Terrible rude people working here from the girl who took my order that is under trained with an attitude to the manager that has an attitude. I used my rewards to get a get of fish and then asked if I could also use my birthday code in the same transaction and the girl asked what is the code, I gave her the code and apparently it did not work when you use two codes in one order which the girl should have known. So she had to get help reboot system twice and then manager got involved didn't seem like she wanted to help the counter girl not without an attitude anyway. After this was done she waited for system to reboot she got my sandwich laid it on the counter in a bag and waited for the reboot to finish gave me my sandwich I then said what about my birthday code I gave you you didn't tell me I couldn't use two on same transaction that's what fouled up computer and now my birthday transaction is no longer available in my app. So manager with an attitude came again and asked what was going on and I told her the counter girl used both my codes and I lost my birthday code because of this situation so with an attitude she asked what it was and she then made my free drink from my birthday code that was lost. But before that the counter girl yelled at us to move to the side and I told her my wife has an order as well and after the counter girls comment my wife said no I don't want anything any longer. Meanwhile my sandwich got cold from waiting on all this to unfold and when I told manager about how we were treated by counter girl she could care less as she was just as rude. Place smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in forever and looked like it as well. I would go to another McDonalds miles away before I would ever come back here again!!!!! Went to this location last week bought two Big Macs a mc double and a large fry through the drive through. They forgot the fry but didn't forget to charge me for it. So I went back through the line to get my fries and they gave me the coldest stalest fries I've ever had in my life. I'm so glad I checked my bag before I left. I ended up going back through the line a 3rd time and got my entire order remade. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED The only reason I got this app was to make this review. Went here and got a McChicken with a few customizations which were spot on, but the sandwich just tasted nasty. It tasted dirty and of low quality. Not to mention at the first window where I paid for my food, the employee tried slamming the window in my face before I got the chance to ask for my receipt. However, the employee at the second window was much more kind. I had asked for a sauce cup and she gave me one and told me it was no problem. On a sidenote, a couple of people that I know work here are working way over the amount of hours that they're supposed to (they're minors). Trimble Road McDonald's is violating I don't know how many child labor laws and definitely some health code. Stay away and find another McDonald's. read more

Tonight I sat in line 25 mins to get cold nasty food I asked the rude girl at the window for fry's that were warm she handed me the same fry's back out the window that I handed in. Stopped by in their drive thru on memorial day ordered 1 mcdouble and 2 breakfast burritos. Pulled both of the breakfast burritos out and they both were ice cold. Hard as a rock and 1 didn't even have a bit of eggs or cheese in it. This place really needs to be brought to the attention of McDonald's corporation. Very poor service. read more

On the McDonald rating scale this location is fairly good. It is always clean, even the bathrooms. The soda machine is in the middle of the restaurant and is always being wiped down and trash taken out frequently. Staff have always been friendly and courteous. You will see a few local people squatting with their laptops filching the free wifi (which is spotty at best), but no uber weirdos. I will say one time a lady was eating an ice cream cone and sugar packets at the same time... Not sure about that lady. read more

I hate this place. They mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm never coming back here again. I order the same thing every time, 2 plain cheeseburgers. How is that hard to mess up? I live 10 minutes away so I have to check my food before I leave (I learned my lesson before). Anyways, since I live so far I decided I wanted to eat my food in the parking lot because I Didn't want to heat my food up when I got home. But they messed it up so I had to go back through the line (honestly wasn't a big deal). There was someone in front of me, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them, kind of frustrating but whatever. I get to the window and no one is there. I see a bag of food and some drinks on the counter but no one inside. I figured someone online ordered and that's why it was taking so long, because I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to show up. And when she did finally show up, she handed me the bag sitting on the counter that had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. Thanks for the cold food. Guess I'll drive home and use my microwave like I didn't want to. The manager is awful. Every time she's working my food is wrong. If there was any negative numbers on this review I would get this place I actually had a child that worked here. We didn't work there for very long. Through Sanitation is very very bad. There was a customer that contacted my child that had maggots in their food. The health inspector was also called on this facility. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

To start off I don't leave reviews often, and I in fact work at a fast food restaurant, at that being said... This service was the worst I've ever had, it took 40 minutes to get my food, and they had at most 15 customers eating at the time, so they we're barely busy. But your probably thinking what could be so complex it would take 40 minutes?? Two McChickens that's it, and when I tell them I've been waiting 40 minutes, what do they do? maybe make the meal free? maybe give me a free drink? I pulled in to the drive thru and had 2 customers helped before me. After I finally placed my order I asked for a Big Mac with a seedless bun. When I got home and opened my sandwich I had a bun with seeds all over it and no middle bun. After trying to call and getting an unable to connect message I finally gave up. It's not rocket science.
