This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in the entire country, first of all ordering only if you're eat in on in the kiosk no table flags in the kiosk, no receipt paper in any of the kiosks so you place your order and you have no idea if it's in the system. if you actually get an order into the system and you're not standing right by counter , you'll never get your order unless you ask for a straw or ketchup they won't give it to you, salt pepper everything the music is so loud even if you were sitting at a table, you couldn't hear your name being called again. We arrived at noon on a Monday. 5 employees were sitting at the back near the restrooms, maybe on a break??? I am not sure why anyone should be on break at peak dining time! There was 1 person working the counter and getting drinks for the drive through. We ordered on the kiosk, but there were no numbers to enter. We ended up backtracking and ordering for take out. We received our order in a timely manner. However there were no large cups. We were informed that we could return for a refill. There were also no ketchup packets. New Albany McDonald's use to be our favorite all around but now it's the worse . Last night was our last time going, they are so unconcerned. We waited for about 18 minutes for our food and I have no idea why because it was warm but not hot. They were pulling everybody over. We went there for my grandson birthday earlier this month and the service was pass terrible , ppl waiting at the counter and nobody would even come out to ask what anybody got or what was we waiting on. Rude staff, horrible service, and out of most products. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Let me tell you about my most recent visit to the McDonald's located in New Albany, MS. My husband and I stopped by for lunch today. We placed our order, and went to get our drinks. The diet coke was out on both of the customer-facing soda machines. When we asked the person behind the counter if we could get Diet Coke, she informed us that they were completely out. We decided to get unsweetened tea instead, and sat down at a table. I went back up to the counter and asked for Splenda for my tea, twice, and was ignored by the person at the counter. Frustrated by this point, my husband and I decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere. When we requested our order to be cancelled, the girl at the counter told us she would have to get the manager. The manager ignored us as well, running around the kitchen, and didn't acknowledge us until I spoke up again directly to her several minutes later and asked why there was a hold up in cancelling our order. When she came to the counter to cancel our order, the manager was extremely rude to us, and not courteous at all. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this McDonald's location, and we would STRONGLY advise the owner to clean up shop here, or else they're going to lose a lot more business in New Albany. read more
