The food came out fast, but was someone else's order as it had a chalupa, wrong tacos, and a stacker. I went to the counter and Jordan helped me request a replacement and had me keep the wrong order. When the second bag came out, they had forgotten the chips so I went to the counter again. While waiting for chips, 2 customers came in from the drive through with wrong orders, but none of the 3 were each others meaning at least 6 orders were wrong in a 20 min span. Jordan then yelled at the cooks to start getting things right. I think he had a good intention with bad implementation.

The biscuits were phenomenal. I had a Miller lite to warsh it all down. The happy hour price during March madness had me order 2... All in all the staff was kick a$$ and the food was bomb in our perspective. Thank you to the GM. I eat mine plain but they have quite the selection of burgers and fries/ring options. The drinks are in a fridge with normal selection of sodas and teas along with bottled water. The price seemed fair and I was able to use Apple Pay off my phone. I was given a beeper and found a table behind the trailer. I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. They had a little batter to them and they were good portion size. The burger, however was a little disappointing. It seemed to be a patty premade almost frozen style. I wish they would make 1/2 pound burgers with fresh meat and hand make the patties but that's not the case. After eating lunch I decided I would not go back until they improve burger quality.

I had cheese curds (different) which were good, and the onion rings were OK, but nothing notable. As far as experience goes though, the place was impeccably clean, and I had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter who had some recommendations for my first visit, which I asked for (he's the one who recommended the cheese curds). It was probably the most comfortable, tidy, and squared away fast food joint I'd ever been in. Anyway, these guys are worth a try. Perhaps it will hit the bullseye for you. I might be talking myself into giving them another star, since they do some things very well, above average.

His attention to detail really stood out. There was a little ice cream on the lid of my shake, and before handing it to me, he took the time to wipe it off. He also made sure I had my drink when I almost drove off without it. I really appreciated how attentive he was in making sure my order was complete and correct, all while being genuinely friendly and smiling the entire time. Great customer service like that definitely deserves recognition.
