Service was quick. Friendly staff when you saw them. Downside is no human interaction until you get your food. Order at the kiosk. Small parking lot. Small menu which makes it easy to decide what you want. Hot dog or burger. Clean restroom. Indoor and outdoor seating. Prices were average. Perfect portions. Plenty of fries. I took the drive thru, there was NO sign stating that the drive thru would require a 1/2 hour wait. LONGGGG wait and(!) you are landlocked and cannot escape from sitting running your engine for 1/2 hour. The single patty burger price reflects high-end expectations. One of us got theirs with all options. I ordered mine withOUT catsup, lettuce or tomato (the most expensive options). I did specify pickles, (double) onions, and mustard & mayo. Huge disappointment. I had to look three times to find an itsy tiny dot of mustard/mayo. There were two (again tiny) MickyD style pickles and barely (did I say tiny?) three rings of onion. Apologies for the long wait were forthcoming only after I told him, if he was out and had to fry fresh potato's for another order (not ours) he could have had them pull up to the side to wait for their 'fresh hot fries,' and serve us the (measly) burgers we'd ordered. We had been driving by this place over and over and telling ourselves that we would try this place too many times. Today was the day. The place is super clean with a modern interior design. They played some classic rock tracks which I feel fits very well with the design. We ordered The Original Burger and split it, as we usually don't eat lunch and just wanted to eat something light and try this place. We ordered a small fry with it. The food comes out and this small fry was HUGE!!! ...and these fries were slappin'! On top of that they had a vast amount of varying sauces. We had regular ketchup, ranch and jalapeño ranch. These fries, if you are a fry snob like me, did not really need any sauce. They were so great. It's what any fry place should strive to taste like, to me. The burger tasted like another one . I was quite impressed. I could really tell that the meat was very fresh as well as the other pieces in the burger. Lastly, the service was really friendly, prompt, precise, with a smile etc. I can surely say that more people should know about this place. They deserve to be in my top 5 burger places, for me. Oh, one more thing, my husband got a shake after we were done eating. He drank it so fast that I never got to taste it . I guess that was slappin' too. I only got the empty bottle to throw away. Stopped here for the first time through drive through. Ordering requires answering several questions as they have so many options for the burger. I ordered a double patty with Cajun fries. The burger was legit, not the best around but a good burger. Nice bun, meat flavored well and toppings were good. The fries were a bit oily and floppy for me. There was no seasoning except salt, so I don't think I got the Cajun fries. For $17 bucks for burger and fries, a little pricey but to too bad, better than McDonald's. read more

After wanting to visit Muse for what seems like forever, we finally stopped in and am so glad we did! The food came out quick and was super fresh. Burger was juicy and the fries were everything I look for in a fry and more. We really enjoyed the variety of sauces and the friendly service. The burgers are tasty. Fries need to be fried more. Crazy high prices for drive thru and there is no kids priced burger, so you have to pay nearly $7 for a plain burger for a kid. I also didn't love that the burgers came in a paper envelope that was open to expose the burger. read more

Got a hamburger and Cajun fries through the drive-thru. My first time there, so the employee explained a few things to me and suggested the sauce to go with the fries. I pulled up, chatted with the attendant and a few minutes later had my burger just as I ordered, with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. The bun was so soft! The fries were crispy and cooked well and the jalapeño ranch dipping sauce had just the right amount of heat. Fresh, hot and delicious! This was my first time, but I'll definitely be back. read more

I ate at Muse today, via drive thru. I was disappointed that the hamburger bun was 'cold' and the meat patty was also cold. Seems they just made a 'hamburger sandwich'. Had it been freshly grilled and the bun slightly warmed or toasted would have made all the difference. Since we were on the road, we did not bother to turn around and go back to complain. We stopped here on our way through town because it was right off the highway and easy to get to. The burgers were excellent and the fries were decent (not crispy-if you like them crispy).
