PLEASE READ i am so beyond disgusted with this mcdonald's. they are IGNORANT!!! so i go into mcdonald's and go up to a self ordering screen and order a small caramel frappe, 6 piece chicken nugget, and i used a deal to get a free medium fry. i go closer to the door by the counter to wait for the food and this young lady probably 17 or 18 years old, yells to me and asks me if i had ordered the caramel frappe and i said yes. she told me she couldn't make it because of something with water and i said okay. she offered me an ice coffee or something similar like if i wanted to replace it and i said no id just like a refund. so she called her manager over and he asked me if i wanted a refund on my card or cash and i said card because that is what i originally paid for. he couldn't do it so i told him cash was okay. i get my money and wait for my food. i hear her talking to the people preparing my food, telling them im sooo rude and an idiot. calling me an idiot for wanting a refund is so beyond disgusting. i work in the food industry. i was not rude. i understand having difficulties but it is not hard to be kind. so the cashier comes up with the bag and looks right at me, there is NO one else in this mcdonald's!! she looks at me and SCREAMS my order number. i grab it and she told me to have a good day and i said you too. i leave and open the bag. my first complaint is that i was given 5/6 of my nuggets. i was not going to go back for one nugget even though i was 80% certain this was done on purpose. then i take the fries out of the bag. HALF FULL !! and HAIR IN THE FRIES!!!!!!! this made me 100% sure it was done on purpose. i grab my things and i head back inside. the girl i had to deal with at the counter was NO WHERE to be found. i have the fries out and the guy who gave me my refund previously came up and i told him im back to complain. i explained everything that had happened (listed above) and i told him that i also work in the food industry and that i did not think i was being rude and that i would like a refund for my chicken nuggets. he was patient with me and apologized and said that the staff has been a mess recently, but this was certainly not accidental and it was done out of spite for no reason!!! i got my full refund and left. i will never go back to this disgusting mcdonald's. furthermore, i have been wanting to leave a poor yelp review on this mcdonald's for months now about the slow service, terrible CUSTOMER service, and the disgusting environment but i haven't because i continued to come there after the fact. this was my last straw. i will never be back to this mcdonald's. the overall ratings aren't even good to begin with!!! read more

We stopped in our way to Erie. I liked the quick order on the order stands in the dining room. I remember being in Paris France and seeing these first a few years ago. It was easy quick and convenient for a family. Food came within mins hot and tasty. Highly recommend this location at the top of the hill across from hospital center, Highly recommend!!! read more

I made the mistake of jumping off the interstate last Saturday evening to try and purchase dinner at this McDonald's location. The dining room was still closed (and has been for over a year), and the drive-thru line was backed up to the entrance. I nevertheless entered the line and after 20 minutes of not making it anywhere near the order board, watched as several cars left the line in disgust at the wait. I gave it 5 more minutes and finally gave up trying to actually place my order, instead driving further up the road to the nearby Sheetz. Bottom line, this location needs to close down if they aren't capable of serving their customers. read more

Food is generally cold, even the new quarter pounders which are said to be served hot. I've stopped here many rimes when they were out of things- chicken strips, quarter pounder meat, ice cream. Soda fountains needing filled with syrup. Many rude employees , overflowing garbage cans, dirty tables make things even worse. The one thing its got going is that the Burger King across the street is much worse. read more

We got into town about 10:30 and decided to hit the drive through for a dinner box. This location says drive through is open 24 hrs but after sitting there for 5 minutes it was obvious that they didn't want our business at the drive through. I decided to go in and employees were rude and short with me. I ordered the dinner box and got cold old fries cold hard nuggets and cold burgers. This seems strange since it took them 10 minutes to fill the box for me. Horrible overall experience here read more

Just got coffee there and it was the worst! First of all, it was lukewarm, and had absolutely NO coffee flavor, like water with cream. Then, as I was travelling and had to drink it, I got a mouthful of grounds as I neared the bottom of the cup! No thanks. read more

ok. hi. I'm not an avid yelper but I have a strong opinion on my food. ok. so. yes. hi, I am emma h, and I live not very close to here. I recently came to Conneaut Lake Park earlier today and came here for dinner. I'm not sure if I just live my crappy mcdonalds, or this one is just suburb, but dang yo. the outside impression made me think it would be rough. I was quite wrong! the inside was very clean and very cute! women's bathroom was very clean as well! very nice! the service was also fantastic, we are a big family and had a big order, and it came out perfectly in barely any time! beyond that, the food was outstanding, super fresh and hot. fries had a good amount of salt, and I had a Big Mac that's as delicious! I asked for no cheese (ugh dairy allergy) and I got no cheese! I am very happy with the food and if I ever come back to the area, I will gladly come back to this mcdonalds! thanks, emma read more
