I walked into here "hangry" and was instantly greeted by the manager named Marvin. After placing my order and waiting 5 mins, the manager approached me, apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. He explained that he wanted to make sure my burger was made with HIGH quality! He then Offered me a free burger for the inconvenience on my next visit. This is for the Grand Mac only. I was optimistic that they can finally go against a Whopper, but alas, they failed. It's mostly bread, and you can see the flattened beef patty hidden in between. The biggest difference is the Grand Mac has TWO slices of cheese, rejoice my friends!! After going to this location several times I have been cheated out of money, when you ask for a meal they don't charge you the lower meal price (about $9), instead they charge each item separately costing $11. I know $2 isn't a lot of money but for some like myself, every penny counts. First time they did this to me, I asked to speak with the manager about it, but she refused to charge me the correct prices. I work at a different McDonalds so I know they were cheating me. This time I spoke with the manager and she said she would speak with her staff but I still asked who the franchise owner was so I could talk with him. And it was awesome! Hashbrown cook to the good tasty crunch but not hard for you to chew. Bagel bacon egg and cheese was good aswell. Great taste and very good service.
