This is the most dirty McDonald's I've ever been to. We travel all around the country for work and this place was just horrible even the quality of the food was awful. Everytime I go here in morning the coffee is super cold. I have to ask for them to make another batch which isn't time efficient. Will not go back neither should you. I promise I'm not exaggerating. Just went here again. It's 10:40 am. No way the fries , chicken nuggets, and hamburgers suppose to be super cold a taste old because breakfast just ended. placed a mobile order, showed up about 10 minutes later for them to tell us they don't have frappes. but then went on to make them for us after asked if we'd be refunded our money and my points I used on one. proceeds to take over 30 minutes to make the rest of our order, which was 2 cheeseburgers, 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries and 2 small sprites. Just another terrible McDonalds. Unresponsive drive through ... we were beginning to wonder if anyone was inside. So, I go inside and some girl yells at me no customers inside our lobby is closed. As bad as this McDonalds is (and it's bad) the other one in Pascagoula is worse (Market St). If you feel the craving for a Big Mac or Fillet of Fish, do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to the Gautier location. Much better service. read more

This store is ridiculous. I'm a door dasher. Today they gave my customer order to someone else. They claimed it was an accident. The guy that done this claimed to be a manager. Apparently, the other manager that was there didn't know what was going on. The guy got away with giving the order to his cousin who he claimed to be a door dasher. The whole crew made like I was stupid. Even asked me If I was at the right restaurant. She said let me see the order. And that's when they told me it just went with another dasher. The woman messaged me asking where her order is. This restaurant stole her order and gave it to someone else. They remade the order and the lady canceled the entire thing as per my advice. read more

This particular location has nice employees and a nice building. It has a digital menu at the drive thru and decent parking. It's also cleaner than most McDonald's in Pascagoula, pull up and enjoy! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The only parts I didn't take issue with at this McDonald's is ordering and leaving(as quickly as possible), the cashier was nice but I got no receipt, had no idea when my order was ready, the place was disgusting!!! No clean tables, food and wrappings on floor every where. I didn't dare go to the bathroom. And the staff didn't seem like they gave a crap about being there. Service was SLOWWWWWW!!! It's a pretty nice franchise. Lobby is always clean thanks to Bradley. I believe that's how you spell it but he's always so nice. When I have a hard time with the other employees up front he always makes my day better. One of the nicest employees I've encountered at a mcdonalds. The other part of the crew however take their precious time with my order. I'll stand up for st last 5 mins just to get some salt or extra condiments. They look at me and just act like I'm not there. I usually come here for my lunch break regularly but nothing ever changes. Takes forever to get my food and they can't even say have a good day. For a McDonald's, this store does very well. I am always satisfied with my meals and the place is clean.

Needed a late night snack. Drive thru was open, ordered a fry. The folks in front of us seemed to have waited an eternity for their order. Then they gave it back to the crew member. By the time I made it to the window they gave me my order, should have been large fries, but 1/3 of the fries weren't in there, and by now are cold and nasty! Unfortunately, the folks behind us had to wait a bit longer. Because I was not leaving with COLD fries. Stay away from this McDonalds! read more

Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I gave them a partial payment of cash and told them to charge the remainder to my card. They kept the cash and charged the full amount to my credit card and would not give me a receipt. Shortly after I left I got a notification on my phone showing they had charged the full amount to my card. When I had called I was hung up on multiple times. Not only that my burger was hard and old. I had drove back to McDonald's and asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none there, when I had told them what the problem was all the employees started yelling and cursing you could hear them outside through the door. Finally a guy came in and gave me money out of his wallet then said bye bitch to me. Never again will I or my family will waste our money @ McDonald's again. They should all be fired for their behavior, it was very rude, inconsiderate, and not a way a customer should ever be treated. read more
