I was informed I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund or pick my order up in the morning (not sure how that would make sense). I informed the employee that I am outside the location and I was only passing through. While I heard him getting instructions from the female in the background he only advised I had two options but basically both inconvenience. I have to wake up on my off day put a effort to wake up and call and speak to a manager or drive back 57 miles and talk to a manager. Not to mention one of my items I ordered was prepackaged almonds which did not have to be made. I am not sure why they could not give me a refund over the phone or why the system even took my order however this business needs serious failsafes in place as well better trained associates when dealing with customers. I literally watched one employee walk out at 7:56pm and the other employee lock the door and close the location before 8pm. I will be filing a dispute with my bank as I did paid for items I clearly did not receive nor will receive at this point.
