Great coleslaw! The pork BBQ sandwich was really tasty with the classic sauce. Peach cobbler was good, too!

YASSSSSSSMAAM! I am in town visiting friends and homie…read morerecommended this birria truck. Came back w his three tacos, my enchilada quesobirria, guac and white queso with chips. This is flavor town yall. Dishes even come with a chile brine to dip in. The meat is supple, flavorful and deeeeelicious. They soak the shells in the brine before putting them on the griddle so they have a saturated color and flavor that I am all about. Guac is fresh and super solid. White queso is redonk with house made chips and schmered on everything. My buddy is a taco truck enthusiast who basically thinks he struck gold by finding this place, visiting it every week since he found it. I'll probs get three meals out of this and it is VERY reasonably priced! Incredible. Gracias!! SUPPORT LOCAL FOOD

Holy Schneikies!!!! They were not pulling my leg in the previous reviews!…read more I don't know what the heck is wrong with me, but I've lived in the area for about a year and a half and thankfully checked Yelp today, Easter Sunday, to see what casual restaurants were open. This looked interesting, and I followed the reviews over the bridge to the road much less traveled. It is literally a little food trailer with an adjacent building and an awning with outdoor seating just sitting on the side of the road, pumping out excellent food and service. There was a decent little line when I arrived, but the staff is very friendly and apologized for a couple of items being completely blown out. That's what I get for showing up for lunch at 1 o'clock. I ordered the lingua burrito minus beans but add a little cheese and took the mild hot sauce on the side since I'm an old white lady and can't handle the super spicy stuff now. About 10 minutes later, they called my number and I sat down to open a to go box that contained a beautifully toasted burrito about the size of my head. The first bite knocked my socks off! And that's saying quite a bit because the first bite usually has nothing but tortilla and tomatoes and rice in it. From top to bottom this thing was jampacked with delicious tender lingua, but it was the fresh greens, delicious Mexican rice, the super yummy salsa and grilled onions plus whatever else they've blessed me with. Let's just put it this way: It was SO good, I left a $10 tip. The only cons I could find were a lack of napkins set out for self service or in my bag, and some ice for the sodas would be nice, but I don't even care. I moved here from California and have had a real hard time finding authentic Mexican cuisine. The only way you could make Valdiva Brothers any better as if they also did El Pastor and added the ice and napkins. It'll be on regular rotation now, I almost ate the whole thing. It was so delicious.

Quaint, rural with a Main Street drag…read more There are a few usual suspects, chain places ... that I would say, actively avoid so as not to miss local gems. Like Coffee Records. Unpretentious, comfortable and pleasantly eclectic. Their slogan is "analog feeling in a digital world" and it's perfectly apropos. Stacks of old school vinyl greet you as you come in and the sound of music spinning and espresso steaming. The staff is warm and welcoming. I showed up ready for lunch and the smash burger did not disappoint. Perfectly crisp on the edge of the patty, smashed onion, and burger sauce ... classic, delicious and un-improveable. Paired with a sweet tea and bag of chips, no fail. The snickerdoodle laté beats anything from chain coffees that shall not be mentioned, with a stick, while they sleep. The vibe is laid back, the menu is fun and varied ... I had a taste of the chicken salad, SOLID! All in all, Coffee Records is not to be missed. Support local business... it's always good for the spot and almost always better than any chain TGI McDumDum's. Keep up the great work Coffee Records!

They have seasonal drinks as well. The menu choices are a little limited but everything we had was tasty. The folks at the register were very nice and helped me sneakily pay for the group without them noticing which I appreciated. If I find myself out this way again I would definitely stop in for a coffee and snack.

I pulled up and went to order and I was greeted by a lady with red hair and covered in tattoos she smiled at me and asked me how I was and If I would like to place and order. I told her it had been a while since I had been there and asked her what she recommended and she promptly said ohhh definitely a chicken and steak quesadilla or some birria nachos. I said oh I didn't seen the birria nachos on the menu so it must be new so I told her I'll take one of each. She said it would be about 15 mins and I was welcome to have a seat and wait I made sure to see if she was going to put gloves on and yes!! She did. About 5 mins later some guy came in yelling at her that she needed to hurry and make 2 orders he had just got she told him she was working on my order she would get to it as soon as she was done he looked at me and said (what did you get man) and I had grabbed a soda from the cooler and he said you already pay for your order man if not I need you to pay now and for you drink. She said yes he had already paid for everything already she finished my order and gave me an extra salsa I tipped her 5 dollars before I left and he stuck it in his pocket I said oh that was a tip for the cook and he said yeah ok ty have a good day. The food was impeccable I dont know what she does to it but I was so full I couldn't eat another bite I will definitely go back if she is cooking but he needs to learn manners
