If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would. I've been coming to this McDonald's on and off for quite a few years as I live close to it. this morning I went to go get breakfast just like any other time. I know the prices didn't go up overnight and I'm looking right at the menu board. I asked a question about my order when I pulled up to the drive-through. I didn't cuss. I didn't call him names I wasn't yelling. I was trying to understand the pricing. He got angry, said I'll get my manager and slammed the door and walked away. I went to the McDonald's on 5/8/2025 and stopped in the parking lot and used their app. I go to the drive thru and give them the required code on my phone and they supposedly entered in the code and they told me the code was not valid. At which point, I tried giving them the code again, at this point the person on the mic at the drive thru acted like I was trying to pull something or what ever. I then went inside to show them the code on my phone and at which point the supposed manager said she was the one I talked to at the drive thru. With that said, I asked for her name and I got attitude concerning that and said she does not have to give me her name. If the person I talked to was the manager as alleging you would think she would work with the customer concerning the issue instead of having attitude. read more

RUDE STAFF, LONGGGG WAITS, NOT WORTH IT! Well we are in the midst of the coronavirus 19 virus where all the restaurants are closed except for takeout. Us quote on quote essential people are still having to go to work. Since I work at a level 1 trauma Hospital I'm definitely on the front lines. Everyone thinks Drs and nurses but its everybody's at the hospital from registration, security, xray, ultrasound, CAT scan, phlebotomy technicians etc being exposed. Mcdonalds is offering a Thank you meal for medical personel. It is a full meal with sandwich fries and a drink. Or for breakfast a breakfast sandwich hashbrown and a drink. I'm talking waiting an hour to get to the speaker with only 2 cars ahead of me. 2 cars meaning 1 directly in front and one at the other speaker. The most recent video, the guy in the drive through told me to pull up so he could talk to his friend who was in the vehicle behind me. Can't understand these one stars?! I grab lunch here from the drive thru, probably three times a month for the past five months. Have used BOTH sides of the drive thru and never had any issues. This is by far not just the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to but the worst FAST FOOD restaurant I've ever been to. No lying no exaggerations this place is the nightmares of anything and everything you think of when it comes to fast food. I'll only give you one example and it's mostly my fault for being stupid enough to go back there. I have been there 7 times and I remember 7 because that's how many times they got my order wrong. On average they messed my order up 100% of the time. Then you go back in theres a line of people waiting to get there orders fixed and all the employees ignore you. It pretty much told me that I will never go to that Mcdonalds again. I had to literally scream at them after having to ask them over and over again for 1 large fry. if I could rate a 0 I would. this mcdonalds is an absolutely joke. first started with Matthew your team member who was taking orders. came on the speaker and was asking my orders but was not ringing my order and was putting in orders on the other lane on my screen, then i asked why I can't see my order on the screen three times as I'm watching multiple cars in the other lane go by, so due to being ignored for ten minutes I pulled up. get to the window to discuss the situation and all I got was excuse after excuse not even allowing your customer to talk, so I asked for a manager. Brittany( the only manager and employee who was respectful and doing her job correctly) came to the window had me explain the situation and took my order. I move forward to the second window, the first young window attendant team member who had long blonde hair try to hand me two drinks when I have four and asked me to move forward. I said no. Then closed the window and try to hand me the drinks again with all of them and asked me move forward which I refused again due to sooo many issues that had already occured this is where another team member came to the window and started arguing with(not a manager) a guy with what looks like the ugliest 80 bowl haircut and bad attitude to the point the ogre looking manager who refused to give me her name, stated she was going to call the cops on me or i can take a refund. At this point I asked for the refund and she was shitty as hell( if you hate your life that much then change it) to the point she shoved the money in my hand and then here's the best part, didn't give me all my money, try to short me 4 dollars. She probably pocketed to buy the meth she was going to get after work that night. This McDonald's is an absolute joke and should be shut down. i was a restaurant worker for years including management and respect and good customer services goes a long way. Like seriously threaten to call the cops on me because she had to actually work. This is literally the worst, and slowest McDonald's I have ever witnessed in my life. I come here rarely, only out of necessity. But when I do, I wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes, and almost always get my order delivered incorrectly. I don't know any of the slugs who work inside the store, but I imagine that I could go grocery shopping, prepare a full dinner, defecate the results into a box, scribble the McDonald's logo on it, and still have it served before anything can be made in this restaurant. i visit this location frequently and tonight is the first time I have had any problems with the night shift crew. morning crew has been hit or miss in the past. better lately, however tonight I went to get my regular drink. I work late and they are the only ones open on my way home. I typically use the mobile app to pay ahead of time I get up to the window and somebody's working but they tell me that their system is down they can't take any orders I am former I ordered on the mobile app and it took the money off my card. She was extremely rude and cut me off by saying I can't give you anything we don't have anything right now it's not taking your money. I didn't check you in first of all it did take money off of my card and there was no real reason to be rude if you work in Customer Service you should have an better Attitude. You're getting paid to stay in there and tell people that you can't make them a hot chocolate bc your system is down and then say you have no products.
