Horrible customer service. The managers will flat out lie to you. I made a mobile order for some food and 3 caramel frappes. When I went to pick it up, I was told the frappe machine was down. I asked for a refund for the frappes and was told I had to contact the app for a refund. Ok no problem, contacted the app and they said it was the store's responsibility to refund it. I sent emails and tried calling the store phone number but never got any answer. I had to contact McDonald's corporate multiple times before I finally got in touch with the store manager who again told me I had to contact the app or my bank??? (even after multiple McDonald's corporate people told me it was the store's responsibility). Finally after arguing, the store manager agreed to a refund if I brought the receipt back up there and hung up on me. When I got there, no apology. I finally got two of my frappes refunded (the third was free from the reward program so I was told there would not be a refund for that one). read more

Avoid like the plague. The slowest fast food service on the planet. I can understand some orders are special and take longer. In these incidents the customer should kindly be asked to park and food taken to them once completed. No customer should have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru. I pray someone with the franchise sees this review and takes corrective actions in training the staff or I would suggest closing the branch until acceptable service can be obtained. They are a McDonald's next-door to a truckstop will not allow people in the dining room until 9 AM well as most know truckers get moving at 5or 6 in the morning can't get any food from you guys because you guys do a great job at supporting the industry that keeps the food coming to you. The people working here seem to practice lethargy like it's an art form. After waiting several minutes with no other guests around I was informed that they do not serve biscuits. In confusion I asked the cashier "you never serve biscuits here?" to which she replied, "not today". I changed my order assured that there would be no hope of clear communication. I'm sure the owner might take interest in the lack of F's the employees have left to give but at least the McChicken sandwich was on point! read more

Over 20 of the first 25 reviews on Google map or this McD's give 1 star out of 5. Three say ..."worst McDonalds" in the country... The Yelp rating as I review on Yelp is 1 of 5 stars. Trip Advisor, Google and YP reviews are lower. Our order...wrong and overcharged. McD staff could not and would not issue a receipt. Humm. and we were overcharged. When we...driving a Lexus...tried to use our free McDonald's survey sandwich receipt with code...the staff acted like they had never heard of such a thing as a free sandwich ..... At 2:30 PM on a Monday there were 16 cars in drive thru.... I recommend this store always issue receipts when customer requests one...hey general.manager are you being robbed?...AND during training have every trainee read the top of what is printed on EVERY receipt aloud. If a District manager reads this, review the Google, Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews. You need to make some changes at this address. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have been in ever in my life. Its almost comical how incompetent everyone is. Took 15 minutes to get our order. Place was filthy, no straws in the self serve drink stations. When this was pointed out by another customer the young employee taking a break in the seating area talking loudly on her cell phone got an attitude and went and grabbed some straws. Someone yelled for her from the back and she yelled back. Many of the lights were not working in the restaurant and in the parking lot. Several people left because no one would take their order and when I left there were cars backed up in the drive thru. This wasn't from some big rush, it was at 8:00 in the evening with one orbtwo customers every 5 minutes or so. I wish I could list all the things that were bad but it would take pages. Food came out quick but that was the only thing. The service was very poor. The gentleman next to me waited 15 mins just to order and he was first in line. I was taking to him and he said it is always this slow and poorly serviced. I was repeatedly passed when waiting to ask for some condiments. One lady who worked here was quite rude when asked if she could help take an order by saying "That's not my job, find someone else!" In total it took me thirty minutes just to order, receive my order, and get condiments. All I ordered was one regular burger. If you have the chance go elsewhere. If I could give them a Zero I would. I passed through on my way to vacation I stopped at this location to get food for my family. I was planning to go through drive-thru but it was backed up. We went inside to order. While inside and after placing our order, the drink fountain reservoir was filled with soda. We decided to look past that but while waiting on our food a bug (roach) walked across the counter and hid under the cookie bin. We immediately informed the management. Unfortunately we tried to quietly inform managements what was going on so we had to inform them by moving the cookie bin and allowing the roach to scamper back across the counter. It took several attempts before they could give us the correct refund. I won't be returning. read more

If you are in a hurry then avoid this location at all cost. My daughter would have been on time for school if the wait time was 5 minutes in the drive thru, but no the wait time was more like 15-20 minutes. We got in line at 8:04am and then we got out of line at 8:21. Guess they had to grind the sausage, milk the cow and peel the potato's before they cooked it. Then when we got to the window, we had to ask for condiments like creamer and sugar for coffee, We didn't even get napkins. I think I will pay a little more money for better service at Chick-fa-la on the next exit up from this point forward and yes it is about 10 miles out of my way but hey at least she will be on time for school the next time. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It took me 45 min to get through the drive through.. the staff was rude and when I got my meal it was incorrect. It then took them another 15 min to correct the meal and they never apologized for the inconvenience or the slow line. I expected to be in and out of this McDonald's like usual, 10 min tops. But I spent over an hour and got horrible service. I'm very upset with this McDonald's. They shouldn't be open with this kind of service.
