This is for the McDonald's at 4600 412 West. We had stopped going there because everytime we went there would be a group of employees and friends standing by the door smoking. We would drive up and give our order number. Then pull around and have to wait. Then McDonalds in Minneapolis stopped serving law enforcement. I stopped buying from McDonald's then. Tonight we decided to order. We placed a online order. My wife brought it in. 1 sandwich was not in the order and none of the sauces that were placed on the order was included. That was enough to end my business with them. If they cannot fix items that were on the computer, I do not want their food. I am not going back to complain because of what they are known for to people that do complain. But I will not return. The food is getting worse anyway. Sonic is much better. All they had to do was check the bag and you could easily seen a sandwich was missing and the nugget sauce was not in the bag. On the sauce, I could understand if it had been not been pre-ordered. My wife was a assistant manager at a Jonesboro store when she was in college. She said that customer service was nothing like it was then. I have no plans on returning to any McDonald's at anytime. I was in Mc Donald's Paragould main on Highway 49 and when I walked in the Drink and Ketchup area was very dirty and then took my two Granddauthers to the play area and all of the tables had food and drink all over the floor! The main reason I am posting this was that a lot of the employees were standing around at the front area just talking. No cleaning was being done at all! This mcsonalds is just okay. Service is usually quickish but every meal is screwed up some way. They usually forget to bring you all of your meal as well. Their lobby is always out of ketchup and filthy. Management couldnt care less about being there and employees look like they've never seen a shower. There are better places to get fastfood. read more

once again your employees can't read! they almost ALWAYS screw up the order, usually by omission of one or more items ordered, especially at night... tonight, between 10:30-11pm I went through the drive up line in Paragould, ordering a nugget meal, extra sandwich and apple pies...asked three times for "real honey" with the nuggets and confirmed same with cashier at first window and same was listed on the receipt... at pick-up window asked employee to confirm everything in the bag (thrown in and jumbled-hard to tell if complete without emptying bag at busy window)...on arrival home NO honey packets in bag...this is a frequent occurrence, esp at night ...they don't seem to be able to read the ticket and complete the orders correctly-this happens all the time here...would be a fine place to have a manager on duty to supervise and employees who care and make an effort to read and complete the orders correctly! Tried to call and discuss with the night manager after I got home-no one answered the phone after multiple rings-this is also usual at this restaurant...service is sadly lacking most of the time....service and accuracy at several other Macdonald's in the region are much better than at the Paragould restaurant...! read more

Still better than the one in Trumann... & at least they actually salt their fries! My husband and I have only gone here once, but our experience was good! Our food was actually HOT. Lol, I'm still surprised to be honest... and that's what is sad. read more

The employees are often rude the inside dinning area drink stations bathrooms all are nasty dirty and a mess during the night shift like from 11-12 untill 4 am and they have ppl sleeping in booths by restrooms. read more

This morning I was accosted by one of your swing managers for an issue which was not my fault. I attempted to order my usual breakfast stacked through the app, which worked seamlessly to place my order and take my money. When I arrived at the restaurant I was met by a manager who told me I would not be receiving my breakfast stacker. Because according to her it hasn't been made since the pandemic. I know this was a lie as I've ordered them before and recently. I asked her what the substitution could be, and she responded she would give me a double cheeseburger. I asked if there were any other options and she said no. She also said it would be at an additional cost to me. When I asked why she didn't seem to have an answer, merely shaking her head. She then offered an extra medium fry for my troubles. When I asked if I would have to pay for those as well she said yes. I was highly offended. Seeing as how I was still hungry I then placed my new order. She huffed and scoffed and went away, before sending out another different employee who only brought a single hamburger. Completely fed up at this point I left. After having a manager approach me curbside with no mask being extremely rude and refusing to correct the mistakes McDonald's had made, I'm done with this restaurant. read more

This is absolutely the nastiest place I have ever seen. Dinning area was a mess and tables not wiped off. Back behind the counter were food was all over the floor. The service took for ever and they didn't get the order right and then just threw the new food over the old food in the bag. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Its paragould McDonald's...they seem to have a fairly good crew at the moment. Paula is awesome as ever. And Monika seems to be a promising ...a lil more attention to cleaning more on that pretty new store front...and still just a few cull outs to do and it would/could be an award winning crew. read more

i am beyond angry and its not the first time. I went through at 3 am a total of 3 cars in line I was the third I waited 5 minutes just for someone to come on and ask me what I wanted I ordered a large tea and a sausage Mc griddle normal breakfast signature sandwich not complicated at all I pull around and the other two cars are waiting at the money window not the food the money window. it takes another 5 minutes just to give them my money again 3 cars no one inside. then I wait in line another 15 minutes to get to the window for food again I am 3rd car I pull up there and they say can you pull up and wait. I am waiting on a sausage mc griddle are you kidding me. and the kicker is I travel from one factory to another for audits I just thought I could make a quick run through for my lunch. I work 11pm to 7am shift. we all know you don't have much time to get some lunch at factories. I said no I am sorry I wont I don't have time I am not waiting another 10 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. he said no just pull up and I will get you a roll to go with it. lol I said no I am done. guy closes the window back doesn't give me my money back after telling him I couldn't wait. so I spent 3 dollars for a sandwich I didn't get and wasted 20 minutes waiting for it and left with a tea. Waited in drive thru line for more than 30 minutes. When I git to the window to get the food there was no body there. No body came to the window for 10 more minutes. Then to top it all off they read what my order was, which was read the correct way, but when I got home it was made wrong!! Tried to call and speak to a manager but no body answered the phone. This place is a pig sty. The changing management has let it go to shit. The staff are incompetent at best. I wouldn't let my child play in their kids area with a full bacteria resistant body suit on. The wait is always ridiculous, the overpriced food is badly prepared, and you're lucky not to get run over in the parking lot. You kind of know what to expect concerning food, and it is good here, and it's hot. It's hot because it takes so incredibly long to get your food. I went approximately weeks ago and waited and waited. After 25 minutes, I finally received my order. That was inside the restaurant. We tried to go a week ago. We went to the drive-through and placed our order. We moved forward and could see multiple cars in front of us. After waiting in line almost 10 minutes and didn't even move one car length to the first window, we gave up and pulled out of line and went to Wendy's. read more

When the food hit the table it was obviously cooked when it was ordered because it was ice cold. Drive to Jonesboro and go a McDonald's that is staffed properly. If you are expecting them to be a "fast" food establishment, you will be disappointed. While i have had a few good experiences at this McDonalds, the bad ones outweigh the good ones. Cleaning the coffee makers at 5 am, is not a good thing. Cold food, and hard buns from sitting in the hamburger "tanning bed" is a bad thing. More times than I can count the credit card machine was down, even though I don't use it there, they announce it on the speaker. This is a below par Mcdonalds and people should know what to expect. read more
