Belvis burger is our go to burger. The burger of the month is blue cheese bacon with fig preserves. I usually prefer savory over sweet, but the combination is magical. We added in loaded fries. Help yourself to the cooler of beers or drafts. We never leave without buying a bottle of their jerky sauce, sweet with a little spicy. We plan our travels to make sure that we make to Neon Pig whenever possible.

Back then the hamburger was 50 cents and we got a Coke from the cooler in the floor against the wall. It was so good. Then he helped us on the stools. We thought that was the most swanky restaurant anywhere around. To us that was the ultimate experience in food! I usually got 2 and my brother did too. Let me tell you it has not changed a bit and I am 70 years young. So that is a long time to continue to achieve excellency. I get a burger every chance I get. Although they have other things now, it just takes away from the highlight of those famous burgers. Thank you for letting me grow up with you and continue my senior years with you.
