*UPDATE - Linda, the office manager, called me and apologized and is sending us a gift card for the "embarrassing, horrible service ." 20 mins. for food, manager complaining about not finding cigarettes, yelling at employees, yelling at someone who also had order wrong. When I called back, because our order was wrong, she cut me off & hung up 2x. She accused me of yelling...I was on the speakerphone because I was driving. I ordered extra ingredients and then she scolded me for doing that and it was my fault because I ordered so much. When I asked for her district manager, she told me I have to call the office myself then wouldn't give me their name and hung up again. I left a message. I'll keep y'all posted... Instead you get to sit at the cash window while the cashier plays around in social hour then you get to guess which of the two pickup windows to go to as those employees are who the cashier is playing around with. McDonalds. If you've ever been alive, then you know what to expect from a McDonalds. I will say, this McDonald's is average. They used to have some problems with service being slow, especially at the drive-thru. Now though, they've knocked down the old building and built a new one in a matter of months. No longer are you trapped in the Drive-Thru and they have taken on the design of the Dual drive-thru window system. The staff is typically friendly, it's handy and close to the highway and, if you need something to do afterwards, there is a Hustler Hollywood directly across the street. Would I go back? Yes. This is a convenient location for me when I am jumping on the highway. Good place to stop for a quick breakfast sandwich or Burger on the way out of town. read more

I had a southwest salad here and the lettuce tasted old. After listening to somebody at the counter get the wrong order or have some kind of a problem I decided to check to see if there was a sell by date sticker. I found it on the bottom of the bowl and sure enough it had two stickers one on top of the other. When was upside down of the other so you could read both dates through the sticker and sure enough it was two different days. I showed it to the manager and she gave me my money back but when I left I wanted to get some ice tea to cover the nasty taste in my mouth and looked at the stickers on the tea and they were from the day before as well. My big question is if they are that bold to ignore the use by dates on stuff that customers can see what's going on behind the scenes read more

Slowest drive through I've ever seen. 3 cars in line total. I'm number 3...been 20 minutes and I'm still 2 back from even paying. Unfortunately, they must have planned ahead when they designed the drive through as it's impossible to get out of line due to curbs and landscaping. Today is August 17 and I once again did not get the sauce I requested for the 20 chicken nuggets I ordered. This time I didn't even get sauce, I got 5 packed of honey. I don't have time to go back cause my lunch break is only 30 minutes and I spend 20 minutes in line to get the food in the first place. Really bad food at this location. Breakfast orders frequently wrong, food quality is bad. Just tried their new Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was a total bummer. No mayo, no pickles, bun supposed to be buttered but dry as a bone. And they dropped it in the bag like a slam dunk and pretty much destroyed the sandwich before I got to it. If they're trying to compete with the Popeye's sandwich, they missed the mark by a BUNCH !! read more

Never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for a McDonald's, but the food and service we received here was excellent. I rarely eat at McDonald's... maybe once a month on average. No matter which location I go to, it's always the same story and seems to be getting progressively worse over time. Extremely long wait times, incompetent staff, incorrectly filled orders, and so on. We stopped at this location during our road trip from KY to MI. 2 adults and 4 kids. We placed a large order and it was made quickly, 100% correctly and everything was fresh and tasty. It was very refreshing to see that there is at least 1 McDonald's location left in this country that operates the way it was intended to! read more

Man, what manager was dumb enough to schedule only 4 people to work the store this morning @ 06:30, the crew was slammmed! I counted 24 cars lined up thru drive-thru, with Sue in the hole. Up front only two people on grill, one manager manning drive-thru window, cash registers and 8 people in line. A payday Friday, labor day weekend and this poor crew trying to stay up as cars started to turn around and leave! So by saving your little bit of labor; how much revenue did you lose by customers, leaving, without time to wait. We went to the drive up on Monday night after the Bengals game, I waited in line for 45 min!! That has to be some kind of record!! You can't pull out of the line because of a curb, so you are stuck!!! Went through the drive-thru at this location twice within the past month. Both times the wait was ridiculous! The first time I spent 19 minutes from when I arrived in the drive-thru, until I received my order(only a large iced tea, so shouldn't be a big deal). The second time on 11/27/17 it was 12 minutes. It's a drive-thru people, the idea is fast food. Either the employees and/or management don't care, or the training program is severely lacking. Customers can't get out of line even if they wanted to, because there is a large curb on one side and a hill/drop-off on the other. Needless to say I will not be going to this McDonald's in the future. read more
