Don't try to mobile order cuz after 25 minutes you're just gonna have to go in, argue with manager about a receipt sent to my email. Then, you'll receive half of your order. Very poor service. Taking my order, I simply ordered fries, a pie, and an iced macchiato. The lady at the front desk asked me to repeat my order multiple times and she kept messing it up. Poorly run and messy, with undertrained staff. Unable to keep up with demand on a Tuesday night at 9PM. Had one person in line ahead of me, after placing my order (with a counter person who didn't know how to properly enter it, and had to ask for help twice) I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. Drive through seems to take precedence over dine in, and it was a disorganized mess as they filled those orders first. Manager spent her time on the line making meals rather than managing. Watched one worker on her phone the entirety of my wait while she appeared to be loading up bags of food to take home. Even when you are the only customer they take forever. When you do get your food quickly you can tell it's been sitting for a long time. They will forget part of your order 9 times out of 10. When I go inside to pick up my door dash orders the managers are pretty much always YELLING at the workers and treating them like garbage. I have gone here 4-5 times in the past few months and every time I am either missing things or just not even given the correct order in hand. I am writing this only because the past visit i went through the drive-though to get an order and this was around 3 am in the morning. If I order a dinner box I am told that I have to wait because they make the food fresh.. I ordered 3 cookies one time and they neglected to tell me that they had to bake them! After giving my order and then paying andpulling up to the window I had already been in line for 9 minutes.
