thru. I stood by the counter to order last night, and three females were just standing there talking. After a few minutes one looks around the wall at me with eyebrows raised like "what do you want". I ordered half dozen donuts and a large hot chocolate. They handed me a small chocolate so I asked them to switch. I apologize for the inconvenience but guess what, it wasn't an inconvenience at all to them. They poured the small chocolate into a large cup and added hot water for me. Went through the drive thru Friday night with the family. The kids attempted to order Donuts but everyone they order was not available or they ran out. I then attempted to order three different coffees and was told the same thing. I always though this place must be good because cars are always wrapped around the building but I now know it's just slow and bad service. a very good dunkin'!! we ordered about eight different donuts and eight different drinks and when the Lady read them back to us it was all right! Donuts were delicious and the coffee was pretty good too and the chocolate milk was 10 out of 10 according to a chocolate milk connoisseur we had in our car. Best dunkin' I've ever had!! only reason it was not five stars was that they gave us the wrong donut. But it was still delicious. read more

Stopped here for a road trip snack/coffee while passing through town. Bathroom was disgusting, pee on toilet seat and unbelievably sticky floor. Donut selection was terrible. Ate breakfast at this location, it had just opened for the day. The store seemed really dirty and had a ton of garbage behind the garbage can. Had to wait almost 20 min on ordered food because they set it to the side and didn't give it directly to us. Drink cooler was almost empty. Staff did not seem attentive to the customers. read more

This Dunkin is the worst one I have ever been to. The staff members are extremely rude. I have had to ask them to remake my order twice because it has actually been wrong, I'm not even picky. When I had to ask them, the first time I asked they said it was right and gave it back to me. It was not right at all. I let it go. The second time, there was no sugar in my latte and I asked them to remake it since it was a cold drink. They put sugar in it and it all settled in the bottom instead of remaking it like I asked. Here's the kicker, when I asked the girl at the register to re make it after I had come inside from the drive through the girl in the back said very loudly "she always does!" Loud enough to where I could hear it. Talking about me needing it corrected. I brought it up to the owner and he sent me a gift card for 5 bucks. I won't be back. Worst experience ever. It's a shame there isn't another Dunkin Donuts in the area because I would certainly drive out of my way to never have to go to this one again. I get coffee here several times a week, usually on my way to work in the evening. I don't think I have been pleased with my experience one single time since I moved here in June. The drive thru wait yesterday was around 15 minutes but at least they weren't out of caramel like at least five other times I have been there. I get a large caramel frozen coffee with no whipped cream every time I go there and I think I've actually had my drink be a frozen consistency maybe twice. I have gotten my coffee, drove down the road and taken a sip only to find it be totally sour. I drove back and got a replacement but received no apology for my wasted time. Five dollars and change is a lot of money to spend daily on something you are never satisfied with. There is nothing positive to say about this place. I wish someone would open another location in Corbin and do it much better!!! read more
