"Where Are the Pickles, McLiars?" I came in specifically for the McPickle Pounder because, shocker, I love pickles. That's the whole point, right? The posters had pickles spilling out like a glorious briny waterfall. My expectations were high, and my sodium levels were ready. But when I unwrapped that burger? 10 pickles. Ten sad, lukewarm, floppy slices clinging to the patty like they didn't even want to be there. Honestly, I've seen more pickles accidentally dropped in the bottom of a jar. I took it back to the counter thinking this had to be a mistake. The teenager behind the register just blinked at me and said, "That's how it comes." I pointed at the photo on the wall--"This looks like it has a forest of pickles." They shrugged and offered to charge me extra for more. Extra?? For a burger that's literally supposed to be a pickle explosion?? This is either false advertising or a deeply personal attack on pickle lovers. Anyway, I choked it down out of spite, but it tasted like betrayal. A dry bun, an overcooked patty, and the faintest whisper of pickle essence. If you're going to name something the McPickle Pounder, maybe make sure it doesn't come with fewer pickles than a sad drive-thru cheeseburger. Absolutely disgraceful. More than a little disappointed in my order. Originally went to McDonald's for an ice water and my daughter mentioned her hunger. I chose two egg McMuffins. We waited to eat until we arrived home, to our horror the McMuffins are disgusting. Here are my problems with them to come up with my choice of words: 1) my English muffin was burnt and cut by a knife noob. 2) the ham wasn't grilled or even warm. 3) the egg was as if they had forgotten to "swirl" it to distribute the yolk, it had a solid yolk in the center. 4) the price point. If I am about to spend ten dollars on two breakfast sandwiches they should be a much higher quality. P.S. we fed the innards to our dog who sniffed it and walked away, the only reason she ate it is because I was going to throw it away so she quickly changed her mind. read more

First thing is I asked for no pickles no onions and no salt so they will have to make my food fresh but even when I ask them to do that my food still tastes like it's been cooked on a dirty Grill and left out for hours and is dark brown / black when I grew up as a kid McDonald's was amazing it tasted amazing well the food quality is went to crap! And then when I bring up the quality of the food the managers and staff make me feel bad and accuse me of not being satisfied no matter what they do well if you cooked my my food on a clean Grill when I asked for it then I wouldn't be writing this review about your poor excuse it for a restaurant ! No customer should be shamed when they ask for the food to be remade because it tastes like garbage I know what good food taste like and bad food taste like! We rarely have problems with the food but tonight we had cartilage in one of the mcchicken sandwiches and our Dr. Pepper didn't taste like Dr. Pepper, it tasted like chemicals. I ordered a Diet Coke to go, and all she had to do is hand me a cup. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for service at the counter. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what the problem is but the girl was extremely rude to me and didn't even say thank you when she added me the cup, I'm used to people thanking me for my patronage. I had zero thank you from that girl. I'm not sure if it's their management or if it's the training but definitely won't go back until they get some better customer service. Coca-cola tasted like I was breathing air but like liquid air so I had to walk across the house into the cold garage to fetch myself a bloody can of Canada Dry that's how flat the Coca-cola was, like the PH level of this Coca Cola was no where near standard like we're talking this Coca Cola was prob a 14 on the scale, if ykyk. Other than that chiky nuggs look goofy under blue light (photo below), cat may have disturbed said chiky nuggs (some nuggies were missing) I chowed down on the them none the less . Burger was Ight basically gone in approximately 3.14159 bites because of the circular shape of the burg. Service was Ight food was warm. idk the ambiance bc I DoorDashed so stop asking for it. Update cat is throwing up nuggies profusely I don't think it was the light it WAS the nug. Dog started to eat said puke so no clean up for me .Anyway, the Coca Cola tasted like butterless toast with a hint of no bread. Nuggie update, the breaded part of the nugs are still here the cat doesn't like the bread so he chowed on the meat rather than the bread, if it comes to it I'll have to eat the breaded part for a late night snacky... read more

Claims to be 24 hours but isn't. They close for a few hours at night and reopen in the morning for breakfast. Apparently they are not supposed to be doing that and the manager at the other McDonald's says it's because the manager is just being lazy and should be fired for it. And for people who work weird hours, getting off work and driving all the way to McDonald's only to find out they are closed when they claim to be open 24 hours is really infuriating. Also they CONSTANTLY "forget" food. I can't think of one single time where they haven't forgotten something, whether it's food, drinks, sauces, or if you pay for extra of something (like extra bacon for example and then don't get it) and it really sucks.. I'm giving it 2 stars (instead of 1) because I hate giving places 1 star, I always feel bad. Especially because most of the time there are some really nice employees, but the managers are narcissists and think that just because they are a manager at McDonald's that they are better then all the other employees and can berate them in front of the customers... anyway I didn't mean to write a book but there you go lol read more

I just want to say, not everyone wants cheese on their burger. I am one of those... especially American cheese. And 4 out of 5 times when I order a burger, expressing multiple times that I don't want cheese, I get the burger and it has cheese on it. I don't even wait to get home anymore to check it because no matter what I say they put cheese on it. And twice in the recent months I checked it, handed it back because it had cheese on it... they asked me to move my car to the side so I don't keep other cars waiting while they remake it. Then they bring another one out and when I check it again I find cheese on it!!! So I give it back AGAIN and finally get one without cheese. The last time when I gave it back I asked to have someone recheck it before bringing it out to me and the gal argued saying she wasn't allowed to touch it due to sanitary issues. I told her I didn't care if it was her or someone else, I just didn't want to have to wait on a third burger. This time when she brought it out she also refunded my money because when they double checked it before bringing it out to me it had cheese on it again! So I ended up waiting for them to make it a third time. I was actually shocked that she admitted to me that it had been wrong again, but it was nice that she refunded my money after all the hassle. Usually if they do anything at all to keep my business, they will toss in a French fry or an apple pie. But that doesn't really impress me because if I wanted fries or a pie I would have ordered it in the first place. But, at least they try. read more

Since the Burger King next door had 0 customer service, no greeting, waited 6 minutes for an Asian employee to ask if I was helped, as I said no, I'm still waiting. Then just went back to work. Hard to remember the last time I had such a bad experience at a Mcdonalds. First, we waited for a long time while no one was at the cash register. Employees were going back and forth to the window and in the back while a line built up at the register. We finally waved to get their attention and someone came to get our order. Not sure if they are understaffed or just not paying attention. We ordered a chicken sandwich which we specially said (twice) that we wanted no mayo or honey mustard though the request was not followed.
