I have never reviewed a McDonalds on yelp before, but the good folks serving breakfast were on point. We hopped off the interstate to get some gas and grab some breakfast in the drive thru. Everyone was very friendly, the service was fast and the food was good. read more

The manager with the tatted neck and glasses was very helpful. She was the only people at the facility knows customer service. The guy with the tatted arms needs to be reassigned to fry station and grill. He doesn't know how to take orders and didn't attempt to answer any of my simple questions. read more

Staff friendly, but had at least 10 on staff, every table was dirty, only a few customers at any tables. Rest room was nasty...no seat covers for toilets,hand fryers not functioning properly. Over the last three or so months the service has declined rapidly. If you go anytime after 6pm you will be waiting in line for 30 minutes to 1hr & 30mins. I pulled up to the speaker/menu board, I was asked to hold on a moment, 30 minutes later I was still waiting. I had already placed a mobile order & they just needed to get my order code. I tried to get their attention multiple times! So I honked & said loudly: "I have already ordered on the app I just need to give you the order number." They answered that time, and then tell me to pull forward. The next time I went to McDonald's my experience was much worse. The only time we go is for the kids, & if I can I'll go to McDonald's out of town instead of Morrilton!! Because they HAVE REALLY gotten that bad that bad. People really need to learn work ethic! It's a McDonalds. You know exactly what you're getting. In Morrilton you get exactly what you order 90% of the time and the other 10% you get exactly what somebody else ordered. I recommend using the Mobile App and curbside service. Since most people in Mo-Town seem technology adverse (I get it, that's not meant to be insulting) the wait time for curbside pickup is less than waiting in the drive-thru and way more accurate. The app sometimes has deals for free fries or discounts on stuff you we're gonna buy anyway. This McD's has improved somewhat in the 15 years I've lived in Morrilton. This used to be a solid 2 star place when I first tried it. Like most things (despite Covid) it's getting better. read more

Me and my friends were from way out of town and visited the mcdonald's for a late night meal as the crew was cleaning so we promised to be extra neat and tidy. When ordering, everyone got what they asked for in a more than timely manner and one of the employees cleaning named Amy was like a breath of fresh air when it came to Arkansas hospitality. She introduced us to a few of the workers and gave us friendly conversation about our hikes while still working tirelessly on some of the cleanest floors i've seen for fast food. Krista is also one of the nicest people, let alone managers i've met in all my years of living. Very good, one of the best mcdonald's i've ever been to. read more

The only thing I like from here is their breakfast and caramel Frappuccinos, but they've been out of the latter longer than I've been alive! Hope they fix it soon so I can come back. read more

I did a curbside order and about 2mins after i put in my mobile order it was outside at my car. The food was really good. I got a deal from the app for a Large free french fry. I really liked that they changed the boxes for Grimaces birthday. read more

Let's start off with the terrible customer service. The guy at the first window was rude and very unhelpful. We asked for the 20pc spicy chicken nugget meal deal, that's currently on the menu, and he claimed the don't do it. Then we asked for just 20pc spicy chicken nuggets, which he also claimed that didn't do anymore either. We finally got to where we asked for a caramel frappe, and he cut us off saying that the machine is broken, no surprise. We get to the first window and he was short and rude. The second window lady, wasn't actually too bad. But with this terrible management and useless co workers, I'm sure it'll change. When traveling down the interstate, I always tend to stop at this McD's. First off, the men's bathroom is always very clean. For that matter, the entire store is always very clean and well kept. Typically I just order a bacon,egg,cheese biscuit and either a coffee or soft drink to go. Service is always pretty quick, and the food is hot and fresh. The staff is always very friendly too. There is plenty of parking around the building, and there are a few grassy areas which is nice so I can let my dog out to stretch his legs and do his business. It's located at kind of a weird intersection, but traffic in that town is never that bad so it's not too hard getting back on the interstate. One time driving through I was just hungry and didn't really want to stop & get out so I used the drive through. They have 2 order lanes so the line went real quick. Everything was hot and fresh (it was during lunch time), I was back on the interstate in no time! read more

This McDonald's is god awful. EVERY single solitary time I go there I'm upset. It's so bad that we now refuse to acknowledge its existence anymore. They've lied about their shake machine being down, I know because after I ordered a shake and payed for it they told me it was down. So I went home and called the manager because I payed for it and didn't get it. She told me "no there's nothing wrong with it, it just needs to be refilled". They don't give me half of my order or get it wrong every time, and every single time I get a tea it's soured. We just went at 4:30am. I got tea, it's soured. Which makes me think it's literally from yesterday. I tell everyone I know to pretend it doesn't exist and go elsewhere. read more

What can I say? It's McD's. It's clean and well managed. They get most of our orders right. The food is always up to standard. It's as good as any, with a nice dining room. No outdoor eating area, though and being near a college, it gets crowded and lines get long at breakfast and lunch. read more

I've been going to McDonald's since 1963. This was the worst McDonald's experience in my life. At 9:30 PM we waited in line for over thirty minutes. The vehicle in front of us, a smaller dark-colored SUV, placed a $22 order and spent more time nailing down her sauces than placing the order itself. The woman driver refused to inch forward so we could reach the speaker to place our order. We had many vehicles behind us so she was clearly impeding the traffic flow. We waited in line another about 17 minutes as she got her order and spoke several times to the young man at the window. Her order was rec'd - he never handed her anything else through the window. She sat there. At no time did McD staff ask her to park in the waiting area as other vehicles had already done (and like I am always asked to do even if it's just for French fries). Finally, we got our order. It was slung at us. My tea had no ice whatsoever. None. Our sandwiches were tough. My quarter pounder was - literally -cold and tough and hard. The yellow square of cheese was not even melted; it was like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were chalky and pale and far undercooked and cold. My sandwich tasted exactly like it had sat on the shelf since lunchtime and it was now nearly 10 PM. It was the worst $12.65 I ever spent in my life. When we asked the male at the window why he did not ask the woman ahead of us to get out of the line and wait in the waiting area, he literally said, "Sorry BUD" (quote) and SLAMMED the glass window in our face while we were talking.
