me and my friend ordered skip the dishes from this mcdonald's on memorial avenue, once it arrived we opened the big mac and happened to look at the meat patty's , after looking at them there was a weird smell and weird slimy chucks that looked almost like fucking worms and a small bug that looked like a maggot (it moved and there was only 1) all over the pattys (all four) the smell was outrageous ,then we called the mcdonald's in question to let them know the problem , not even asking for out money back (we both work in fast food so we were more concerned about telling them then complaining) then as i was explaining over the phone to a man that shouldn't even be considered a manager , he said "was the food made correctly" then we obviously said yes and then he said "then what's the problem" then that obviously made us irritated so we tried to explain again then he started laughing at us and mocking us as if we were stupid , and on top of that i'm not even trying to be disrespectful but i couldn't even understand this man besides the laughing , ignoring and taunting us , this is seriously disrespectful and disgusting and will not spending $30 for a fucking meal and a extra drink here ever again! read more

Yes.what a joke..So here I am at 320 Memorial ave.Saturday june 17/2017 about 5pm...im in the drive-thru..I ordered 2 kids nugget meal..couple cheeseburgers..chicken buger..b4 I pay.I pull out my Indian status card...the young lady looks at me..Ya.she rolls her eyes at me..{wait,I have to see about that}.she says..lmao..so called manager comes,,,.Fools with the cash reg.then comment to open window and says..ya the owner we dont do that here...What I say....We are near the Rama Casino...I cant be the only Indian that came threw here...what did you do with them..she leaves as shes saying..came it at the end of the yr...ROLL UR EYES AT ME...REALLY...NO COSTOMER SERVICE....O YA.THE LADY ASKED ME HOW I WANTED 2 PAY..WITH THIS.(EYES ROLLING..AS I LEFT TO DRIVE OFF...BUT I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE OWNER REALLY SAID....owner of that Mc D's can call me personily DERRICK... read more

The service at this McDonald's has seriously deteriorated. The servers are barely civil and the drive thru service is slow. Almost always have to park and wait for the order. The order is usually missing napkins or straws. I have periodically stopped at this McDonald's as it's on my usual travel route. It's not worth stopping here anymore. read more

Went to the McDonald's tonight and had the new seasoned fries. Very tasty but small portions and these fries only come in one size. Drive through was fast and they allowed 3 separate orders in one car. 5 stars! read more

Scumbags. Drive thru took 25 minutes and then they told us they didn't receive our order and to go to the back of the line.

Clean and friendly like your average McDonalds. Can be loud at the back where kids play.

Very slow. Didnt know their own menu.... A quarter pounder with bacon is not a Angus burger...

I am not often one to write reviews but I absolutely love the staff at this restaurant! Every morning when I come for my coffee I am greeted by the kindest woman (especially for 7am!!) and she starts my day off on a high note. I barely even need my coffee after her kindness - her customer service is A1! And tonight, I visited the restaurant between 10:30-11 pm and immediately after I pulled in so did 6 other cars. The order I received was unfortunately not the order I placed so I went inside with the food and they were so kind and apologetic for their error. The woman who I believe was the manager did not berate or act negatively towards her staff member who apologized for sending out the wrong order - this was an amazing sign of good leadership I may say! I got a million apologies and while I waited all of the staff members spoke to me as they walked by. The two older gentleman in the assembly station were working hard and we even shared some smiles. The atmosphere was that of teamwork, hardwork and a general kindness for one another despite he chaos of the sudden drive thru rush.
