I've stopped by here few times now on a business trip through out Arkansas and it has been a warm atmosphere. Baristas already knew my order, second time around, even though I've only come here twice. My beverage was fresh and hot. It was a nice personal touch when my barista brought my drink, he mentioned, "Let your tea steep for five minutes before you enjoy it." They keep the entire place clean and inviting. You have great choice for seating. Inside, you will find eleven tables with chairs and a large leather bench against large wall of windows. You will also have option for one conference-sized table with additional chairs. Their restrooms are very modern and clean. It's a 3-in-1 sink; soap, water, and hand dryer. You gotta come by and check it out for yourself. It's my personal favorite. Outside, you have a good sized patio with six tables and fourteen chairs. Good size parking lot, as well with fourteen spaces by building and few more across. I'll be sure to keep coming back here, every time I have to come towards Hot Springs, (20 miles), or Little Rock, (45 miles) for business.

The majority of employees know me, many by name, most by sight due to my job at DG Market across the Rd, so the young man & I were talking as he swiped my card. I drove up. That young man tried handing me the wrong drink. I told him tea. The woman behind him called me by name & handed him my tea. I go across the Rd & get chime notice I just spent $19.05 at McDonald's . She was very nice, said she'd write it down in case she wasn't there. On break I go in, tell young lady at front desk what happened. She calls Dewayne, the manager, name loudly to be heard over kitchen. He was walking towards the front within site. Passed in front of us & walked behind the wall separating counter from kitchen. I couldn't hear what was said but another woman, MOD Melissa comes to ask what problem is. I tell her. She grabs a book, ask name, says no, not here. Who did you talk to? Idk, just that she said she'd write it down. MOD opens book again turning pages & pointing going no manager, not here. They write it in book, not here, no manager. I said I don't know if the people in drive thru are still on shift but they'd know. She shuts book, says I don't know nothing about that, turned around & waked 4-5 ft away with back to me at counter in front of kitchen. I am telling the young lady I guess I need to speak to Dewayne when the guy who took card at drive thru walks up & ask what's going on. I tell him, he says, oh yeah that was my fault. The lady in red truck was pissed she PD $19 for tea! They still charged for what I had already PD for & only gave them tea as well....how crazy is that!? I said yeah, I'm not happy either. Where is Dewayne. He pointed off to back. I said, I need to see him. The MOD stood there, a few feet away during this conversation & still ignored the situation. I turned to another customer I see at work daily & said guess I'll wait. I'm not paying $19 for TEA. After several min of watching MOD just stand with her back to me, the other two employees I've asked to see the Restaurant manager walk around staring into air, I go to car & call asking for Dewayne. The MOD informs me he left. She truly expected me to just walk away after paying $19 for a drink. Report filed with customer service. This customer & the other two members of this family won't be back.

I bet she went on for three minutes about how that was too much work to ask the staff to do and how ridiculous the request was. Rice appeared to be just steamed that whatever they put in those red beans was a smoky spicy goodness paired perfectly with that rice. Tasty stuff! Wrong, a good addition to Melbourne, even though we've got a couple of other barbecue places, they've been open less than a month so I'm gonna cut them a little slack with their cashiers or customer service. I'll come back and try a couple more times and see if I can get a better reading, but I give them a solid four. Give them a whirl and tell us what you think.
