It's a McDonald's, with everything you'd expect from a McDonald's. They have McDonald's food that's aimed directly at your fast food palate. McDonald's employees that just want to make it through their shift and get you in and out as fast as possible. A McDonald's interior that looks like every other McDonald's. What might set this McDonald's apart from any other McDonald's? Only one thing that I can figure. They have more curbside parking spots than any other McDonald's I've seen. :-) Also, the employees are still somewhat unfamiliar with how to manage paying through the app. read more

This place has a been a staple in my life whenever I'm hungry and need some good shit. The menu is so enjoyable my "usual" order has changed multiple times. You get the food very quickly and for affordable prices. I like and recommend almost everything on the menu. The servers are ok, but you really don't need to interact with them much. I really hate to leave bad reviews so hopefully I'll stop being salty about this one and I'll give this place another chance to have a better experience in the future. As I waited I checked in on Yelp only to earn a badge saying I was "adventurous" when seeing that and checking the star rating of this particular McDonald's location, I figured folks were just being a bit judgemental because it's fast food. I'm not expecting the same quality here as I would a Michelin rated restaurant in the south of France. Five star McDonald's locations I'm sure can exist and I was ready to prove the two star rating wrong. We promptly got our food, and I started my 20 minute drive home during rush hour traffic. I got home with a hangry toddler in tow, sat her in her booster chair, got out a plate and opened up the happy meal box to see one toy, apples, and french fries. No hamburger. She was asking for her hamburger and this exhausted mom was frustrated. Explain to me how you can NOT put a hamburger in a happy meal box? It wasn't even busy at this location at the time we were there. At any rate, my husband quickly got in the car to go order another hamburger from a closer McDonald's location. While he was gone I got on the phone thinking maybe they will make it right and give me a coupon for a free hamburger in the future. Wrong. I called three times and nobody picked up so I went online (I was obviously on a mission now) to lodge a complaint to the corporate office. They asked if I wanted to be heard back from and I said "yes." (again probably a bit worked up at this point). This was over a month ago and nobody ever reached out to make this okay. Long story short: If you venture to this McDonald's location check your bag before you leave. Yes, I should have known better, but I will never stop here again. It's not worth the hassle because it appears nobody cares at all if you get what you pay for. read more

I brought my grandkids to McDonald's for lunch and I was appalled by how dirty it was. This is one of the newly remodeled ones and not ONE table inside was clean. We had to finally clean our own table and seats before we could sit down to eat. They had no straws, ketchup or cups at the beverage station. They had not refilled any of these items and then seemed annoyed when I asked one of the workers behind the counter for a straw and even then I had to wait and wait for them to even acknowledge me as I stood at the counter. Drove thru for lunch. Ordered two fish sandwiches and told them "NO CHEESE, I have an allergy". When I got home, I opened the sandwich and can see the outline of the cheese with cheese remnants still there. Obviously they took a normal fish sandwich, opened it up and removed the slice of cheese. Others need to beware when they special order food to be left off. I'm not one to write many reviews but I have been going to this McDonald's everyday, for breakfast, for the last two years. There are two people that work at this location that make McDonald's my favorite spot. Isaac- this gentleman has been with McDonald's for a few years and he is genuinely and consistently friendly and greets his customers with a smile ALWAYS! I LOVE ISAAC and look forward to seeing him when we drive through. The other person is fairly new and a young gal but I adore her already. Logan is her name, I believe. Logan went out of her way to make sure our order (which was LARGE and challenging) was correct, fast and hot. We went just before 12:50 am. We tried to do curbside pick up, but we were waiting just about 10 minutes and saw some cars going through so we decided to go through to pick up our food. They were kind of slow for just having two cars in front of us. We got two hot fudge sundaes. The fudge was not hot. A QPC that also wasn't that hot either. Fries that were mushy and cold. And a cheeseburger that had a hard bun, cheese that wasn't even melted and so much ketchup that it was like a gusher. It smushed out the sides. They didn't address that we had a curbside pickup or anything. Just handed our food and shut the window. We've gone a different time too and it took them at least 10 minutes to bring it out to us. This is one of the most horrible McDonald's I've yet to visit. We were in line for a long time and then they asked for the order....... That was the worst part of the visit. We ordered, that's what normal people do. We gave our order, and then sat there for a good ten minutes. I noticed the other line was getting their food order taken. My husband asked if he got the order and then a person that did NOT understand English, proceeded to ask if we had decided what we wanted to order. Done did that. So, we did it again. It was a hamburger happy meal, extra fries, with a chocolate milk and a large sweet tea. It was really cheap and I knew then that the order would be wrong. So, my sweet husband repeated order not once but 4 times. We get to window and proceed to ask if the order was correct and repeated it again. He answered yes, but looked confused. We get to the window to pick up the food and out comes a hamburger, fries, chocolate milk, and a sweet tea. No happy meal. Burger was wrong and a 4 year old very unhappy in the back seat. The reason I'm giving two stars instead of one star is because the lady at the window immediately fixed the order! I'm pretty sure that it wasn't the first order she had to fix, you could tell by the look on her face. I felt bad for the poor guy at the drive through, I'm sure he didn't want to work that position since he couldn't speak English very well. This McD is open 24/7, has two drive-thru lanes, and outdoor seating. The service was somewhat leisurely, and less than friendly, but I received my dine-in breakfast order in two minutes. One employee was keeping the dining and play areas clean, while another employee was going through the dining area with a coffee pot offering refills. Not bad. read more

The young people working there need more training and oversight. The drive through attendant opened the window and said "here" and thrust the bag out. I have never had a worse experience at a fast food establishment. I went in the drive through, assuming it would be a maybe five minute ordeal. Once I ordered what I thought was a simple meal (one sweet tea, fries, and 3 chocolate chip cookies), I went to pay, then went to the window to get my food. I had to wait a minute for my tea, then I was told to go wait in a parking spot and they would bring out my food. The time on my receipt was 3:16 and I didn't get my food until 3:29 which seemed like a long time for fries and cookies. When I opened my bag, it was only the cookies. I then walked inside with my receipt to get the fries, and the employees laughed at me. For what? Not getting my food? Next time I want to quickly get some food, I will choose another place to eat. read more
