This place used to be quick, unless I ordered quarter pounder deluxe, then they would make me pull forward and wait forever. So I started ordering Big Macs, trying to get service. Went to the drive thru today 10/12/25 at 8:30pm. Ordered a #9 combo with a Diet Coke and a 10 piece nuggets on the side. As soon as I get to the window, the crew member asked "You have the 10 piece nuggets with a Coke?", of course I said yes but realized that she gave me someone else's order because it was just nuggets. She got very upset and berated me stating "Why'd you say it was yours then?!" She then begrudgingly gave me the correct order but yelled she can't take the other food back. Before I begin, let me just say I work fast food at another fast food establishment. I understand making mistakes. That being said, I also understand in this small town riddled with drug addicts, incompetent people, and drama enough for a lifetime- I used to order a double quarter pounder DELUXE- means all the fixings. Ordered on the McDonald's app and waited for my order in the mobile curbside spots. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to see if my order was ready. They were busy and I didn't get to speak with someone for another 5-10 minutes. They then couldn't find my order and eventually had to reprint my order and speed rush it to which I waited an additional 10 minutes for that to happen. I sat outside waiting about 35 or more for my pickup order in pickup space 1. after 17 min I asked a worker who was taking orders out to customers if he could make sure I didn't do something wrong and my order was still coming. It was a customized order and he said it just popped up. At 22 more additional minutes I had to walk in. The main who said my order had just popped up kept passing me by. After another long wait I stopped a worker. He looked around and found it. He did replace the fries but the burger was burnt, soggy, and just all around bad! I question why the employees at this and most fast food places need to demonstrate significant increases in productiving, correctness, people skills, and customer service before they get any increased pay. It's mcdonalds. the food tastes the same as every other McDonald's in America. Food is pretty good. Never had them mess my order up. The only downside to this place is if you enter the drive thru at 3:00am and see the male employees smoking its best to not order. They tend to be very rude and give terrible customer service. Worst McDonalds I've been to. Filthy, disgusting bathrooms! Dirty seating and the coffee was horrible, it tasted like watered down day old coffee. We go to McDonald's because there pretty consistent with the food, but this one wins the award in nasty and filthy. McDonald's - Ice cream machine, disgusting and filthy - Fast Food Near Me - Price, Utah

This is the only McDonald's in town (Price being a small town) and every now and then I really want breakfast from McDonald's, but lately it has been a very frustrating experience. Just this morning I ordered a sausage biscuit, two sausage biscuits with cheese, as bacon egg and cheese biscuit and an egg mcmuffin (no cheese) through the app. My wife went and picked the food up and when she got it home we discovered we had no bacon egg and cheese biscuit and her mcmuffin had bacon on it rather than canadian bacon. She said her name was Brenda (with pink hair) I came at about 1 AM she said she's no longer able to sell pies after 12 because no one buys then. I expressed to Brenda id buy a entire batch. Brenda said it's 12 mins wait. I said okay no problem. Then, she says sorry I can't sit in the drive-through to wait for them either nor can she bring them out to me if I were to order said that her ice machine is down so she was not able to make a mango smoothie or any type of Frappuccino drinks and that her manager would agree with her that she cannot sell a batch of pies. Ive never been treated so poorly by a customer service fast food worker in my entire life as I had by the alleged manager at the McDonalds in price Utah. 409 e Main Street price utah 84501 I paid for food via the app and was charged on my bank account for $13.25 I drive through the drive-through and gave them the drive-through code. When I drove up to the first window she said everything is good to go that it's been paid via the app and to drive up to the second window. Once I'm at the 2nd window they hand me a different persons order I said " oh, I'm sorry I don't think this is my order" she took the bag back and asked what my order was. I told her, another lady comes to the window and states that my card didnt process for my order and stated "I don't know if you dont have any money but your card didnt work" she asked for me to pay $15.50 I said I already paid $13.25 via the app why are you charging me $15.50 for the same order she said its cause your card didnt work. I said "I am pretty sure you charge my bank account the $13.25 and I will pull up my checking acct to double check... as my phone was taking forever to load the bank log in page, the line was getting longer, my son was in the car and he was hungry and hes autistic and she could clearly see that he was starting to stress out. Since I'm a nice person and didn't want to hold other people from there food andI was having an issue with the Internet pulling up my bank account I handed her my debit card. she took my debit card and went and charged it the $ 15.50 which again my bank alerted I was charged just like it did for the 13.25 now she's charging me 15.50 when originally the charge was 13.25 when she returned I had my bank acct pulled up which now show the 13.25 and the 15.50 charges by McDonald's. I physically showed the McDonald's worker/ manager that Ive now been double charged. She said she will either refund the 15.50 she just charged me or she can give me the food and I can get out of her drive thru I asked her for her manager and I was shocked by the way she was being after being nice to her and showing her physical evidence with time stamps I said since I'm not getting the food and my second charge refunded I should get both charges refunded or a refund for the second charge and the food... she said I am the manager. I asked for who was over her and she said it's just her. I said " go ahead and give me the food and I will dispute the second charge via my bank as it's a double and over paid charge and call your district manager. She then said she is now refusing me service and will refund the 15.50 and will not refund the 13.25 and said I'm refusing you service and will not be provided the food. She refunded the 15.50 and told me to leave her drive thru and pushed the card and refund receipt through my window. With my son now crying I drove off with no food and a loss of $13.25 that McDonald's refused to refund and the worst experience of my drive thru life. A " manager" of any facility should never treat paying customers the way she treated me, she should never assume someone doesn't have money as there was some time of banking error on McDonald's side not mine nor my banks, she should never discriminate against others ( disabled child ) as she was getting frustrated as my son was breaking down in the passenger side and the more frustrated he became she wanted me out of her drive thru and refuse service for something I paid twice for... read more

Their frappe machine is down almost everyday and where they are the only place in town I can get a mocha frappe it's not good. As well as that one of my favorite things to get from there is a hot and spicy mcchicken but the last few I have gotten have had so much mayo that the outside of the bun is covered as well. read more

It was amazing to see them following COVID guidelines. Not only is the restaurant set up appropriately but all their employees are wearing a mask. We had lunch at another restaurant and NO ONE was wearing a mask. Not the server, the hostess, the cook, nor the clients. It was extremely uncomfortable. At this location we even observed the employee taking out the trash, walking out through the back door with his mask on. It certainly gave me a piece of mind! If I could give minus stars I would. We were passing thru Price and needed a quick meal. Normally you can count on McDonalds having a certain standard of service, cleanliness and food. Well - NOT HERE!! Customer service was non-existent! Tried the drive thru - two lanes open but apparently they only know how to operate one. No one took our order, but the other lines orders kept coming appearing on the monitor. Gave up and went inside. I should have just left when I saw the disarray and dirty look behind the counter! Even the workers and manager looked disheveled! An order of 2 quarter pounders, one fry and one coffee was a 20 minute wait! They kept getting orders out of sequence! Horrible don't ever stop here! There are good and bad things about this McDonald's. I usually get better service during the day than at night. Day staff has better customer service and are quick to get your food to you, unless you are going during lunch rush then plan on waiting 20-30 minutes. Night staff after 8 pm is awful. They won't use the waiting spots so you are sitting in line forever and by the time you get your food it's almost cold. The best customer service you will get is at the first window, I have never had employee that has had a bad attitude. Well what can I say... It's about what you would expect for a McDonald's. They did recently renovate.. It's looks nice. The crew is a lot less shady than in previous years. The fries are usually fresh. However they struggle with their chicken. It's taking a gamble ordering any chicken that is fried. It's could be hours old, and not edible, it could be fresh. Recently I waited nearly 15 minutes for their 10 piece chicken tenders. I was happy to wait being that usually means fresh food. That was not the case, there were 4 fresh tenders, and the rest were way old, and hard to the point we couldn't eat them. It wasn't worth driving all the way back. We don't eat there hardly at all since this happened. However, this is the only place to get fast food after midnight... The food isn't all that great but that's expected when it comes to McDonald's. read more

I love McDonald's! I love the food! It's right almost every time but that's not my main problem here. You see it's the lack of respect that some of the teenage workers have. By far the most un-hygienic McDonald's I've ever been to. When traveling with young kids stopping somewhere to let them burn off energy is a necessity - we were here for 45 minutes and the entire floor in front of the soda station was covered in dried soda so you would stick to it when you walked (we were there late lunch hour, around 1:30 pm) and there were ice cream cones that had been dropped, melted and stepped on in the kids play place. Nobody bothered to clean any of this up the entire time we were there. Not that I have super high expectations of McDonald's but this place was just gross.
