Pizza Hut has been trash for years. Save your money and eat elsewhere. The ingredients taste like they come from a third world country.

I ordered contactless carryout. I notified the store when I arrived. I waited in my car for 8 minutes and still no carryout so I went in the store to see my order sitting on the counter and 1 employee who said sorry she was there by herself. I ordered contactless carryout so I wouldn't have to go inside because I wasn't dressed to be out in public. No shoes, no makeup, just hurried from the house. Worst pizza I have ever had. I love pizza hut but this pizza was so disgusting I took 3 bits and threw it away. It smelled funny too and definitely had old ingredients. Tomatoes were so gross. The restaurant was dirty. Stacks of to go boxes piled up in room in front of restaurant and when we walked in the counter people were arguing about who job was who's and what they get paid. I should have know by looking around at dirty counters and kitchen that it was going to be bad, but I had never had a bad pizza hut pizza before so I was going to over look that. Very disappointed I wasted my money. I hope you send someone there before the health department shuts them down. read more

Pizza Hut is PH...nothing super great here. Our kids like the buffet but it doesn't apply to weekends when one would usually eat out with the family. Certain managers are better than others but all in all a Reg ole pizza nite! read more

Good ol' Pizza Hut, one of only a handful of places with table service in Monticello. Can't imagine how many times we went here growing up, including when it was in the Tradeway shopping center . As Pizza Huts go, it's a pretty good one, but it's still just a Pizza Hut. Lunch buffet weekdays, and dinner buffet on Wednesday. read more

Not much to say here because it's such a generic place to eat. Everything is frozen and then baked there. The food is average and nothing is really bad or good. If you're hungry and broke then this is great. If you want quality food, or even food not entirely pulled out of a freezer and baked, then come here. Delivery is a positive in this case. They find your residence without getting lost. read more

I have been seeing the other reviews about the Monticello Pizza Hut. God knows I've ate there enough through delivery LOL I am not a big fan of Pizza Hut overall with the sauce of marinara, but I love using their garlic Parmesan sauce instead for a pizza. That's just my personal preference and I think it tastes delicious especially if you order a pan pizza. I advise everybody to leave a driver tip because every person who has ever delivered to me has been very professional and very nice and easy to talk to. It's not like Lexington or a big city. It's just people around here trying to make money and they deliver really good food for this area at least. That's just my opinion. If you use the app they also have a really nice rewards program for each order. Also I advise to get the chicken Alfredo with five cheese sticks. If you don't like this, then I'm sorry this is the best fast food you're going to get. For the price you can't beat this place. read more

This is not the best place if you want good service. However the pizza is average for being a chain. There are a couple of good servers, but they tend to all crowd around the soda dispenser in the front and talk while you wait for your food. Wednesday nights are a madhouse and if you don't get there early, you might as well not go. The pizzas on the buffet are brought out so sporadically that people swarm the buffet every time one is brought out. Not recommended if you want a quick meal (under an hour). Also this pizza hut is very small and does not have a lot of seating, so groups over 10-15 people would have trouble eating here. read more

I like Pizza Hut a lot, but I have started to realize Domino's puts much more toppings on their pizza's. One other thing that I am not a fan of is the price of their boneless wings, I mean come on it almost a dollar a wing. Don't get me wrong the wings are some of the best I have ever had in Monticello but i would get them much more if they were a little cheaper. :) read more

Most Pizza Huts I've been to are passably good, but avoid this one. Worst service I've ever experienced at one. My waitress didn't write down my order, but she repeated it back to me correctly twice. However, when the pizza came, it was completely wrong, and was undercooked with soggy crust to boot. Even though it was still more than an hour before closing time and there were other customers in the store, a crew of six waitresses came out on the floor and started sweeping, moving tables and talking - practically yelling- very loudly across the room to each other about their personal lives and complaining about the salad bar. This kept up over by the counter until I left, when one waitress who was in the way of the register started cussing about something or other right in front of me. The cashier asked if my meal was ok, and when I mentioned it was wrong, it either didn't sink in or he didn't care because he started talking about the weather. Never will visit this establishment again. read more
