I bought a big Mack and said and ketchup and big mack sauces and they didn't put either of those on it I would give it 2 stars

1st, this post is not being made in relation to covid. 2nd, Art and Gail Glennon would be so disgusted as the original owners, and as long as they owned it, Monticello Mcdonalds was top of the line. The Glennon's took pride in their establishment, and a worker best not be standing around wasting time. I was there today Jan.14 2024 for a birthday party, and I was utterly disgusted by the nastyness and the disgusting food. I wouldn't touch that food with a 10-foot pole. The garbage was running out in the floor, the restrooms were fithy and hadn't been touched in no telling how long. The party room was a mess, the play area was reported to have a foul smell. Then the cake looked like it had been freezer burned and then thawed for a birthday party. It was dried out so severely that if crumbled like dust. Turns out the expiration date was NOVEMBER of 2023! They do not do a party hostess anymore, and the ice cream cones tasted like frozen heavy cream. There was also a Latina family of about 8 people just hanging out in the dining room playing poker and had apparently been there for several hours. Lastly, what has happened to dress code and employee etiquette in the workplace? As an original worker who trained in Oneida TN to open this restaurant back in 1986, I was ashamed of the restaurant. So sad...sad for Monticello business, sad for people in Monticello. There is really not a decent place to dine at anymore. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND MONTICELLO MDCONALDS. read more

They over salt there fries and the manager and workers are hostile and lude.The place does not follow corporate policy at all.Its a joke.The feeling I get when I go in as a disabled customer is unwelcome.But if your a woman or a kid or working class your treated like royalty. read more

this place is awful first of all flies second of vape in pocket, third of all they didn't have uniforms on and they had redbulls and vapes in the bag, it smelled like a cats litter box inside the place. immature worker wouldn't take our order who cussed and talking about violence. read more

Stopped by after getting off work tonight had to sit in line for 30 minutes! When I got home my fries was hard as rock's. Didn't get the milk with my daughter's happy meal, very poor service. read more

Why would McDonalds care about what comments you make on yelp? They have made billions so far so why would they care. I know one thing not all McDonalds are the same, some are better than others the one here in Monticello ky really sucks ass! I sat at the drive thru tonight for at least 5 minutes but less than 10, and I swear I thought I was getting fresh food tonight boy was I ever wrong! Mcnuggets were cold and stale fries were cold if I had to guess I'd say at least 2 hours old. Monticello ky is going downhill fast when you can't manage fast-food and give quality it's time to shut down. I have already swore off 1 eatery in town 'trays garden' garbage it's all garbage. Cold food isn't bad but when you can taste that it's old that's a whole other story. read more

I went to park in a wait for my order. The employee goes out with a handful of orders and gave two orders to the wrong customer and allowed that customer to rummage around the bag of each order until they got the correct one and handed out the orders to the other customers. This is clearly against medical recommendations by the health department And CDC during this pandemic read more

They gave us a cup that was cut and it spilled every were.The lady that gave us are food dropped are drinks I'm tired of these mc Donald's.

The slowest service from any McDonald's I have ever been to. No matter how long the line is they will only open one register. If you get a half an hour lunch, go some where else. Good luck getting a latte, the machine is always broken. read more
