I went through drive-through around 6:15pm today. There was no greeting from the guy at the payment window, and the worker at the pickup window today was a class A jackass. If he worked for me I'd cut my losses and fire him. He impatiently shoved the 2 slushies out the window, then rudely demanded that I recite my order. I parked my car, went inside and demanded a refund, then I drove to Groffs Mill and had a fantastic experience at their drive-through. This location won't see another penny of my money, or any electronic transactions from me ever again. I should have checked the reviews beforehand. read more

Really has gone downhill. I came today for what I thought would be a quick trip. Placed my order on the app. Normally at other locations I only have to wait 5-10 minutes. I placed my order at 3:58 and by 4:18 I had nothing. I wish I could have canceled my order but couldn't figure out how to do it. Went to the drive through. First, the service was horrible (slow and rude). Finally got to the window to pay and saw why, because the little girl was on her cell phone. Food was hot, the only plus. Got home and started eating my fries and broke my damn tooth. Spit the food out and found that I had bit down on a screw that they put in my fries. does not honor price of items advertised on tv or on the posters in their window. the commercial states that double cheeseburgers were on the under three dollars menu. I Just burned my hand on coffee and was treated with the utmost disrespect when I came back to tell them what happened! The staff is totally unprofessional! Karen the cashier who was in the first window was totally rude and dismissive. When speaking with one of the other workers about what happened Karen (her name is actually Karen and just in case it's not she's the short round one with glasses) told the worker to just come inside and said if I want to file a report do it on the app. She said the coffee is supposed to be hot. Recently Iv been coming here for lunch a few times with the drive thru. Mobile ordering is easy and the employees seem to appreciate this process also. 0 stars if I could. Made sure to arrive 5 mins before lunch starts. Waited 3 minutes for a lady to come take the order. The board still said breakfast and she says no more breakfast it's lunch. I show her it is indeed still breakfast time and their own menu on the wall shows that, but even after she turns around and looks at the menu Ont he board, she says "no breakfast only 2 more minutes." What? You just admitted it is breakfast at a fast food joint for another 2 minutes. The lady exiting the store said "they do this every time" so apparently this is acceptable practice at this franchise location. Where-O-Where do I begin??? This place looks new, but the staff, service and quality are deplorable!! My fries were dripping (literally) with oil! My cheeseburger was so salty I could not eat it. The drive through moves slow. There were no pleasantries (welcome or thank you) offered or exchanged. I didn't return the food because I was in a hurry and didn't think I needed to taste my food before I pulled off. I checked the accuracy of my order and that was it. I used to like McDonald's because of the consistency between restaurants...your fries and burgers should be made, look and taste the same, regardless of the location. Seems clean but their morning service is pretty slow. I always feel like they just opened for the day and run the morning shift with two employees. Not the employees fault it just makes for bad service. Also I had to settle for a Med drink when I paid for a large because they ran out of large lids!? This place is horrible. Never in my life will I ever go back there. It was my first time there and will be my last time. Poor management ! Took 24 mins to get food. They were slow as pond water. The one lady I think manager had her kids there running around the store un attendant and she kept yelling at them, and fed them. The other lady took one order at a time and moved really really slow. The cooks behind the line were not clean and was throwing food and trash away like basketball. This place is poorly ran.the one lady was arguing with a customer because she got the order wrong and blamed it on the customer. She was too busy in her own mind. What a cluster. I gave this McDonald's one star because It would not allow me to give zero stars. I visited this newly renovated location and going on appearances alone I was impressed. However, my experience was terrible. I visited the drive through and the two lanes took way too long to get through but I stayed and ordered. I got to the window to pay and the register tape jammed. The young man looked at me and said "your receipt did not come out." I looked at him and said "fix it". Anyway he opened it up and pulled out my crinkled and partially printed receipt and gave it to me. I got my food and drove home. I sat down to eat and opened my burger to look at it as I always do and it looked as though it was cooked a week ago. The burgers were burned, shriveled and dried out. I would not have fed it to my dog. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and they both were the same. Needless to say I did not eat anything. I called immediately and informed them I wanted my money back. The Mgr that evening was apologetic and said they would refund me. The next day after work I returned with the evidence. This time I walked in ( food in hand) and was greeted with the same cashier from the drive through the night before. I asked to speak with a manager and the young man asked "why?" what was wrong? I told him and he disappeared to the back. After a few minutes he returned and gave me a dollar and some change. I said to him my meal was more than that and he said "well you didn't tell me you had two burgers" I said I asked for a manager. He disappeared again and the manager came out. She went to the register, did the refund and gave him the money to give to me. She never looked at me, never uttered a word and , in my opinion, lacked the very basic form of customer service. Someone should really take a hard look at that McDonald's and invest in customer service training as well as food service training because the food was not fit to be consumed. Went into day to get something to drink and never has I seen a manager degrade a worker in the front while the other mangers looked on. McDonald's has always been a great place for our young people to get a taste of the work world but when you trust that the people they come in contact with as their employers would treat them with kindness and respect and that does not happen at this McDonald's. Always busy. The next locations are miles and miles down and up Liberty Road. This one is right in the middle of the noise and most bets are that the other locations are worth driving to for better service. Always a drive thru line. Patience is of virtue here, whether it's a language barrier or just plain ignorance. You'll feel like they took your order and are making you stand around while they forget your order. Seems to be miscommunication here and/or the workers may lack training and professional working skills. They get the food out, but make sure they are paying attention to your order. Check your order before you leave the lot like with most places. Especially here, it's like they try their best to get your order wrong. Ie. a sweet tea with, "No ice" means just that sweetheart... When they f'd that up I had to get it right cause I hate a whole cup of ice and it makes my sweet tea less sweet. The latest trip was at 2am was pure ridiculous. One burger was only ketchup and bacon, while the other was everything with no mention of bacon. After making the cashier read out the order and it being correctly input in the system. These numb skulls still f'd up, maybe on purpose! They completely... made it their way....the bacon was on the everything burger, while the ketchup only burger lacked what was asked. And cold, hard, old chicken nuggets. Yuck, what a headache this Mickie D's is. 1/2 of the people leave annoyed, while others may just ignore it, unless they screw up your food. Where do I start. I've lived in Randallstown since 1997 and this mcdonalds in you livr in Randallstown has the reputation of being the worst mcdonalds in the world. I've seen manager after manager go thru this place like a conveyer belt. The bad service and terrible food quality is a reflection of leadership. When the manager doesn't want to be there then that attitude trickles down to everyone else and the restaurant shows it. We visit this McDonalds on a regular unfortunately, because it's closest to us. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service and quality control inspection. When we enter drive thru we are ALWAYS asked to pull over to wait on our food. I am sick and tired of being asked to pull over. Why? To ensure that you exit their drive thru within their target time which looks good in the eyes of head office? Only for the customer to have to wait again? Then when they bring the food to our car, the order is ALWAYS wrong. Today was no different and there were no cars behind me. I was asked to pull over. There was nothing complicated about my order. After waiting several minutes, a girl delivers the food to my car and looks extremely unfriendly. This is usual with the employees. No "Hello, how can I help you? Thank You and have a nice day." Everyone looks annoyed and irritated. Nowadays, as I did today, I have to ask them to wait before they leave my car while I check my order. No surprise - a fry was missing. I went through the extremely slow drive thru and ate in the parking lot in my car. About 10 minutes later, when I finished, I went in to get an iced tea refill and use the rest room. I was told no refill because I did not eat in the dining room! The manager agreed and so did the owner/representative! No more McD for me! It's not good business to make ridiculous rules.
