I've visited this location twice in the last 6 months. The first visit, I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit (around 10am). I had to wait a while, as the girl at the window explained that they were waiting on biscuits. I'm thinking I'm going to get a fresh out of the oven item. Nope. When i took a bite, the biscuit was frozen in the center. The second visit, I ordered an Oreo McFlurry (8pm). I received a cup of vanilla soft serve with crushed Oreos ON TOP, not mixed in. Not the same McDonald's. Not the same. I will never be back to this location. read more

FIRST 2021 Review! Oh my goodness! McDonald's has to do better, this is so disappointing on many levels. The only reason why I agreed was because "the Mc rib is back." So I rolled up, proceeded to order said "Mc rib". Guess what McDonald's did not have? The Mc rib! Ughhhh! No worries, do I really need to eat McDonald's anyway? Don't answer that! I ordered two 10 piece nugget meal's, and the only sauce in the entire McDonald's was spicy buffalo and ranch. I get to the window where I'm handed my food, I have three drinks and they are out of drink carriers. At this point I decided I was just going to contact the "how are we doing" line, and provide a basic comment. I pulled out my receipt to look at the store number. Guess what folks? They also don't have ink for their receipt printers at McDonald's! I can't even read the friggin receipt. I came to this McDonald's because my son is a big fan, like any other kid. I waited in line patiently, and when I finally got to make my order the lady messed up the code for my discount. The app is very strict, and once a code is given you're not allowed another code for 10 minutes. She got the manager, and I hoped that they would just do what the code would've done, as an override. Instead the manager said for me to get back in line, and hopefully by then the 10 minute wait for a new code would be up. This was frustrating, and I definitely think there needs to be some change in management. read more

I ALMOST drove super far to another McDonald's just because of the reviews it had, but I'm glad I didn't! The gentleman helping me took a while to warm up while I was ordering but I didn't take any offense because I was there at 6:30 and the sun was barely up. If you are in a hurry I would maybe skip this location but it definitely wasn't extremely long like some people have complained about. Nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. I ordered a chicken biscuit, the biscuit was stale and the chicken looked like it was cooked the day before. After seeing the amount of horseplay going on in the back, and the amount of mess in the kitchen area( grease on everything , thick trash on the floor and old food everywhere) I was afraid I'd catch something and die if I tasted that chicken biscuit. So I threw it away and opened the lid on the large tea I bought, and something was floating in it. I didn't even bother asking for a refund or new food. The service here is HORRIBLE. But that's not all of the time. I don't really blame the manager on duty because she is ALWAYS on point. It's just the staff. They have NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL. They stand around at the register, arms crossed, looking most unwelcoming. Honestly, if I wasn't in the mood for a Big Mac, I would have taken a few steps more and gone to the competition. Went thru drive thru around 130pm and waited forever for my order to be taken. Waited at the window for our food because we were waiting on fries. The fries were not done. They were not salted. When I get home to put food on plates, we were missing a double cheeseburger. When I go back to the McDonald's they try asking if I would like to order again. I told them no I want the sandwich I was missing. Then because I hear them talking about how that was an hour ago...it's literally 207 and I have been waiting in drive thru because they take forever to help customers. Every time I come here I have the worst service. Tonight was by far some of the worst customer service I've received. I waited at the outside ordering machine for five minutes simply to confirm that I had placed a mobile order. I then pull around to the first window to see if someone could assist me. I was wrong. I then pulled forward to the second window and nobody still helped. I honked my horn, tapped the window and called out for help. My results were fruitless. This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. 3 of the last 4 visits, there was something wrong with the order (including once putting an empty nugget box in a happy meal!!). Today, I'm in line for 20 minutes (it's not that busy) and I have no idea why it's taking so long. At least one other customer has been waiting for 30 minutes. Stopped by today with my husband for a quick bite. There was only one car in the drive thru and one pair of diners eating together. At the register stood an older gentleman in his 60s with Parkinsons disease. We took our place in line behind him and waited. He ordered and produced a small zip lock bag of change from his jacket and gave it to the cashier. The cashier atm happened to be the manager of the establishment (I could tell by the teal button up she wore). She looked at the bag in irritation and said, "You're gonna have to count that." She then looked back at us and said she could take our order. We finished ordering and took a seat waiting for our number to be called meanwhile at the register, this older gentleman is still shakily counting his change and having trouble placing the remaining change back into his bag all the while the manager is looking at him with impatience. (Again, there was only one other couple besides us already eating so it's not like they were busy) After he is done, she hands him a small soda cup and he slowly walks over to the soda machine to get a dr.pepper. He sits down in a booth (already in the booth are 2 bags filled with his belongings). After about 5-10 minutes we get our food and start to eat. I sit with my body adjacent to the register expecting the older mans food to come out but that doesn't happen. After another 10 minutes, we're almost done eating and the older man gets up and puts the empty soda cup in his bag, picks up his stuff and leaves. This man only ordered a small soda! Are freaking kidding me!? This manager had an attitude because she didnt want to count a dollars worth or change!? This manager treated him like he was nothing but an annoyance and watched this man struggle. Anyone that knows anyone with Parkinson's disease knows that doing every day things is a complete disaster. My biggest issue with this is that one of the jobs this manager has is to COUNT MONEY and she couldn't even do that. McDonald's is not known for their customer service, I know that they will never be on Chick fil a's level but it doesn't take a genius to know how to to treat another human being with respect. read more

STAY AWAY, if I could give a zero I would. Hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Manager this morning thinks reviews don't matter, that social media opinions don't matter. I thought I could make a quick trip through the Drive Thru 15 minutes after they opened. Sat at speaker and no one took order, line of cars behind me. Park, get out, walk in, tell order taken Drive Thru not working. She says she forgot to turn on headset. I tell her I'm first in line. She decides to fiddle around with headset. I place order. She gives price almost double what the price is. I tell her it's wrong. Manager comes up all pissed off. Lady, it's 5:15 am and you didn't have your Drive Thru open and you are getting pissy with me. My mom and I stopped through at 10 am last Saturday. We just wanted drinks after stopping at the library to drop some books off. Their was no line and the wait was long.
