First time visiting, I ordered a turkey, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel along with an iced coffee. Everything was delicious. I was surprised at how busy the café got on a Sunday. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. My only disappointment was that they didn't offer a sausage option for the sandwich, which is usually my go-to.

Its winter in PA. I love a good cafe experience that warms my soul.Added bonus that it was 8min from the VAMC and I was a hour early for my appointment. The ambiance was nice. Lots of parking in a new development.I love windows and it was very clean and earthy looking. There was plenty of space but I could see this place being packed in the weekend. There is a 90 min sitting limit for those customers who overstay their welcome I ordered a baked oatmeal with fruit and a hot matcha latte. They have a vegan and gluten free menu which is nice. I'm assuming they change it based on the season with some seasonal treats. The oatmeal was delicious and not too sweet, with fresh fruit. The matcha was fantastic and in a pretty big mug. I dined in and my order came out within 3 min of sitting down so that was impressive. Outside of the older lady that sat close to my table that talked about how annoying the lady from her book club was, this place is great. Grab to go if you are a loner like myself.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Quite busy for 11am on Tuesday I thought, but as I'm usually working this could totally be the normal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today I had the loaded breakfast sandwich without spinach & my dirty chai latte (naturally). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I found a corner seat and settled in for a read. Friends & family met around me, people on laptops working creatively, and tasters of every kind filled the seats around me filling the cafe with a soft, joyful chatter.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Easy to tune in or tune out if you just want to read like I did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed details this 2nd trip in like they have charging stations available in the supports of the windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I have been to Down To Earth Cafe a couple of times now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like the inside aesthetics & general ambience, if a little loud (noise of customers.)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff have always been pleasant & I have never had to wait too long for my order, even though they have been busy, each time I have been here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a couple of tables out the front, which could do with parasols in the summer heat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is seating out the back too, however all chairs have been taken each time I have been here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You have a few seats at the side of the bar/counter, or a choice of tables & chairs. There's a pretty good menu choice on food & drinks & so far, I have not been disappointed! Looking forward to their fall menu!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a fun and friendly place for a cup of coffee and a quick bite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I really enjoyed their coffee. Great flavor. I was really surprised at how good the breakfast sandwich was and how quickly we were served despite the Saturday morning brunch rush. All of the staff were very friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant was very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Plenty of parking and seating, including a couple 2-tops outside. Indoor seating is open and the ambiance is relaxing. Coffee was great, and I didn't have to add cream to mask it. Food was tasty too, with fair prices. I'll definitely return! Sidenote: It's getting loud as more people arrive this Saturday morning. If you have a group, maybe consider The Cracked Pot so you can hear each other more easily.

They offer quite a range of drinks and food and it's quite good. The service is always friendly and fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor and art creates a very relaxing atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of space indoors and outdoors but it is busy literally all the time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like getting work done there but it is definitely a little loud[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I think it depends on preference when it comes to rating a coffee shop. I am pretty picky considering I hop to different coffee shop every week. But I have to say that this place has a good ambiance. I am not a fan of the blueberry muffin because of the cakey texture. I think it's slighly underdone. The sugar on top of it supposed to give a caramelized feeling & melt, but I can only taste sprinkle raw sugar. But dont get me wrong, some people like gewy muffin. The cappucino is a little more of a latte , so expect it to be a wet-cap.

The drinks and food are excellent. I love the atmosphere with live plants and big windows. It can get noisy because they are very busy but the staff is friendly and able to accommodate. I am able to come here to work (although I feel bad taking up a table when they are busy). It's also a great place to meet with friends!

Breakfast sandwich 10/10. Iced latte 10/10. Vibes 11/10. My boyfriend and I got breakfast and a drink each and only paid $26. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite cafes ever. The vibes are great, the drinks are delicious, and everybody who works here is very nice. I have yet to try the food. I love studying & doing school work here. Great drink sizes for the price too. Highly recommend!

We tried the mocha, cappuccino, almond croissant, and fresh orange juice. The coffee was outstanding--rich, smooth, and expertly prepared. The mocha struck the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, while the cappuccino was beautifully crafted with a velvety texture. The almond croissant was fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor, and the orange juice was a refreshing complement to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quality cup of coffee. If you're a coffee lover, Nour is a must-visit. Great drinks, delicious pastries, and an overall experience that leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

One Word = Outstanding…read more We were up in Carlisle picking up our truck and decided to stop here for an early dinner and it was a great choice ! It has been quite some time since we last dined here and we came at the right time, we were able to go right up to the counter and place our order to dine in and the staff member was very friendly and answered a few questions which was perfect. We ordered the flaming cheese and forgive me on the name that and two gyros and a water and a soda and our flaming cheese came out and the pita bread was nice and warm and naturally the cheese was flaming, hot and very flavorful and absolutely perfect. The gyros are incredible. They are filled with meat and the other essential toppings shall I say I'll rolled into a freshly heated pita. While we were eating, it really got busy to wear almost all the tables were filled, and the inside is very relaxed very welcoming and extremely clean and the staff members walking around are always checking on you to see if you need anything and if you need any refills on any of your sodas or waters. We highly recommend stopping here if you're in the mood for Greek food, they have all different type of selections from your basic Gyro to Greek fries to regular fries two more elaborate dinners, all freshly prepared and well present presented. Oh, and don't forget about their dessert counter or shall I say dessert case they are so very unique and absolutely incredible !!!!

The meat in both dishes was well-cooked and flavorful, which was definitely the highlight of the meal. However, beyond that, the bowls felt quite one-dimensional. They consisted mostly of rice, salad, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, without the variety of sauces, herbs, or bold Mediterranean flavors I was hoping for. I asked for hot sauce to add some extra flavor, but the standard hot sauce available didn't help much. Instead of adding heat or complexity, it mainly contributed a vinegary taste that didn't enhance the dish. Service was a bit slow, though the restaurant was busy during the lunch rush, so that was understandable. The atmosphere was pleasant and casual, making it a comfortable place for a quick lunch. Overall, the ingredients tasted fresh and the quality seemed good, but the bowls lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning I was expecting, which left the meal feeling underwhelming.

Juice & Java delivered big time. When I walked in, the café was quiet, with just a couple of customers working away on laptops. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with a perfectly nostalgic 90's soundtrack playing overhead. The café itself is small and quirky, with local artwork for sale adorning the walls--an inviting little space that immediately makes you want to linger. The menu was surprisingly large for such a small spot, and while their coffee selections seemed endless, I skipped the caffeine this time. Instead, I ordered: 4-Cheese Gourmet Grill ($9.95) - Monterey Jack, provolone, American & cheddar, a bowl of Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda Soup ($4.79) and two canned sodas ($1.95 each). The staff were friendly, the tables were spotless, and our food came out quickly. The grilled cheese was generously portioned--easily shareable, with perfectly gooey, melty cheese and plenty of those delightful "cheese dangly bits" that make a grilled cheese worth it. But the real star? That Roasted Red Pepper & Gouda soup. Creamy without being heavy, rich with flavor, perfectly warm, and absolutely made for dunking a grilled cheese. I was so glad I ordered a bowl instead of a cup--I would've been sad if it ended too soon. It was one of the best soup-and-sandwich combos I've had in a long time. All in, our meal was just over $20 with tip--reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. With their great hours (breakfast through dinner, seven days a week), plenty of parking in the strip mall lot, and a menu full of tempting options, I'll definitely be back to try more. If you're in the area and craving comfort food with a cozy, local vibe--skip the chains and head here.
