It has been my second night stopping by to order in the drive through and it is the second consecutive day of not getting my full order. I have order 2 apple pies and were charged both times. I get to work and both times no apple pies. You can't get them to replace the missing items and they won't refund the money. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Never in my 20 years of eating McDonalds quarter pounders with ketchup and cheese only have I been so dissatisfied. I love McDonald's, however tonight was infuriating. I roll into the drive through and relay my order to the drive through attendant. I say, "I would like a quarter pounder with ketchup and cheese only, and a medium french fry." I see my order appear onto the screen in front of me, it reads, "Quarter Pounder: Ketchup and cheese only. Medium French Fry". I say that'll be all thank you. I roll up and I wait approximately 3 and a half minutes to pay. Of course, this is longer than typical at 10:38 PM on a Tuesday night, however I was ecstatic to receive my quarter pounder with ketchup and cheese only so I didn't mind the wait. I pay, I get my meal, and I drive home. When arrive at my humble abode, I open my bag and pull out the box containing my quarter pounder with ketchup and cheese only, as said on the sticker sticking to the box. I was however displeasured when i opened the box and saw onions, pickles, and mustard in my burger. Typically McDonalds includes 2 pickles as per my research, they put 7 pickles onto my burger. This was no accident. I despise pickles. Some incompetent loser saw the sticker for my order and put all of the toppings on it despite the clear statement of "ketchup and cheese only". This person must have been high out of their mind, because they put all of these unrequested toppings on my burger, closed the box. Took the sticker and stuck it to my box, they READ THE DAMN STICKER AND STILL COULDN'T PUT TWO BRAIN CELLS TOGETHER THAT THEY COULD HAVE MAYBE MADE MY ORDER WRONG. Unbelievable. The sheer lack of attention to detail, the idiocy, and the pure lack of caring. This was such an idiotic mistake i could've thought they were doing it to spite me. It gets worse, not only did they make my order wrong but this was after i attended a gathering with my friends. At wing stop my friends go to order their juicy succulent delicious wings, and they say, "Are you getting anything"? I replied, "no, i have a mcdonald's gift card, it's okay.". The line was super long when we pulled up but they moved us through very quickly, I was pleasantly surprised. I got a mcchicken meal with a Diet Coke. The workers were friendly and efficient and my food was hot and great as far as McDonald's goes. There was a little too much Mayo on the sandwich but hey, that's not much to complain about. I never know when I'm supposed to ask for ketchup. At the window they always seem like it's a pain to get, so I supposed I should start asking at the speaker box. Overall great experience! read more

I have visited this location multiple times between 745-830pm after I have gotten off work, but the staff will not answer the drive thru and has locked the doors... we know you are open and so do you but somehow you get away with locking customers out?! On top of that, when you do actually answer the drive thru, I was asked to park my car to wait on my food... 22 minutes later, I finally received my two luke warm Big Mac meals, without so much as an apology. When I got there, a man had his food, and it was a big order of pancakes and breakfast sandwiches so he had been there at least 5 min. Apparently he was waiting for his change for a 20 he needed $9. At 10:00 in the morning they did not have enough money in the cash register to give him change. The Manager was in the bathroom so we expected her to be back soon.... So in the midst if this I ordered my food. Many Minutes later...manager is still not out of the bathroom..meanwhile the customer that was there me? before me has called corporate to complain. The customer says....let me just pay with my debit card...give me back my $20. They say they can't. We ask has the manager been told this is going on...like deer in head lights. When they tell me the manager is still in the bathroom...I say...go knock on thebe door and tell her. More blank stares. Did she say before she left "NO ONE interrupt me"!. The customer is getting even more agitated and those kids seem completely unsure what to do, we now have 4 employees at the register explaining why they can't do anything to solve this situation and I realize the manager doesn't even know what is going on because no one has gone and knocked on the door to tell her. So I go around the bathroom....she is coming out...I tell her she needs to get back and diffuse a bad situation. She doesn't ask what...so she knows---guess they called her. Instead of saying something to the customer as she walks around front, like sorry for the trouble let me get your change....she goes right by to the back saying nothing....we are looking at each other wondering what's up????? Minutes later she comes up opens up the cash register on end, furthest away....still never acknowledges the customer until he starts talking to her (and he is video taping it to share with corporate) and then she is defensive like what he was unreasonable to want change from his $20. And it was totally natural for her to be MIA in the bathroom for 10 min and her staff incapable of taking any reasonable action without her. Result....he got his $20 back and NO breakfast. She offered to remake and charge him.... so her solution was to have him wait another 20 min???...instead of just saying..."well sir, please take this at no charge and I'm sorry. You can reheat in the microwave. " My breakfast was cold and wrong...as simple as a 2 pack hash brown they couldn't get right. I'll be back when McDonald's announces "under new management". No wonder ChikFila next door is ALWAYS twice as busy. Not just because the food is better, they have better training for their employees and better customer service. How can a business just take people's money in these difficult times and not care one lick about the quality and service they provide? This place is so poorly run! The manager is out riding around on a golf cart with another employee. We complained to multiple employees that the paper towels were out in the men's restroom and there was a condom (wish I were kidding) in the sink. We were at the restaurant at 8AM and the bathrooms obviously had not been cleaned the night before..... I wouldn't dare eat here! Corporate needs to be alerted to how poorly this store is being run. Food quality fits McD's standard. That earned a star. However the lady who served the register treated the customers as nuisance. Her shift was Jan 27, 2018, 10.30am. It seemed like we're bothering her. Also they charge 25c for bbq sauce! What the **** is this? I spent my money there wanting sausage egg mcmuffin for breakfast and would like the bbq sauce to bring up the taste of the patty. And I get charged for it? How about some customer appreciation and create an excellent dining experience for us? Has updated feel and a nice indoor play area for the kids. They even have an area for kids 3 and under to play in/around. The main food was very old. Cold, bland, tasteless burger and chicken nuggets. The French fries were fresh and hot. The drink machine was out of ice. There was no ketchup available for dine in customers and they did not automatically give you ketchup packets when you received your good at the counter. I had to go back and wait in a long line just to ask for ketchup and again to get ice. There was ONE lady running the register, one at the drive thru, one placing food items into areas and FIVE on the food line. Four of which were just standing, talking, and watching the one guy put the food together. The food was as disappointing as the service. I went through the drive through for dinner with my 6 adopted siblings, myself and my fiancé. I got 4 kids meals and 4 adult meals. The adult meals were all the 2 cheeseburger meals, and I specifically asked 5 times to make sure 2 of the cheeseburgers were plain. After asking multiple times I get home and realize that they are not plain. The one kids meal burger is plain. I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for something and it still not get done. Now I have to find some other dinner for one of the kids because they are allergic to onions and can't eat that. read more

This McDonalds has new owners and was completely renovated inside and out. The new owners started out great, but slowly things are falling apart, especially when it comes to cleanliness. It seems that the employees don't care about keeping the tables clean or floors mopped. I went in 2 days ago for breakfast at about 9am. The tables were dirty and French fries were on the floor from the day before. I also had to step on and kill bugs in the floor in front of the registers. The bathrooms are disgustingly filthy. Sadly, the worst McDonalds ever. Most recent bad experience was breakfast. My daughter ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Apparently they were out of sausage so used a hamburger patty instead, with onions, at breakfast...yummm, especially to a 12 year old. Never said we are out of sausage would you like something else. It needs new owner who values customer service and to be mowed down and updated. Why we all continue to spend money there I don't know. Now today I stopped in and ordered the filet of fish meal after waiting a month in the the drive through. Ok I I'll accept the fact that the milkshake machine was down, but 'now that I have my meal and am sitting in the parking lot trying to get my filet of fish on, I see that they tried to put half the bottle of tartar sauce on the sandwich along with the ice cold French fries and sprite that was all seltzer and no syrup. Now I can understand if you guys had a few call outs, but If this is the result of that, than your better off not opening up. If I could rate this location a 0 I would. I went for dinner with my son and the service was awful and the behavior by the staff was terrible. One individual was cursing and yelling at the staff and threatening to leave. I assume she was in some sort of supervisor role. I also chose to order at the kiosk and chose to dine and and took a number for the table but then they called my receipt number to come pick it up. I wouldn't have wasted my time setting my Toddler up at the table if that was the case. So I just went back and went through the drive thru because, let's me honest, the fries and fountain soda are delicious, and was told they aren't taking orders. Wow -- one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. My college-age daughter works part-time near there and came home today for her lunch break with a McChicken, fries & drink. One bite into the McChicken she finds a ladybug and throws her food away. She was too embarrassed (for who, I don't know) to go back for a refund but I didn't want to let it drop (notwithstanding the fact $6.50 is not worth the time) and this afternoon, while running errands nearby, stopped by to get a refund for her. I waited until customers were not at the cash register and then quietly asked to get a refund. The manager then told me I need to bring the food that had been thrown away back to the restaurant (!?!) as they need to account for the refund. I told her if I walked out the door without a refund I would post a lousy Yelp review to which she said "good". As I was walking to my car, I figured rather than pick old food from the garbage I should just call the owner of the restaurant and went back in to get the owner's phone number. As I walked in, a teenager who might be mentally impaired asked how was the ladybug. Obviously the manager had shared the story with the teenager, his older, obese brother and basically everyone around the counter. I eventually got the owner's number (have left them a message) and had a verbal confrontation with the obese brother. The place is obviously pretty dirty and the manager seemed to be lacking in customer service skills -- not to mention common sense (why would she announce that someone had found a ladybug in their food?).
