I used the mobile app but when I parked I got a notification that there was an issue with the app. I had gotten the email that had my order information so I went through the drive through. They were rude and mocking and told me there was nothing they could do. Never an apology or sorry the app messed up. It was completely unnecessary behavior and just an apology would have worked but I didn't even get that. It's probably the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Pulled into the drive thru at 10:59pm. The website said the drive thru is open until midnight. After a few minutes all the lights turned off. Pulled around and was told they were closed. I told them the website said they were open until midnight and was told the website was wrong. I told them all I wanted was a milk shake. The employee left and returned with manger, who told me the ice cream machine automatically shuts off at exactly 11:00pm. I told him I did not believe him and was going to write a letter to his supervisor. He said, "than write a letter you dumb ass" and slammed the window in my face. Is it just me or is it confusing how much the menu boards differ from restaurant to restaurant? We stopped here to grab dinner on our road trip and yes, we usually get the same exact thing every time we come to a McD's... but I want to know how much the items are before ordering them. After pulling up to the drive through ordering area, I was scanning the menu for the price of a normal cheeseburger and I literally couldn't find it. Now, at our local McDonald's, they are $1 but they weren't on the dollar menu here. Anyways, I mention out loud about not seeing the price for cheeseburgers and the guy responds about how he can't see the board so he wouldn't know... ummmm... ok??? So I had to then prompt, how much are they then? $1.49. Man! So we would get 2 burgers for the price of 3 back home. Oh well. So we ordered 3 cheeseburgers, a large fry and a McNugget combo. Using a McDonald's app coupon deal for a FREE LARGE FRY WITH ANY PURCHASE, our order total was $13 and change. Having that app is so clutch when trying to save a few bucks when on a road trip... despite having a pay a little more for the order to begin with. Food had a bit of a wait. One day, they got my chicken sandwich COMPLETELY WRONG. Which is fine because people mess up. I asked for ketchup, mustard, and mayo ONLY and they gave me mayo and lettuce instead of what I asked for. Well a week later I go there to get breakfast after work. I get the hotcakes meal and all they give me is pancakes and sausage?? I may be wrong but any McDonald's I've ever been to has always given me pancakes, sausage or bacon, a biscuit, and hash browns! Stopped in today on our way back to Dallas from Little Rock. What a mess. Ordered 2 coffee's on the app. That's all. Waited about 20 min for the first one. Another 10 min for the second one. They were both ALL creamer. I overheard the guy making coffees asking the "trainer" what S/F meant on the order ticket, he said "I don't know..." I walked over and told him it mean sugar free. He said "we don't have that...". Ok, whatever. After the second one came out I walked over to the counter & asked for a refund. The total spent on those 2 coffees was just over $2.00 (ordered on the app deals), the lady opened the register and gave us $5.47 in cash. After waiting that long, I didn't even argue. Pitiful. It's a McDonald's. I don't think I got a hot fudge sundae or any food here, just went to the ladies room. No issues with this one and I don't recall my friend having any issues either. They most likely were open late, a necessity for the road warriors among us. read more

We ordered $12.43 of food. There was one car ahead of us. Rapidly, it was our turn to pay and get our food. "What did you have?" A Rather uninvolved attire is what we were met with. We had to repeat this twice and slowly. We got our food and had to ask for our beverages. We got on I30 only to g f ind there was no silverware or napkins. My Beans and Rice were wasted. Terrible! Why do I feel like I get raped every time I eat here? This is by far the worst McD I have eaten at. I bought a McFlurry for my son at $3.09 plus tax. They don't even bother to fill the small cup. Then I ordered a double cheeseburger which I didn't see listed on the menu any longer. Now I know why- they charge $2.39. A cheeseburger is $1.00. So why would a double cheeseburger be more than twice as much? Then I had ordered a small fry. See pic. Half filled again. Come to find out for $0.60 more I could have had a 4 piece chicken nugget and a drink but the manager was too busy ripping me off to tell me the 4 for $4 menu would have been a better deal. Lastly, I ordered a cheeseburger for me - no mustard, what did I get- no pickles but plenty of mustard. Last time I ate here was about 8 months ago- will be at least 8 months before I eat here again. read more

Terrible. The hours used to be 24hrs. Now they close at 11 p.m. The best thing ABOUT McDonald's is the fact that it is open late. The fact that it isn't anymore is not only foolish but terribly inconvenient. I advise anyone looking for a place to eat late to go to the Taco Bell just down the road. Stayed in Malvern for a weekend trip to Hot Springs. Visited this places several times during our trip. Everyone I encountered here was VERY nice and friendly. Of course it's McDonald's food. I will say every time I ordered something it was very hot. Unusual for most McDonalds. I've had some cold food before but this place seemed like it was freshly cooked when I ordered it. Even the fries were hot which was great. They have the best fries. read more
