Worst McDonalds franchise I've been to. Drive through is routinely the slowest. We waited 30 min in the drive through line today. Food is not consistent with other McDonald's. I myself have worked in fast food when I was in high school, so I will not be ignorant and act like I do not know how chaotic and miserable it can be but when you have almost no vehicles in line a lobby with less than five people and a workforce of eight employees there is no reason why I should be waiting. 15 minutes for a burger and fries. WORST McDonalds I've ever been too. Every time I come in my order is messed up to the point where I don't even want it. You can tell it's a management issue not being able to correct/ train their employees properly. Will be going to another McDonald's than this one that's closer to home! Literally the worst McDonalds on the planet. We live 5 minutes away and have 3 kids otherwise we would never visit this McDonalds. Our order is wrong every single time. So much so that Ive learned to order extra food because something is always missing, burnt, missing sauces, or wrong. We try our best to check the bags, but cant always catch whats wrong. Today we did not receive the double cheeseburger, the chicken sandwich had nothing on it and the quarter pounder wasnt cooked through. After 10 years of living here, Im flabbergasted that this location simply just cant get it together. Today my car was hit by another in the drive thru lane the manager came out of the location yelling racial slurs at the gentleman that hit my car and then she proceeded to yell derogatory terms to me as well. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. The service is slow. I mean beyond slow. I'm pretty sure time stopped as I watched the old hag behind the counter unable to get 2 orders right including mine. Got the sizes wrong, making me and my friend pay more for sizes larger than what we wanted, and then when we waited half an hour, the food was in bags and not on trays like we specified during payment. The bread was stale and hard as a rock and the soda was wayyyy to watered down. This place is trash. I've been here for so long that I want my money back and just want to leave. There is an iPad by the register that is so annoying. No sense of urgency at all. I'll refuse to come to this chain in the future. EVERYTIME I go my simple order is messed up and the staff is either very nice or very rude..... both while probably on drugs. I am not lying when I say this... I walked into the bathroom and their was "number 2" smeared all over the walls and WASNT cleaned up . It was there for a while too on a count of it was pretty dry.. Is this place ever actually open? This is visit #3 for me that the supposed 24/7 restaurant has been closed. After my experience this morning, I will "NEVER" return again. I sat in the double drive thru line and watched 3 cars go thru the other line and finally drove to the window with out ordering. The girl at the window lied and said she just got to the window so she didn't know what happened.
