Their prices are double to TRIPLE what you'd pay at a Normal McD's. Then they also don't take coupons. Their Menu says $3 for a "Sausage Egg McMuffin" so I ordered a Sausage Biscuit without knowing their prices were so crazy. Asked why my bill was so much before paying & she said the Sausage Biscuits were $3 each. Straight up said, "Then I only want one & I don't even think I want one due to that price." Then tried to use a coupon on the McCafe Iced Coffee & she said they don't accept coupons....after she swiped my card. TLDR: Stupidly overpriced, do not go here. Never in my life have been so disappointed by a McDonald's run. The audacity of this location, mind you, in a rest top, to charge $2.99 and $2.89 for a McDouble and a McChicken respectively, is beyond anything I have ever experienced and has left a bad taste in my mouth that isn't a result of the wilted lettuce that accompanied my McChicken. The true slap in the face is the fact that there are several self printed signs posted stating "we do not do special deals or special prices," which is a travesty in its own rite. They surely believe that these ridiculous signs justify the absurdity of the prices for items that should be on the dollar menu (at most $1.29), but the signs merely serve as a reminder of the highway robbery that is fittingly occurring right off the highway. On the plus side, they were open at 10:30 on a Saturday night with a blizzard coming in. On the minus side, they're prices are more than double most other franchise locations, so you better really value the convenience of the location because you will pay for it. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS. My buddies and I stopped at this establishment around 12:30 am at the end of our treck to make it up to Connecticut. We were all STARVING and needed some good Mcdonalds, but that is what we did not receive. First off, I ordered my food and the man working the register was judging me for my order because I got a lot since we have not eaten, I felt so ashamed due to this worker's incompetence. All my friends received their "food" before me even though I ordered first. My friend had the most soggy undercooked nuggets we have ever seen in our lives. My other friend had a quarter pounder that was still mooing it was so raw . Then it was about 1:15 and I still have not received my order, so I got in line to ask where it was. There were people in line so i had to wait, then when it was my turn the incompetent worker decided to go to the back for a little and help with something else (hello?!?! You have a customer waiting sir!!!) He eventually came back and i asked where my food was and he laughed at me saying "Where where you" and I replied "I was waiting for the food I ordered 45 minutes ago that's where." Then he left and had his sidekick help me get my order and once i did receive it the nuggets were cold and wet and the burger was disgusting. NEVER come here. listen im only here because i cant find the subway on yelp thats also in this plaza so this is in reference to subway. the ONE employee who was running the entire establishment was sitting in the eating area on her phone, eating lunch. i was right in front of her and she saw me waiting at the counter. i get it if you need a lunch break. but she literally SAW ME and then proceeded to eat and scroll thru her phone, and i had to wait until she finished when she pleased. no apologies or even acknowledgement for how long i just waited. i would have also preferred, since i just WATCHED her eat with her hands, if she had washed her hands before making my sandwich. she put on gloves, but still. either get more employees so they can have proper breaks or teach your current employees how to be better. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Called up to ask what time they were open till and the woman on the other end had the AUDACITY to hang up. TWICE. ANGRILY. I understand that it is quite late. But there is NO excuse for the way I was treated. I will never be giving them my business. Went here on a Friday at 10:00pm. The Menu was difficult to follow, and none of the customers where facilitated into a line in front of a designated register. No signs to assist. Staff member Liz rang us up and she seemed very busy. However there was no clarification of what our "meal" included and she was very quick with us without being very accommodating. I think this is the result being understaffed and no trading on customer service basics. She did give us an extra chicken finger which was nice, but being accommodating in the first place would've made the process much more efficient for busy staff and would have made the customer more likely to come back. She may have been having a bad day and this is understandable but since this is a rest stop facility and you are probably not getting any regulars, management should still make sure staff are held accountable for the way they interact with customers and fully trained on such. On top of this, that prices are way too high. I make a stop at the rest stop at least once every few months when driving to visit family and I will definitely not be giving this McDonald's service again. read more
