Skimping on the meat recently. Used to never be able to finish a regular sub in one sitting now it's easy. Bring back the meat!

This is my favorite chain sub sandwich place. They make great sandwiches. I've only tried their cold sandwiches and I love them. Usually I get #13 The Original Italian but there are times I venture and get something else. It still tastes great. Sometimes this location runs out of bread so they close early. I feel like on the days I'm really craving a good sandwich but I go one hour before they close and there is the handwritten sign saying ran out of bread. But it's okay as long as I can make it to the next closest Jersey Mike's location before they close. I have yet to hear anyone disliking these sandwiches. They are consistently good and really great bread. I love Jersey Mike's. read more

The cleanliness hasn't improved, but sometimes I still enjoy getting a sandwich from here. Most of the time when I go to order carry out, they aren't accepting mobile orders, and they've closed before the posted hours as well. I tried to eat here tonight and there was a small sign on the door saying that they didn't have bread. Sort of important for a sub shop to have bread. I try to give places a lot of slack, but eventually my patience runs out. I won't likely be back. read more

This store hasn't failed me once, they always use a clean grinder so I don't end up dying from getting cross contamination. My mini (5") roast beef sandwich on wheat was delicious, with plenty of tasty, lean meat on fresh bread. The service at the counter was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. The dining area was clean and new with three TVs, and classic rock background music. The menu included cold subs, hot subs, and wraps. First time at this location but it will become my new location. Food was prepped much quicker than other location in Olathe and the quality of the meat seemed. Much better. Placed an online delivery order at 7pm, store closes at 8pm, estimated delivery was 30-45 min and then got pushed to 7:55pm, not a big deal to me. I then got an email saying my order was canceled at 7:54pm. I called and the guy said they "ran out of bread"....the store ran out of ALL bread? They make a good sandwich. I especially like the bread. Their root beer and cream soda on tap are definitely worth a try.

On Wednesday 10/26/21 I arrived at the location at 7:25PM and they were closed. The sign on the door says they are are open until 8PM. I find this very disappointing since I drove past several other sandwich shops in order to stop at Jersey Mike's on my way home. While writing this post several other customers pulled up and left since they closed early. This isn't a very good way to keep customers coming to your place of business if your going to close early when you've already reduced your hours. I will not drive past other restaurants in the future to come here anymore to get a sandwich. read more

Jersey mikes is so consistent. Today I had a #7 turkey sandwich. They fresh cut the meats and cheeses plus all the fresh toppings you want! I prefer mine "mikes way" plus I add the sweet pepper relish and it is so delicious. The workers have strong customer service and are always very friendly. read more

Literally every time we order here our sandwiches are done to perfection and never half-assed, the staff is always polite every time I come in, I feel like they want my sandwich to be the best sandwich of the day every time I watch them , nice to have consistency even in something as simple as a sandwich in a world where product/service are both half-assed everywhere! First time eating Jersey Mike's and I actually LOVE IT!! Doing it Mike's way taste soooo good!! The Original Italian sub!!

I have been here several times since they opened, mostly because I have one kid that is obsessed with it. He has nothing on his sandwich except ham, provolone, and pickles, but I'm pretty sure he could eat it daily. So there must be something about it that he really digs. I will say, the service is really quick, staff is always very friendly, and they have a punchcard to reward me for my loyalty, which is always a huge plus. And, they offer gluten-free bread, which is a huge bonus. They also carefully prepare gluten-free items in a separate area, which for some people is very important. They do charge extra for the gluten-free bread, which if you get the half sub, will get you about a $9 or $10 sandwich, which seems a little pricey to me but I guess if you're gluten-free, you're used to that anyway. If you're not gluten-free, don't miss the chocolate chip cookies. They are pretty spectacular. read more

I ordered a number 13 "mikes way" regular size on white bread. The regular size was pretty big. I also a a cookie, and with a 15% tip it was only $11. Idk about the health value, but it's better than subway for sure. They were well staffed, so I got in and out of there pretty fast. Pretty great if you only have a 30 min lunch break. read more
