Traditionally, over many years, this specific location is known to not have very good service. We have had many difficulties with slow service and receiving the wrong items. In general, you can expect standard McDonald's level service and food. Just make sure to check your orders carefully before leaving. Horrible!!! First. Girl that is taking order , please stop saying "is that it" after each item. At least you can give the customer what they pay for. Someone doesn't care! They do not get good reviews and haven't got good reviews. Why doesn't management fix this. Ownership should be on it and Store Managers need to take some pride in this place. Just when you think it couldn't get worse at McDonald's it does. I went to McDonald's on Bumble Bee Hollow Road in Mechanicsburg PA for breakfast. I ordered Big Breakfast with Pancakes and orange juice. They had no orange juice, and no pancake syrup. The pancakes were stuck together and stiff like cardboard, totally inedible. The biscuit was hard as a hockey puck and the sausage was cold. The hash brown was over fried and very crispy. A total waste of $10.00. read more

I do not care for McDonald's or fast food in general. With that being said, I never miss their Shamrock Shakes around St. Patrick's Day! They're amazing! They've got the perfect hint of mint flavor that makes them addictive even if you aren't a huge mint fan. This particular McDonald's location did ours well this year. read more

Been here an hour, dining area hasn't been touched. Dirty tables, floors, chairs. Ordered from Kiosk. Kiosk directs you to take a number and have a seat, then Staff will bring it to your table. Sat for 15 minutes and no one came. I'm not above picking my food up. Would appreciate the staff knowing what the Kiosk is telling their guest. I like this McDonald's because the food is super good but it can be a bit bad for you. They also don't have all of the sauces that I would like to try or the McPlant. The service is nice. They serve you the food in about under 15 minutes and it's always been very clean when we go inside. read more

It is fast food. They got my order right. It was not overly hot. Service was ok. Wait time was about average. I have had worse experiences.

This location came under new ownership a few days ago and has already been run into the ground. Some of their best staff have left due to the new owners and the service is really awful. It took me close to 15 minutes to get one large black coffee this morning. I've been coming through this drive thru 5 days a week since 2012 because I love their coffee, and the drive thru ladies have always been efficient and kind. I am rating this because of the lack of cleanliness in both the women's and men's restrooms. Women's room had remnants of feces at the inside of the top of the toilets. My husband told me that in the men's room there was old, hardened feces that wouldn't flush after several attempts. Obviously, these restrooms are not being cleaned daily and have not been for a while. It seems like that since the new remodeling the associates have forgotten how to work. I went there tonight and ordered 3 things. The lady couldn't hear me so I repeated myself 3 times to the point I was screaming out loud "barbecue" in the drive thru. I get to the first window thinking that's where you pay, nope. I drove back through stating that I asked for Egg McMuffins without Canadian Bacon but was given regular muffins. I heard someone laugh when they took the bag back to the cooks. The same bag was returned to me with the same hashbrowns and the same sandwiches, with the bacon removed. I could see that the wrappers were messy and they smelled like Canadian Bacon. If it didn't matter I would have simply removed the bacon myself and dealt with it. But I actually have specific food preferences, and I have morals, and I care. This time I decided I needed to talk to a manager. I went inside the restaurant and asked if there was a manager I could speak with. The cashier said "yes", and just stared at me. I reiterated that I would like to speak with a manager. "About what?" I explained and she turned to a woman back in the kitchen who was dressed like she could have been a manager. She looked in complete shock that I wanted the sandwiches remade with no bacon on them. She slapped a few sandwiches together and handed the bag to someone else saying "this needs hashbrowns". The cashier dropped the bag on the counter in front of me and walked away. Nobody said "sorry" or "thank you" or "goodbye". I was still missing a hashbrown in the end. Can I give this place negative stars? Hmmm I'm not really sure where to start. I created a Yelp! account to solely talk about my experience at this McDonald's today. I'm not even going to mention the first time I purchased food from this McDonald's and was over charged by 4 dollars meanwhile my email to the manager/general manager went un-answered. But, to my experience today. I sat in the drive thru for exactly 29 minutes. Yes, 29 minutes. Do you know what I accomplished in 29 minutes? I literally watched an entire episode of South Park while sitting in the drive thru waiting to pay (I didn't even receive my food at this point). I assume after 29 minutes they are literally cutting the French fries specifically for my order because what could possibly take 29 MINUTES to give me my food?!? To my surprise two of the employees are at the front counter watching YouTube videos. How do I know they were watching YouTube videos you ask? Because I've watched the same exact video a million times myself. While the video they were watching was not only inappropriate for the workplace they ignored the fact that they had a line of patrons in the drive thru waiting for their food! My suggestion? Go anywhere else for food. Literally, anywhere else. You could slaughter a cow, cut the meat, and cook it yourself by the time you get your food at this establishment. My favorite part of my experience here was probably the part where I got my fries and they were cold. Not lukewarm, cold. Cold like you would put leftover fries in the refrigerator for a week and give them to a friend who won't keep complaining about how hungry he is. We stopped here to grab a quick breakfast on our way out of town. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. However-this has to be one of the dirtiest stores we have ever been in. Counters, walls, tables, the ice machine, door frames, and even the sidewalks looked gross. We also heard a few comments from other patrons regarding how dirty the restrooms were, and the fact that employees stand by the back of the store to smoke, so that anyone who drives through to order has to smell it.
