Nothing fast about this food. Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito. Not even a "Sorry it took so long."

Poor service I went thru the drive thru and very very poor service. My order was 10 hamburger plain, two chicken sandwich and a cheese burger no onion. Also a large diet coke. I asked to put me some mustard and ketchup. They didn't I come unglued. When I pull off I told them I would not be back. Didn't even get a smile and the bill was 19.00. read more

This was an extremely poor experience. We're from out of town and decided that we would stop and get some coffee and biscuits, which took over 30 minutes to get. They gave us the wrong order and made us wait another 5 minutes for the what were supposed to be caramel frappes. This was an overall awful experience and I do not recommend stopping at this location. read more

They didn't give us honey mustard after asking what sauce we wanted. Then we also had to ask for napkins and straws! On top of that tried to charge us for ONE extra sauce!!!! The girl at the drive threw window was extremely rude! read more

This McDonalds has terrible customer service. We had payed for a meal and asked are cashier if it was a meal twice. Then we we got the meal with no fry's they wanted us to pay for fry's that we had already payed for. Next we got a double cheeseburger only ketchup and cheese on the burger they messed up that to there was mustard. Next, there coke just a regular coke how do you make that nasty they did my family describes it as licking someone's butt. And Lastly they put everything on a ketchup only burger how hard is it to just to only put ketchup on a burger. So to some it up we got two bad burgers and bad coke. Never go to this McDonalds no matter what there is tons of stuff around it but do not go here. read more

Horrible. Don't even order everything was just horrible. I advise you to go someone else besides the McDonald'(S) around this area.

I ate a biscuit in Opelika, AL. that had a pebble rock (like out of the parking lot) cooked in it broke two crowns the store took the evidence to "put in the safe" but lost it when the insurance adjuster asked them for it. I've never been through anything like it. They lied & are crooked & broke my teeth. Enjoy your breakfast. I'll never buy another thing from them or any other Mc Donald's nor will my family as long as we live. It was a rude insurance adjuster who put me through jumping through all kinds of hoops that Mc D had call & email me. Then they covered up what happened. I didn't ask them to have this agent harass me on top of them breaking my teeth they offered to pay for then had me go through this circus with the adjuster & then they lied to the adjuster who was already ugly to me & said they didn't have the biscuit & pebble I spit out in the bag & rest of biscuit clearly showing the evidence that I had given them that the manager said she would place in the safe. I've never asked anyone for anything & didn't have the money to fix the teeth & got sick because of it. It was the worst experience of my life. read more

This McDonald's is terrible at least when I just left there a few minutes ago took 30 minutes to get my food the young lady just threw it on the counter as if she didn't want to be at work the girl at the drive through dropped the McCafe mixer on the floor didn't even wash it and started using it again horrible experience I will never come to this McDonald's again! read more

I should have listened to the other reviews but it was late on Thanksgiving Eve and we had been driving all day in really horrible traffic so I held out hope that it wasn't that bad. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is bc one they got my order right and two they were polite. The food was not even warm, the bread was stale and the fries and cokes were only half full. read more

Terrible service!!!! Stopped on the Sunday after thanksgiving after driving in the car for three hours to hit the drive thru for food. Sat in line for a total of 30 minutes and they couldn't seem to get the order right to save their lives. I had to repeat it three times at the speaker. They didn't call it back to me before having me "pull up" and the screen wasn't working. It took forever to get to the window to pay and then to the food window. The had the food order right (surprise!!) but the drinks were a mess. Not a single one was right. I explained several times what drink should go in what size cup (we had three different sized cups) and they finally got it right. I also ordered a milk on the side for my one year old. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about it. I showed it to them on the receipt where I ordered and paid for it. They finally went and got it and it was chocolate. I told them that I did not ask for chocolate when I ordered so please exchange it for a white milk. That got me an eye roll and a snatch. When they brought me the right milk, I asked for straws (they were in the bags at all). The girl snatched the straws at the bin and held them out. When I got them she quickly turned away and closed the window. Not a single sorry for the confusion or thank you or even a go to hell. By that time I was ready to get out of there or I would have went inside to speak to the manger and gotten my money back. But we were tired and hungry and just ready to move on. Thirty minutes, messed up more than once, crap customer service. Luckily I had my Meds or I probably would have caused a scene. However, we will NEVER be going back there. read more
