I ordered one happy meal, 2 ten piece chicken nuggets, and two large fries. First of the service was terrible. The servers were very rude. We got our food and we were missing a ten piece nugget. So I went up to the counter and told them. They were very rude about it but said they would bring it out in a second. While we waited for those we opened the happy meal and the apple slices were not apple slices it was a WHOLE apple. The apple also had a bite taken out of it and we knew because we could see the teeth marks. We got our nuggets but they gave us 20 nuggets instead of 10. Called for a refund since i ordered on the app and was told they couldnt refund back to the card used to pay. Said i had to go to the store to get my money. the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I was sold food that was either under cooked or touched by dirty hands. I currently have extreme food poisoning and my dog also. Not a big fan of this location since they do not participate in the Mobile Order in their app. The cashier was also kind of an idiot and barely knew what was going on. I love the Mcdonald's next to all of the other restaurants. Mcdonald's burgers are the best. If you don't know which order to pick I would say the #7 two cheeseburgers plain with medium fries and a blue raspberry medium fanta slushie. That's what I always get every time we go over there. I give this Mcdonald's a 5 star rating. For their good service and one time my mom and I were ordering and when we got to the second window they accidently made a medium blue raspberry slushie because my mom said that I could not have that because of our budget. But when we got there they said do you want a blue raspberry slushie for free. I said mom say yes and she did so I got two drinks instead of just a sprite. One has a certain level of expectations when visiting a McDonalds. The idea of them being a chain typically gives you a sense of familiarity and consistency. The food and drink rarely fail, it's always the help they find that falls short. Tonight may have set the bar for one of the worst trips through a McDonald's drive-through. I have been directly involved in customers service and customer satisfaction for almost my entire working career. It pains me to see small business owners out there relying on such poor help these days. Tonight, I had the displeasure of having three young girls screw up an order of milkshakes and hot cocoa at a non-rush hour time. It was evident from the start that one was training. However, the trainer was not taking control of a situation that was going completely wrong. They couldn't decide whether or not they had Eggnog shakes yet. They took the order as if they did have it and waited until I got to the window to let me know it was still not in season (December 9th). We waited patiently in the three-deep line for them to stop gabbing as the drive through food person was chatting with the order takers. Perception is the reality; I perceived they didn't give two cents that they had just ruined the family tradition of Eggnog shakes and looking at Christmas lights (not so much as a half a care or I'm sorry for the confusion). Then once we received the order, it was also wrong. The one milkshake had an incorrect flavor, and the peppermint hot chocolate was just warmer than tap water and missing the peppermint. read more

Visited this McDonalds at about 10:00 pm trying to get some food. They were not that busy and the wait was extremely long for a to go order and we ended up leaving without our two hot chocolates and an iced tea. The tea was gone and the spout on it was broken. The staff was not efficient and the place as a whole was dirty. Overall this was a very bad experience and I will not visit this establishment again!! read more
