Nour Coffee's mission statement is "Where Everyone Light Shines Better." I met the owner, Kate, who took my order and mentioned that the bakery goods are delivered daily from Philly. As a Philly girl, that was music to my ears. And a Chef's kiss for the chocolate croissant that was fresh and delicious. When Kate brought over my Iced Matcha with Vanilla, she mentioned that she didn't get it right because, as you may know, Matcha is a green tea powder that must be mixed just right.
