Horrible experience! Ordered a big Mac no vegetables and a quarter pounder. Get the Big Mac and it has onions on it so take it back to the counter. Lady takes it, opens the bun and says there's no veggies and hands it back. AFTER she touches my bun! And Hello, onions are veggies. Told her this and she rolls her eyes and has it remade. This time no sauce! Fine, will eat it with ketchup. Then my quarter ponder.. It's raw. I had to tear it apart to eat the edges where it was somewhat cooked. Ordered a triple cheeseburger, got a chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss. I ate it. Chicken was dry and cardboard-y, bun left a bit to be desired, but to hell with it. It was there, it was warm, and again, I accepted it as just part of going thru your drive thru. Minimum wage workers, minimum effort given. And YES, I do understand that my attitude is not the best, it is fitting of the level of accuracy shown filling my order. My wife also asked for a quarter pounder with no pickle and easy onion, got pickles and heavy onion. It just can't be that difficult. Triple cheese burger: grab a bun, open bun. Slide three beef patties, some "cheese", a squirt of ketchup, a few pickles, wrap it, and toss it in a bag. Don't grab a friggin patty o' chicken parts, fry it, add Swiss cheese and bacon, and call it a triple cheese burger. With the wife's burger, it should have been easier than usual. You were suppose to OMIT the step where you grabbed pickles, and apply approximately half the normal amount of onions. I tried to call (4 times) and make this one on one, but you didn't answer, so here I am again, using yelp to let you know that you failed at hamburger making again. I seriously only go here out of desperation. My godchild has to be screaming and crying like today for nuggets for me to not drive the extra 20 min to another McDonald's. Every time I go here it's a terrible experience. All of them from management to cashiers to drive-thru have horrendous attitudes. I had a coupon and got attitude for it and then the manager rolled her eyes and gave me attitude because I had a question. Then in the middle of my response to her asking me if I wanted anything else, she closed the window on me and didn't communicate to the cashier so then I got more attitude. Then I drove up to the next window to get my order and they didn't communicate to him that I added something to my order and he closed the door on me mid-response with rolling his eyes. THEN he forgot my other drink and closed the window again in the middle of me talking. BUT hold on. When he went to hand me my other drink that I ordered originally, it was COVERED in soda droplets it was so obvious it hurts. And when I asked him to wipe it, he rolled his eyes and closed the window to wipe it. And it looked like he wasn't even going to give me straws so I had to wait at the window for straws.
