Is 0 stars an option? Ordered a number 1 combo ( big mac, fries, drink) with no cheese, add bacon. Taking 2 bites I knew there was cheese on the burger. Once home, I was sick. Then proceeded to call the restaurant. I asked for the manager, the gentleman said he was, and I told him of what happened. He hung up on me! I was shocked. What an absolute disgrace. Drive-Thru order. Ordered a Quarter pounder w/cheese meal. Almost fainted when the screen read $4.69 for my upgrade to a medium chocolate shake. Pay at the first window. At the second window I get my shake. Medium? More like a Kiddy. Didn't ask for whipped cream but no big deal. Then asked to park in the waiting area. 2 minutes the young lad states. No Quarter Pounders and fries ready at 11:30am.? After a good 15 minutes I walk in to get a refund. Chocolate shake had melted. Total BS. No apology from the un-kept husky Manager. I only come here a half dozen times a year, but as far as McDonald's go, the service is ridiculously slow. If you are unlucky enough to go through the drive thru, you WILL be directed to curbside pickup. The last two times I waited for a cheeseburger 20 minutes and 15 minutes. I had one of the worst experiences with a restaurant in a long time. They messed up my order yesterday (they didn't even try to do a request that they have done dozens of times in the past) and I called to let them know. They told me I could come in today and they would comp the same order. Today they were very rude and took nearly 10 minutes to make 2 sausage & egg McMuffins. Then the 'manager', Alexander, came out to my car with the food, pretty much threw it at me, didn't give me my drink, and told me to f' off. Both the cashier and the person giving me my food had long fake nails. This should not be allowed in food service. Very unsanitary. I went here to get a snackwrap. While I was driving home, I started eating it. When I was 1/2 way done I realized it was COMPLETELY RAW inside. I went home, forced myself to throw up, and called their corporate office. They did nothing for me other than give me a case number. I went back to the McDonalds and they refunded me only for my snackwrap, not even for my soda. The manager was nice but the situation is DANGEROUS. Salmonella could KILL me. If this wasn't the only McDonalds in milford i wouldn't go it. It's supposed to be "fast" food but the service here is super super slow so don't stop if you're in a hurry. if i could rate this negative zero stars i would. this place sucks. first off all, you walk in and the employees are just a bunch of teenagers sitting around talking to each other not even paying attention, and once you make eye contact with them they just look away and continue talking. also going through the drive through is another story, a terrible one. they've made me pull up to the railing, or into a number space for a simple order like a number 9. the place is never clean and the fries are rarely hot. the place is always unclean, nobody there wears a hat or a hair net and ive found hair in my friends and food before, the soda station is always so gross and there's never any lids or napkins, the never leave any sauces out and when you go up to ask for them they roll their eyes as if i'm the burden. and these teens wants 16$ an hour? they need to shut the place down, or hire better employees, immediately. read more

Our visit on Saturday, 7/22 was terrible. We waited over 10 min for the food - the shake machine was a complete disaster dropping parts of the unit into the shakes as they were filling up and it actually exploded on the worker who opened up the unit from the top - complete mess all over everywhere. The shakes we did receive were only 3/4 full and rest topped off w/whipped cream. I commented on this to the employee and he said there is a fill line - but these cups have a rounded lid that the whipped cream goes in and they only fill the contents up 3/4 full? Never at any other McD's has this happened. The final shake was not to be - so I asked for ice cream which would melt into a shake. Also my quarter cheese was not made to order as asked. The person working the register also kept taking shake orders when clearly the machine wasn't working. Nobody seemed to be running anything smoothly. Very bad service. read more
