Let's start with the hardest working young lady I have ever seen, it was beyond impressive to see Kayleigh work. Every step she took was efficiency, whether that was opening doors for customers, dishing out hot fries, putting a smile on some kids faces with ice cream or bussing tables, operating the register, helping the cooks. It's like Disney in Arkansas. The workers constantly have to be greeting etc you can tell it's taxing. Entertaining concept though and they seem to work hard to make sure you're happy. I'm not going to lie -- I'm a regular at David's and probably go three or four times a month. If you've never been, you should definitely go... and plan to eat inside the restaurant. As soon as you walk in, the staff greets you with a big "Welcome to David's!" The last time I went, a staff member even opened the door for us. Maybe that's a sign I go a little too often! The restaurant is usually busy and energetic but even as a fast food restaurant, staff are still assigned tables and I'll ask you throughout your meal if you need any refills or anything else All meals come with fries and a drink, and you can easily get a full meal for under $10, which is hard to beat these days. While you're waiting, they bring out bottomless fries, and the food always comes out quick, hot, and fresh. If you bring young kids, they'll let them make their own ice cream cones for free. The staff makes a whole fun moment out of it, announcing to the restaurant, "We have an ice cream maker!" This place is great! My family was RV'ing in Arkansas and a fellow RV'er mentioned David's at the RV park where we were staying. We discounted the mention because we thought "eh, burgers...". We love burgers but it's something you can get anywhere but this was no ordinary spot. Upon searching for places to eat David's continued to make its appearance so we decided to give it a go. When we walked in we knew it was not like any other "burger joint". The place was busy but there were so many employees ready to take our order and help out. We kept it simple and ordered the classic cheeseburger and fries. While waiting at our table there was an employee walking around with a huge metal bowl of fries. They come around every five minutes or so and give your table a serving of fries to munch on while you wait. The wait isn't that long, even as busy as they were, but it was a nice touch. Our food was really good. You can tell the burgers were not the simple cheapest ground chuck to be bought. They are higher quality beef burgers and were amazing. I kept hearing about David's Burgers from local friends so I had to check it out. The burgers were great but my favorite part was the refillable fries. You'll get a piece of parchment to put on your table when you order fries. As you're dining, someone comes around with fresh, hot fries and will place them on the parchment. You can get as many refills as you like and they'll never have time to get cold! Save some room for soft serve ice cream. We all got a sample and the kiddos got complimentary cones that they got to fill themselves.
