It's McDonalds, so I'm not expecting much to begin with, but even with those lowered expectations, this location ALWAYS finds a way to disappoint. Miss on all metrics: Terrible customer service - they consistently make you feel like a burden for being there. Slow service - bring a book for the drive thru. You'll be there awhile. And then, after they 'park' you for another ten minutes, they somehow still manage to bring cold, barely edible food. Management should be ashamed of themselves. Literally the worst McDonalds on the planet. We live 5 minutes away and have 3 kids otherwise we would never visit this McDonalds. Our order is wrong every single time. So much so that Ive learned to order extra food because something is always missing, burnt, missing sauces, or wrong. We try our best to check the bags, but cant always catch whats wrong. Today we did not receive the double cheeseburger, the chicken sandwich had nothing on it and the quarter pounder wasnt cooked through. After 10 years of living here, Im flabbergasted that this location simply just cant get it together. Today my car was hit by another in the drive thru lane the manager came out of the location yelling racial slurs at the gentleman that hit my car and then she proceeded to yell derogatory terms to me as well. I'm pretty sure time stopped as I watched the old hag behind the counter unable to get 2 orders right including mine. Got the sizes wrong, making me and my friend pay more for sizes larger than what we wanted, and then when we waited half an hour, the food was in bags and not on trays like we specified during payment. The bread was stale and hard as a rock and the soda was wayyyy to watered down. This place is trash. I've been here for so long that I want my money back and just want to leave.
