Nice people. Plenty of fresh and frozen choices. Great prices for the quality of fish in the area.

We were in port orange and looking for some fresh seafood to make a soup for my husband. I found king's seafood on Yelp. When we walked in we were greeted promptly. They had tons of fresh local caught seafood options. We wanted a fish head and were able to get a nice fresh mutton snapper. We couldn't walk away without getting some of the shrimp which looked great. I heard they can steam for you right there if you choose. The soup was delicious and it was because of the fresh fish base!

Well worth the drive from Deltona! Place is super clean, bright and inviting. Zero fishy smell and the cases were spotless. The whole fish had bright eyes and shiny skin and looked like they were fresh out of the water. Full service, they'll clean and fillet for you as soon as you pick it out. Great selection of fresh and frozen and the first time I've seen lion fish in a long time (eat invasives!). The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and even give you cooking tips if you ask. They're working on opening a little restaurant next door so I'm so excited to try that when it opens because everything was so fresh.

Very nice people and good prices for what you are getting. We get down to NSB a few times a year and have been looking for a replacement for the place we got fresh seafood while there. This place is great. Awesome crab cakes. The grouper was fantastic. Thanks!

My favorite fish store! It is the only place in this area where you can buy fresh fish and the guys who work here are very considerate and helpful! Worth driving from DeLand!!!!

    Smoked Fish Dip

5 stars for the Smoked Fish Dip! More like a spread and not wet like a dip. Chock full of flaked smoked Spanish Mackerel (that fish that day, sometimes it's something else like mahi mahi). Well-seasoned, smidge of sour pickle, maybe minced onion, parsley flakes. Salty enough for topping a good cracker. Good evident smoke.

So glad there is a fish market near NSB. After Oceans closed there is no where to go close by. The smoked fish dip is pretty darn good.

So you can spend the day by the water, get sandy, and then head inside for some food without having to completely change plans. The whole place has really fun beachy vibes to it. It felt casual, lively, and like the perfect place to stop in after spending the day by the water. There was live music, tvs, and themed drinks. I also really appreciated that they were open on the Fourth of July, especially since a lot of places have limited hours on holidays. I got the seafood mac and cheese. The seafood itself was fresh, but I thought the mac and cheese could have used more breadcrumbs and a little more sauce. It was still good and filling, but I think those additions would have made it even better and given it a little more texture and creaminess. I will say it's a little pricey, but I think that comes with the territory when you're doing seaside dining and paying for that kind of location. For me, the combination of the food, atmosphere, and being steps from the beach made it fun and still enjoyable. Overall, I think this is a fun spot if you're already spending the day at the beach and want somewhere casual to grab a bite. Being able to walk right in from the beach makes it feel like a quintessential beach-day experience, and the fun atmosphere definitely adds to it.

The service was good. The menu had plenty of food choices. Something for everyone. I ordered the chowder, and Shrimp pasta. Our party ordered the Philly, grouper dinner, and the Shrimp and grouper. Everyone liked their meal. Mine was excellent. The only problem was they didn't have a spoon for me. WHAT? I had to use my fork. Crazy. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning for management. Anyway, my dish was awesome and very tasty. The waitress was attentive and helpful. We all enjoyed our meals. This is a great place with a lot of history, museum pieces, and pictures of the way it was. Fun place. Good food. I recommend.

The restaurant has indoor seating with A/C and outside seating including a bar and grill area. Even a little gift shop inside. The views are beautiful and the water is crystal clear. It's a pretty large property in case you have a large group. The service was ok and the food was even better. We started off with the "Hatch Calamari' which came with an interesting sweet Thai chili sauce. I've never had it with black olives and pepperoncinis. It was also much thicker than I'm used to, but it worked. The calamari were excellent. Thin batter with the calamari perfectly fried and not gummy. I highly recommend them! I had the "fried shrimp basket" which was ok. It's your standard semi-soggy fries (even after asking them fried crispy) and the jumbo shrimps were just ok, they were a bit too hard. My wife had the "She Crab Soup" which might have been the star of the show. Looks are deceiving because it surely tastes better than it looks. It's a light brown color and really thick consistency but tasted great! The taste sneaks up on you. Seasoned perfectly and I would definitely recommend it. Overall we had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back!
