I visited this McDonald's location today Aug. 26th around 1:30 pm. I had placed a mobile order and counter pickup. That was the first time I had been inside and I was pleasantly surprised and even decided to eat in. The biggest reason for that was one look at the French fries!!! False advertising unprofessional staff. Refused to honor prices clearly posted on menu sign. When questioned as to why, they refused service rather than honor what was posted. Epic fail! If I could do 0 I would, gave my coupon to another person then said I couldn't use it again. Then tried to make me pay for another order 30$ more. The attitude was ridiculous man I've worked food service almost 5 years it's McDonald's...... then the manager comes and she has an attitude said she couldn't do it (yes she could bc I got my coupon) then I had to retake me entire worker (got cut off after every item) then the employees gave me the wrong change said "oh my god let me get my manager again". I hesitantly give three stars as most of my experience has been walking in after ordering on the app, picking up and leaving. I usually get iced coffee with nothing in it and they get it right, mostly. Everyone seems nice enough and apologetic when, not if, they mess up my order. There is a noticeable difference when the manger is there. I do notice that this location, and probably others, are not as interested in taking orders as they want you to place orders at the gigantic digital kiosks or online. read more

It is absolutely ridiculous not to give people what they pay for or offer an apology when customers bring it to your attention that you left something out of the bag. I understand businesses are short staffed but train the staff that you have to have a friendly demeanor and make sure the customers are satisfied. I would rather wait longer in the drive-thru or mobile pickup area to make sure my order was accurate. read more

On January 4th I placed an order at the drive thru. They must time them so he asked if I would pull forward. The car in front of me looked like their order was messed up so they went back in to get their order right. Sat there for ten minutes and called and said I'm waiting on the drive thru and four cars behind me have all gotten their food. The employee said she did not see me that she is working the drive thru and O told her I am in the black car and pulled up where he told me to pull up. She still said she could not see me so I said that's fine- I will come in and get a refund. I commend the people for working but I will not be back. I think the owners or managers time the drive thru and by doing so they showed my order was already picked up. Never been a fan of McDonalds but they were near my dry cleaners and was in a hurry. Clean restaurant with helpful efficient staff. Can you ask for any more? Food is McDonalds. All the same menu. Don't expect much you don't be disappointed. It's McDonalds. There were a lot of employees so chances are your wait time is manageable. But remember it's McDonalds so again, let's not expect too much. There was an inside indoor play area for the kids, which is nice that there entire dining room doesn't have to hear all the fun tones the kiddos released as they enjoyed playing there. I left one star off because there is NO hot water in the bathroom to wash your hands. Also the hook on the door of the bathroom was missing so there is no where to place a handbag while in ladies room . That was a challenge figuring out how to keep your bag off the floor. read more

Omg now I know this is a fast food place but come on. I think it might be my last time at McD. I walked in and the lady said are you looking to order? How nice I thought, Yes, I said. She then pointed at the kiosk and said there. It took me twice as long to figure it out and waited for my order.then I get it and ask for ketchup. The young man said hold on. I wait and wait, while my order gets cold. He come back and says'Oh yea, ketchup, then leaves again. then he come back and say" we are out of Ketchup, not sure why, but we are and walks away. so I said I would like to see a manager, he walks tells someone she gives me a look, eye roll and no one every comes. So I step into there place as this whole 5 minute order is not like 20 minutes. Finally I get a look like, what are you doing back here. I said I am still waiting for ketchup.The give me this look, walk over to the refrigerator pull out one and toss it as me. McDonald's has their fast-food formula down pat and this location is no exception. I do appreciate that on the rare occasion I find myself in this location, everything is clean.... the employees are nice and the food is.... what is expected. I have noticed on my drives to the office that the drive-thru is usually very busyand non stop.... even at 6:30 in the morning. I guess it's easier to stop at the golden arches on the way to work to get your caffeine fix. I spend so much time in my car as is so a 30 second walk to the building is my preferred choice if I am going to take out. This was my go to McDonald's. Not because they are great, but they had Nigel! He has gone and the whole store has gone to hell in a hand basket. The female mgt staff are beyond rude. They run out of the basic items constantly. How hard is it to increase your order next time? Employees are much sweeter when the female managers are not there! Has just gotten ridiculous. Every single time the order is wrong. Is bad enough that they even have signs up about how they are going to make you jump through hoops to maybe fix the order if you bring it back immediately after driving all the way home. This trip as usual no one at the register only way to order is through the kiosk which has not paper in it so no receipt (as usual). And while I wait my 20 minutes out front without seeing the employees you can hear one of them (assuming the manger) screaming bloody murder at the employees the entire time, I finally got my order which was repeated back to me Double Bacon Quterpounder with Cheese large fry. I usualy check when I get in the car, but was raining so stupidly just went home. As usually the fries were bone cold (even the few eaten in the parking lot). And when I open the burger box at the house of course had no bacon and despite being in a double quarter pounder box and pretty sure they patties for a double cheese burger instead. It is just beyond the point of absurd at this point. And yes I know I could eat Subway or Arby's as are equally close and most times I do because of this exact reason. read more

I've never had a real complaint about McDonalds food - ever. I've had your average mixups or missing purchases from my order - however the food is ALWAYS consistent. Burgers always have the same taste. Fries can be undercooked or under salted but they still have the same taste. I can without a doubt tell you that the food here tastes different. I've had two burgers taste off - fishlike. I've had chicken taste burger like and my friends taste unexplainable. Broken fridge/freezer - maybe. read more

Terrible service and an even worse manager to deal with it. During this covid-19 ordeal it's hard to find a place open later. Me and my fiancé went there before she was called into her shift as a nurse at the hospital and the staff was awful. The kid taking payments at the drive through window walked away as we pulled up to the window to play with his phone. Once he came back, he didn't say a word to us, grab my credit card and walked away. When I mentioned to the manger what the kid did, she just okay and tried to move me along. I have lived less than a mile from this McDonalds since it opened. We've probably averaged going there at least three times a week since it opened. Probably 90% of those times were drive-thru. The order is always correct, employees are courteous, and we always hope Nigel is working. My son always calls him "the nice man". Everyone is nice there, but he is special. This is the worst McDonald's ever! I will never visit this location again, although I live less than 2 miles away. I have been here several times to mediocre service and food, always hoping that they would get better. The last visit they were under construction and I walked in to see employees just sitting around in the dining area laughing and joking. When I got to the counter no one seemed to want to give me service. Finally one girl walks up to the counter and proceeds to take my order with no smile. I drive off eating barely warm fries and the driest burger on stale bread. I ended up just throwing it away. Did not have time to turn around and complain. Don't go to this location. We live two miles away, and have patronized this place for 3 years. Over the past year we have seen everything, including food and service, decline. The Big Mac I ordered last Thursday was dry and old-tasting. My wife's bun seemed microwaved to excess. Today the milk shake machines were out of order (which seems to be all too common at other locations as well). On other recent occasions they've failed to put in the barbecue sauce that we ordered. Dined in for the first time in a very long time. Food was even more mediocre than I remembered. To make it extra-special, they have the same song on a loop and it plays over and over and over. I had the worst experience at this Mcdonald's last night. The lady manager working the drive through told me she swiped my card and it wasn't working. I told her you have to use the chip (because I know my card is working) and she told me she tried 5 times and when I said I didn't have any other form of payment, she told me to come in and try myself . My boyfriend went in for me and said the second he put my card in the chip reader it worked perfectly. She proceeded to complain to my boyfriend that we were holding up the drive through line (when the card worked completly fine), and she wasn't wearing a mask around us or the food which led us to feel uncomfortable during this pandemic. She was rude when talking to us in the drive through window and hostile towards my boyfriend when he came in to swipe the card himself. I have had many terrible experiences with this lady manager but I have never witnessed this level of laziness, attitude, and lack of respect towards customers from any sort of resturaunt worker in awhile. Many of the workers at this Mcdonald's are excellent, I come here multiple times a week and know the staff pretty well. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed by how ill-mannered this manager was. On another note, there is a great male manager (I wish I knew his name) that always takes great care of us in the drive through and has the most positive attitude! He is efficient, always makes sure our food is fresh, and is super professional. I hope that in the future this Mcdonald's replaces this rude lady manager with someone who is more like the friendly male manager. read more

This is truly the best McDonald's that I have ever to and I have been to hundreds of them. The new manager is named Philip and he is always there and always working. I told him that Ray Kroc would have been proud because he emulates the kind of managers he wanted in his stores. One of the worst McDonalds ever. This is one of the only fast food restaurants at this exit and we end up here on occasion out of desperate measures. Tonight was beyond terrible and we will not be back. They never have tea out. We waited over ten minutes for food (with no one else in line) and they forgot one sandwich, messed up another, and the fries were cold. They also have us broken cups. Workers acted like we were putting them out being here, and there was a more than two hours before they closed. DRIVE TO ANOTHER EXIT!! The people that ordered after us for to go order came back in to get several things fixed, and they had to wait over 10 minutes. Just terrible. read more
