Just your typical McDonald's. Service was mediocre. Clean. What I really wanted to comment on is what I saw while dining in. I noticed a female employee walk past to the bathroom, when she exited, she was finalizing an order on her head-set. Evidently she was taking orders while in the bathroom...I've never even heard of something like that before. The next time your going through the drive-through, just think...the person on the other end of the line may be in the crapper. read more

Not only was the person that handed me my food rude af they also forgot my cookies which I had to ask for 3 times before someone acknowledged me, than instead saying "hey they are in the oven it is going to 15 - 20 minutes can I get you something else or refund you your monies" they take them out of the oven early and shove them put them in the same bag and I know they are straight from the oven because they are still burning hot. I also got 2 apple fry pies that I can legit see the grease dipping off it. I just don't understand how is so hard to get this stuff correct. I didn't have any weird order, didn't ask for anything special and it all sucked. What absolutely disgusting disgrace. Do not recommend at all and will not be back. Note: I did not receive a receipt as I went to self check out kiosk and I told the gentleman that I didn't get a receipt and he said it would pop up in the back. read more

Arrived at 10:20 and decided to wait until 10:30 change-over to order. At 10:30 was told they were waiting for oil to reach temp and didn't take my order. At 10:39 they finally took my order. A $5 McDouble. At 11 AM the order was finally ready. The longest I've ever waited for fast food. It was mediocre at that. read more

Just like the Southern Classic across the road, terrible service and extremely rude employees. The food, though? God no. I have no idea how they're still open and why people still go there. Disgusting food, if you can even CALL it food. It feels more like eating plastic or rubber slop. Not even the breakfast items are any good. Just go to Burger King. Restaurant opens at 5 am but when I ordered at 6:30 they said it would be a 30 min wait since they just opened. No other cars in the drive thru. They sit in the parking lot til almost 7 to smoke and take the phone off the hook so you can't call them. Horrible customer service. The management is even worse. read more

Rude and hateful - both the manager on duty and the drive thru worker treated us awful just for asking for ketchup. Wouldn't open the window nor was she even willing to tell us which drink was which. Poor service and attitudes. Sad they can't treat people with kindness and respect. read more

This McDonald's needs to be closed down. It is more of an inconvenience than it is a convenience for anyone. You can watch the right people come through and get free food from the staff with a friendly smile and everyone else is treated like they are an inconvenience and aren't even getting what they pay for half the time. read more

Really skeptical with all these reviews but very pleased to say my experience was nothing like the reviews. We arrived at lunch time, it was very busy. Drive thru and inside were both busy. Store is not big enough to accommodate that kind of business. They need a bigger building. We were promptly waited on and order placed. We did have about a 5 minute wait on our food but it was all very fresh, fries straight from the grease. Selective few do have an I don't care attitude but it wasn't rude towards me or my daughter. The biggest down fall, no play area. Once again, not big enough. First McDonalds not within a shopping area that doesn't have a play area. read more

went in the morning to this mcdonalds & it doesnt meet any osha standards the manager was rude and not friendly at all. avoided eye contact and when was asked a question replied with a bothered tone. order took 20 minutes to make and all we had was one order a large coffee and a juice. large coffee was only filled halfway and the manager didnt even bother to offer sugar. the only good thing about this trip was one older lady that was kind enough to offer coffee to those who ordered it. other than that wont be coming back to this mcdonalds. read more

Waited 10 minutes in vehicle for order, then they pulled me around to park, waited 9 more minutes. My wife ordered a quarter pounder. I walked in and the cashier and manager were horrible and have no business running a restaurant. They told me they cook to order, well I could cook a 8oz burger in 8 minutes. She told me it would take another 10 minutes, I demanded my money back. I will never return... not apologetic at all, just didn't care!!! read more

The managers and employees needs training on being polite and courteous. They are rude and disrespectful. I have heard a manager being rude to an employee and belittle them in front of customers. The ice cream machine is always broken. The burgers are never made correctly. Fries are loaded with salt that you can't eat them. Salads are not fresh. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to; the only reason it gets 1 star is because I can't give it none. The restaurant was filthy, food laying everywhere and a spilt drink under a table and when you try and tell staff they ignore you. You could hear the staff in the back having a heated argument, and the woman that took our order acted like we were an inconvenience to her. It took forever to get our food and then it was like she was confused on how to set it down when she brought it to the table, and they weren't even busy there were two other people there. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. read more

Service is worse than horrendous, Crew Members have a I don't care attitude. Slowness is understated, from greeting to ordering to even receiving an order. Only 1 in line ad took 3 minutes before a crewmember turned around and said in a rude attitude "What do you want!". Visited McDonald's around 9 PM on Oct. 24. No ice in dispenser & no tea in container!

Never served! I visited the store today with my children lookn to eat lunch. We approached the counter as about eight employees were fumbling around behind the counter all talkn with one another. We waited and waited and was never even greeted by any one of the many that walked by and look at us standing there. A postal delevery came and the employees called the manager to come sign for a package . She came and signed for the package never speaking to us either. We waited a few more minutes and then finally just left the restruant with out ever even being spoken to by a single employee!!!! Is this how to run a business?????? Ordered oatmeal and coffee this morning. Observed the female employee opening the package of fruit for the oatmeal with her teeth. Didn't really seem the most sanitary or appetizing thing to do. I ate it anyway. Coffee and oatmeal were very good and employees were courteous. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. read more
