The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk me through a few favorites and make thoughtful suggestions. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. That is one of the many reasons I love Seven Bubble Tea. The variety is impressive, the quality is consistently excellent, and it always feels like they genuinely care about what they are serving. Whether you are in the mood for something classic or want to try a new flavor combination, you really cannot go wrong here. The atmosphere is just as wonderful as the drinks. The tone is relaxed and comfortable, with just the right amount of background chatter. People around us were talking and enjoying themselves, but it never felt loud or distracting. It is the kind of place where you can unwind, catch up with someone, or simply sit and enjoy your drink without feeling rushed. We have a full night of fun ahead of us, and this was the perfect pit stop to start it off right. Seven Bubble Tea continues to be my favorite, and I always look forward to coming back.

I tried the blueberry coffee cake and it was so good -- not overly sweet, super soft, and packed with blueberries. Easily one of the better coffee cakes I've had in a while. Here, there truly is something for everyone, and we all leave happy. The portions are generous, which we appreciate. We almost always bring leftovers home, and that just means we get to enjoy it all over again later. The service is consistently friendly and helpful. The staff brings a youthful, upbeat energy that adds to the atmosphere. Each visit feels like stepping into a European-style patisserie, and that charm has kept us coming back year after year. With that said, I do want to share one small concern. They close at 3:00 p.m. We are big brunch people, but our schedule often leans toward late morning or early afternoon rather than first thing when they open. I understand there are likely good reasons for their hours, and I know many early birds benefit from them. Still, it can be disappointing. On three separate occasions, we have driven over looking forward to our favorites, only to find the doors already locked. We were not alone. On the most recent visit, three other cars pulled in and had to turn around as well. Even with that frustration, our overall experience with Cinnamon Tree remains overwhelmingly positive. I am a fan of cold brew coffee and Foxtails has one of the best. I do not get anything in my cold brew so it is bold and strong however, Foxtails cold brew is a smoother coffee albeit still strong. I usually have to get a little ice to water it down a tad. We also ordered one of the cookies they had available. They have a variety to choose from that is provided by an third party but Foxtails heats up the cookie for you which makes the cookie taste amazing. The service was good and the place is a great place to hang out. Since this location is directly across from the speedway I can image it would get pretty crazy during race times but it was not busy when we were there.

A drawback...perhaps because it needs more visitors was that they were limited in their food offerings. They were sadly also out of ground coffee by the pound for purchase.
