For some reason no matter the time if day that you go here there is never less than a 20 min wait for your food, that is in both the drive thru and the lobby. My fries are cold 90% of the time, and normally something is wrong in my order. The staff is always nice and fixes it but would be nice to have it hot and right the 1st time. read more

While the food is fair, neither the in store employees nor the corporate people who own it are anything but insulting. I have watched the employees in store cook French fries by the basket while a line of over ten people waited for hash browns. When questioned, they proudly declared that they all were high school graduates. So much for the American education system. After three complaints, the corporation who owns them finally got back to me. Their customer satisfaction person (now there is an oxymoron), started an argument with me. To 'bring me back as a customer, she sent me TWO (2) meal tickets (what's that worth, less than ten bucks) after I had given them three chances. Not really sure why you can't rate less than one star as this location certainly deserves a negative star rating. 40 minutes for an incorrect order is incredibly asinine. I'm fairly certain I could find more competent employees at the local elementary school. New management is needed to say the least. Fortunately I have finally convinced my children that the Falcon McDonald's is infested with rats and the reason it takes so long is they can hardly get an order together before the beady eyed devil's are contaminating the orders, thus they must start again. Wish there was something less than one. Not sure why we return to the McDonalds in Falcon. There is always a huge line in the drive thru or a line in the parking lot waiting for food. Today we waited 12 minutes in the parking lot before I lost my cool and went inside. Other cars behind us were getting food in various order and we kept sitting there. Apparently they gave our food to the wrong vehicle. When she finally handed me my food the fries weren't even hot. I GIVE! No more. The statement says 'Your review helps others learn about this local business'. Many others, like myself, except reasonable timely service from a 'fast food' restaurant. This McDoanld's is at the other end of fast. It is very sloooooow and usually not accurate. It does not matter if you drive through, order to go or order in. I have personally seen customers ask for their money back and leave because of the time taken. Always check your order before leaving. That way you can get it corrected before you leave but after you wait some more. What happened to the time in - time out system? (each order was timed) Do reports not go to the corporate office to uphold the company's reputation? Customers trying this store may want to explore other dining options. It is sad but true. Lack of ownership and management in customer service is allowing this franchise to push customers to other options. I just spoke to Dan the manager about three mistakes in my order of three meals-I guess they hit 100% and all he could say is sorry-sorry doesn't cut it after waiting l5 to l8 minutes and getting three items incorrect! Mr. Dan gave me the owners name-it is Jason Thompson at 719-260-9964 if anyone else wants to issue a complaint-you can be darned sure that Mr. Dan isn't going to try to correct the poooooooor service!! Long, long ordering delays. Spent Tuesday from 12:30 to 12:40 waiting in line for the one order-taker to handle three people in front of me. Then I left for greener pastures (home where I can cook that fast). To have a single order taker during the lunch hour is a poor practice. All it takes is one issue and everything stops. In this case, the second customer had no clue how to order. After six minutes with a single customer, the order-taker could not make change and needed a manager. The manager did not respond before I left after another three minutes. My guess is I was home at about the time my order would have been ready. read more

Went in the breakfast time. Went inside because drive thru was super backed up. Walked up and order a Sausage McGriddle, no egg, no cheese. Cashier rang up sausage McMuffin. Corrected her. She did it again. Corrected her. She then said "I'm sorry, it's my first day" I have some leniency. Said it again. She read it back correct. My husband orders and we wait and wait. We were about to go on a road trip. So needed to get going. A guy comes in from the drive thru to complain about his wait time. 30 minutes later. We're up (after others were served before us). Get the food. Take a glance. Looks right. Drive away and I have a sausage McMuffin with a folded (not the norm) egg and cheese. This on top of the manager yelling at employees. Well against my better judgement I went through this disappointing McDonald's drive through again, figured give them a try, redeem themselves. Nope, they f*ck you at the drive through. After waiting over 5 minutes, finally I amble forward to receive my order. Barely lukewarm fries, I figure okay get home and I can reheat it alittle. Pull away, fries are tasteless, there are no napkins to be found in the bag and the corresponding drink is surprise, surprise, incorrect. I call their line 7194948498, no answer. Fill out the online survey, following up with a call once again to said restaurant. Individual on the phone is no help, let alone the worst phone reception when you try informing them of the blunder. I am visiting from Los Angeles and I was very impressed with the cashier Kendrick and the manager Joseph. The team behind the counter appeared to be very organized. We had the slowest, worst service. After waiting 15 minutes for food, our order was incorrect. When trying to have a beverage corrected it took an additional 10 minutes as they continued to get it wrong. To add injury to insult we got food poisoning from the sausage and egg mcmuffin. Our son ate pancakes and were fine. Other neighbors were also fine but didn't eat any eggs. When I called this morning to let them know the eggs could have been improperly prepared I was blown off as of me calling was an inconvenience. This location is extremely disappointing. There are 2 guys that work there that are friendly, the rest of the staff are rude and grumpy. The trash and are always overflowing. They are always out of something. When you try to bring it to their attention that they are out of a certain flavor soft drink you usually get a very rude and abrupt "I know". I try to avoid this location but with Falcon Bri g as small as it is I tried stopping there tonight because I am very pregnant and hadn't eaten and was starting to feel nauseous and light headed (exactly how you want to be while driving) they are open until Midnight. I pulled in around 11:05 and was informed by someone walking across the parking lot that they were closed. Almost an hour early. The reviews are all true; ordered clearly a #7; charged me for a fish...re-ordered a #7 which is the meal...got a fish; no fries or drink, not even a napkin. This place was OK a few years back...sadly it is now a nightmare. I don't want to be critical, just want a decent McDonalds cause there's not much in Falcon. Someone please rescue this place, even the employees seem to want to be set free! Went there on a Sunday morning. The whole process took about 20 minutes. The big breakfast was a big disappointment. I understand the challenges of a busy restaurant but they need to do a better job.
