McDonald's - Me right bow - Fast Food Near Me - Raymore, Missouri

Ordering delivery from McDonalds is always iffy, and I know that I take a gamble each time I place an order at the Raymore location. Funny how it's come to playing the odds when placing an online order to gamble on if you get all your items or not. This time, was a NOT. They did not place two of my items in the delivery bag before sealing it up. So when the order was delivered I had to call support to get my refund-as well as not have the two items to have with my meal. That being said, the food I DID receive was very good and fresh. DoorDash provided a great driver for me to deliver the order in a timely fashion. Not receiving all my items is a huge annoyance, however, and I do wish they would take more care in making sure all the items are in the delivery bag (including a straw please and thank you) before sealing it up for the delivery driver. read more

Stopped for a burger and fries to take home and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Food was hot and delicious. The people working drive thru was courteous and very nice. This location had really lost its appeal lately but apparently management has straightened it out. Good for them!!!!! Have enjoyed Mickey D's for over 60 years and was so disappointed when their quality declined but I'm glad to say they are back!!!!! read more

This McDonald's is probably my least favorite McDonalds as far as food goes. I have had several different items and it is always hit and miss. I get McDoubles and the hamburger patties are over cooked! I get a Quarter Pounder with cheese and it's delicious! Or I get Chicken McNuggets and they are stale and old but then I get a McChicken and its delicious! I need consistency! On this visit I got the new Spicy McNuggets and some regular McNuggets and a Double Quarter Pounder and all were good! The new McNuggets are just spicy enough and have a good flavor. The new Mighty Hot Sauce was a welcome addition to the regular McNuggets and my Double Quarter Pounder was good! My fries thought were lacking on all fronts! I don't know if they need to change the oil more often there is something definitely off with them! Service was great. I went around noon and the drive thru was packed so I went inside and ordered and I got out really fast and everyone was friendly! I noticed a huge difference between when I go in the early afternoon and late evening. read more

This review is strictly on service for a gift card and observing employees. When I walked in to get a gift card no one acknowledged me in any way other than staring at me. The one girl not working the food was on the phone with her manager due to a customer complaint. While I waited the employees doing orders and food were bickering to one another and quite nasty. The entire place just felt negative. Customers seemed to be the least of their priorities. There was no adult anywhere in sight. I will say the girl that was on the phone and then took care of my gift card seemed flustered but kind. read more

I stopped by to grab a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Both were hot, fresh, and tasty. However, I get bothered every time yo give this location a chance. They will disappoint each time. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order and the young lady greats me - well, it wasn't really a greeting. In a low voice she mumbles something. I'm not sure if she's talking to me or someone else. She proceeds to repeat herself (I guess) and ask how can she help me. I told her I had mobile order YM51. I see my order pop up on the screen then "crickets." Hell! Tell me that you'll see me at the window or move along. I decide to proceed to the first window. It was obvious that it wasn't the older lady's voice I heard. She gives me my receipt and I drive to the second window. I'm looking inside and see a young lady standing near the food, she rubs her nose with both hands then rubs it up through her hair. I was livid! Thankfully, my food was already prepared and in the bag - at the window. She opens the glass sliding door, I asks what her name is and she says, Brenda. I told her that she shouldn't wipe her nose and handle food. She immediately pulls out her masks and covers her mouth (not put it on). Ugh! I only give it a one because it's zero is not an option. By far the poorest customer service at McDonald's we have ever experienced. The lines are long, and the servers are rude. after waiting 30 minutes for a drink, and then finally getting to the window to be told they didn't have it, my husband suggested they update their mobile site to show that it wasn't available. He was told he could always go somewhere else. it is very common for them to not have a way to take credit cards. They often require cash only. And, sometimes they will tell you that they are understaffed and you can't order from the grill. We have almost totally quit patronizing this restaurant. read more

I ordered from door dash and McDonald's pretty much forgot half the happy meal. I ordered apple slices and milk with it and they completely forgot it. This place is disgusting don't eat here. Made the mistake of going in to use the restroom. I honestly felt like my hands were dirtier after I washed them. Soda fountain area hadn't been cleaned in days there were sticky pools of pop and flies all around. Two cashiers were standing at the counter complaining about how horrible working was. And by "working" I mean standing there not doing anything except occasionally walking over to a very messy table where they had their personal food. I was able to watch all this while I waited for my messed up order to be redone, which thankfully someone from the back came up to help with since the 2 at the front were worthless. I ended up not eating the food and throwing it away because if the dining area was this much of a mess I didn't want to imagine what the cooling area was like. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. A worker told me once I was wrong for ordering what I did that I couldn't get fries and a drink with my mcchicken. He said it wasn't allowed and never has been allowed. All I wanted was fries, a drink, and a mcchicken. Another time I've waited 15 minutes "at the railing" before because they were "out of fries" at lunch time. Over 10 cars passed through the lines with their food. Now my husband waited over 20 minutes at the railing tonight because they were "out of fries" and many cars passed through the line that were behind him. My pleasant surprise to have additional chocolate chip cookies with my order at pickup because the code didn't work. I have tried calling the Raymore, MO McDonalds for half an hour. No answer. I went there and ordered 3 happy meals. Got home, NONE of them had the toy inside, one was missing the fries and all the fries that were given, I would not feed my dog, they were hard and dark brown. I kept telling myself to spend the extra few minutes to go to the one in Belton, but I was on a serious time crunch. Lesson learned..... for good this time. I love how these people give it there all and actually stay than leaving basically off the bat. I work there for barely an hour and a person yells at me for no reason just cause they had a horrible day or cause I heard them wrong when I was taking there order. We have shitty headsets and machines that break almost all the time. I hate when I have to tell a customer that we don't have what they came for or not getting there food on time. Some of us have no experience and we just don't know what to do in a job. Some of us don't know how to deal with people or how to deal with problems we encounter.
