We ordered the chilli cheese fries which was seasoned and topped with minced beef covered in cheese and green chilli. They had an interesting "mar-grrr-eat-her" slush cocktail, but unfortunately, they had ran out of the lemon and lime slush, so I tried the local ale instead. Literally everything. This last visit had me trying out the buffalo burger, which was absolutely delicious! At first glance each one of them could have come from a different restaurant. Most visibly, the buns are completely distinct. All time favorites are of course the Brighton Burger and the Ranch. There is something here for you regardless of what kind of burger you like. Purists ought to grab the eponymous Brighton Burger, but even if you want pulled pork there's a sandwich for you in the Tennesse Terror. Rest assured, the patties are succulent, the unique buns are always on point, and the veg is top notch. Just look at the photos and try this place out.
