How hard is it to order a small, black coffee, with creamer on the side? I got to the window where they handed me a rather large iced coffee with 2 creamers and cane syrup in it, for $3.99. If I wanted to wait 5 minutes, they would brew hot. I settled for an iced coffee, black, after much discussion. Had I seen the receipt before accepting it, I would have asked for a refund. read more

The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. The guy still wearing a mask was a bit of a minor annoyance, but hey, you can't win 'em all. Peachtree City, GA Midtown location While in the drive-thru waiting to place our order, the girl with the headset asked me to wait a minute. She was speaking on her headset to someone inside and saying that a customer before me was being difficult-that she asked her if she wanted extra creamer, and she said no, then changed her mind. In all my visits to CFA, I've never been made to wait while an employee complained about a customer. In fact, this is the first CFA experience I've ever had where I have heard an employee complain at all. After receiving our order, my daughter sorted it as I drove. Once we got to our next stop, I opened my chicken strips and was shocked at their size and their poor quality. I have never received food like this at CFA before. read more

I've been to this place many times and found it great, however yesterday my nuggets tasted awful. In my opinion it is not bad grease or that they had been cooked for a while. Something was very off, like the meat is inferior quality. I had to spit out the first bite, tried another bite and it was all the same. I've been going to this Chick-fil-A for a very long time. Up until last week I've never actually went inside and ate. I decided to take my twins here for lunch and the staff was so helpful. From bringing me my food to helping me locate the high chairs. Each high chair comes with a sanitation whip & disposal place mat. To me this was awesome! The staff kept coming by asking if they could refill my drinks or take my tray. Afterwards we checked out the play area for a few minutes. The girls really enjoyed it and I enjoyed being out the house even if it was just for a hour or two. I rarely go out these days because it's just to much to for me to get around with twin babies but I'll definitely be back here with the littles. read more

This location does not disappoint when it comes to the quality of food. The duo drive-thru lines really make it fast too. And when they happen to forget part of your order they take extra measures to make it right and make you happy for having to sit back in 15 minutes of traffic to get back to their location. Arrived at this location five minutes before they were too start serving lunch requested a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and was told I could not get one first time that's ever happened at a Chick-fil-A site I've always been offered to wait while they prepare it because they are transitioning never told that I would have to order breakfast or nothing at all talk to manager at store and he gave me the same answer I have never received that kind of answer from a manager or an employee at a Chick-fil-A don't believe that this is in line with the corporate outline for them doing business I have always been offered a better solution to the problem from talking with the employee and the manager it seems like this is a problem at the store they don't really want to follow the corporate guidelines trying to do their own thing which is why they're not rated five first time in at least 30 years of going to Chick-fil-A that I've had a bad experience read more

Absolutely beautiful store! The layout is well-designed, multiple types of seating (high tables, group tables, booths), and the parking lot is spacious. Went by this afternoon for a late lunch, and received a free chicken sandwich via the Yaystack promotion. I also tried out their kale salad for the first time... It is absolutely delicious! Courteous staff. Fast service. The food (the patty) is slightly cold but this rarely happens so it easily is an aberration instead of norms. The cashier, one who cleans the table, all the way to the manager seem to enjoy being there and that shows to the customers who dine there. Keep up the good work. Bright, lots of seating (even if there are no booths like the older locations). Large farm-style table and other arrangements for groups along with seating for two. This Chick-fil-A is one of the worst. Every time I come here, they mess up my order some how. I'll ask for extra sauce, they never give it to me. I even ordered a spicy deluxe meal and they gave me a plain chicken sandwich with no cheese in a spicy deluxe box. It's very frustrating. I live only 2 min away, so I've gone to this location on several occasions. I'm at the point of just taking the extra trip to go to other locations because the experience it's always annoying. The people are nice, but no one wants missing items from their order every time. read more

This Chick-fil-a is equipped with a indoor play area and very polite staff. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and five kids meals for my children, the grilled chicken sandwich is really good ( especially with bacon and cheese). The play area is clean. They have private parking for all customers. I didn't give them all five stars because they forgot to leave the tomato off my sandwich, forgot to provide the sauces I ordered and the cookie I ordered was cold( usually they are warm but overall this is a very good Chick-fil-a. read more
