Burgers are hand formed and grilled to order. The 'large' is 1/2 pound and the fixings are traditional toasted white hamburger bun, lettuce tomato, onion and mayo. Delicious burger. I got mine with cheese. Ration of meat bun fixings and condiments is excellent. I had with Cajun fries and soda, but the main event is the burger and it was great. The burger is worth the hype! I got a single cheeseburger- comes with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mayonnaise and mustard. I ordered the regular fries, they were under seasoned. I will try the curly fries next time. I met Marie herself and her sweet sister Dolores! The place looks a little run down, and I called ahead and it took about 25 minutes. Traveling thorough Nachitoches so got off I-49 and stopped by. Yes, it is a mobile home with a drive through. And, yes, very friendly service. Burger was tasty but would have been better if not so well done. Just too dry. Fries fine but could use some seasoning. Price was right. Wow that's a tasty burger! Hand formed and I got the small it had to have been a quarter pounder! The place is basically a drive through mobile home. I had to turn around to find it! Yes cash only and a bit of a wait but the burger was oh so worth it. The only reason for the four stars was that I found the fries to be a little bit of a let down.
